Stayed here recently and overall had a solid experience. The hotel feels modern and well-kept, and…read morethe breakfast was definitely above average compared to most places. The eggs and biscuits & gravy were especially good--fresh, hot, and actually flavorful, which you don't always get with hotel breakfasts. The room itself was spacious, which we appreciated, but there were a couple of comfort issues. It tended to run a bit warm, and the thermostat didn't seem to cool down to the temperature we set. The air also felt pretty dry overnight. We had an accessible (handicap) shower, and while it was easy to use, it left about half of the bathroom floor soaked after each shower. That made the floor very slick, which was a bit of a safety concern. We also liked that the hotel had a pool, which is always a nice perk, but it was pretty small. Overall, a nice stay with great amenities and breakfast, but a few room comfort and bathroom design issues that could be improved.

Small food store in the front that was very reasonably priced. Rooms were clean, bright and well appointed. Didn't use room service but it was very clean and well dressed. Breakfast setup is typical for the chain and well stocked. Attendants did a great job every day that I was there and they were always cheerful. One drawback is that the gym is very limited. There is enough to get in a workout but the cardio gear is very dated. Overall, solid experience and I recommend this location for a short or long stay.

Also the t v stations aren't exactly anything to write home about. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much. In fact, when I plan on taking my vacation next year, i'm planning on doing the same thing and staying the same place. As for the TV and the coffee cups, that was just what I consider. A minor inconvenience nothing major and nothing to prevent me from wanting to come back.

My wife went to sleep before me, and so when I got into bed and was overwhelmed by the absolute stench of another human's body, especially on the pillow cases and at the top of the covers, which he must have tucked into his stank pits, smearing his sweat and cheap deodorant all over them. It was revolting. I've heard of hotels not changing sheets between guests to save time/money, but I've never been absolutely certain I've been subjected to that kind of filth. Until my April 2026 stay at this hotel. Since my wife was already sleeping (boy did she pick the right side of the bed) I didn't want to disturb her and waited until morning to complain. The person at the front desk seemed to think I was trying to get extra housekeeping (the hotel explicitly does not offer daily housekeeping; hell, they don't even always do it between guests!) and was distant with me about it, saying that "maybe" they'd be able to squeeze in my room today, they'd "do their best". This reaction is why I'm taking the time to write a review; things happen, maybe it was bad luck, but the nonchalant "eh, idk if we have time to change your sheets today" response sent me over the top. My bedding did get changed, but I would NEVER stay here and would warn anyone else to avoid it at all costs.

Booked a room weeks in advance and it took them about 3 hours to clean the room before we could check in. Had to sit in the lobby and was offered a single water bottle as an apology. Front desk called me up multiple times just to tell me they were confused by the information the cleaning staff was giving them and was unsure if the cleaning process was even close to done. Mind you this wait was longer than my actual flight to Bloomington drives included. Pretty unacceptable even on short notice which is not the case here.

It is right in town, close to many restaurants/bars/shopping. Which means bar hopping with no need for a DD or Uber. The entrance to the parking of this hotel is via an alley. The turn into the parking ramp is tight, so it isn't great for an inexperienced driver or someone with an extra-large vehicle. The hotel staff was nice enough. Nothing extraordinary. Our room was clean enough with an underwhelming view, but this wasn't important to us. The bathroom had mismatched hand towels hanging, might be a huge trigger for someone with OCD. The fact that one of the washcloths hanging had stains was a trigger for me. I really don't want to be reminded of the fact that random strangers have used the towels before me. The biggest thing was returning to the room late and trying to find bath towels to be sure we wouldn't have to call down in the morning. There is a huge shelf under the sink. Not there. Not hanging. Could not see them. Called down to the front desk and let them know we did not have any bath towels. He advised to look in the rack in the shower. From his answer, I knew that he must get these calls all the time. There they were. I had my husband go into the bathroom and try and find them. It's like smelling something bad and having someone else smell it to prove your sanity. He couldn't see them. The other couple with us said they couldn't find them in their room either, so they had resigned themselves to using hand towels until one of them found them turning on the shower. Why not just put at least two towels on the visible shelf under the sink? You could avoid answering all those calls. The bed. Well, I didn't sleep much. I don't usually sleep well the first night in a hotel, but this bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The next day, I kept wondering why my back was sore. I know why. Anyway, this is an adequate place to stay. Lots of room with the pull out sofa if you need it. We had a "cleaned by" type envelope to leave the housekeeper a tip. She signed it in purple ink and the letter i was dotted with hearts, so cute. I am not sure, but they may have middle schoolers cleaning the rooms. I kind of like the envelope for tips. I always feel weird just leaving money on the bed. I could see guests thinking it was tacky, but those are probably the guests that don't leave a tip anyway.

Beware if using digital check-in at this hotel…read more I checked in through the Hilton app, received a digital key, arrived to an unattended front desk, and went directly to my room like Hilton's digital system is designed for. Overnight, my car was towed even though I was a registered paying guest. No direct parking warning was provided in the app, no staff member was present when I arrived, and no attempt was made to verify whether the vehicle belonged to a guest before towing it. I ended up paying about $300 and losing half a workday retrieving my vehicle. Management's response was essentially "there were signs posted," despite acknowledging the front desk may be unattended and despite the fact that Hilton encourages guests to bypass the desk entirely through digital check-in. The towing practices associated with this property feel extremely aggressive toward actual hotel guests, and management showed no willingness to take responsibility or provide any reasonable customer-service resolution. If you stay here, do not assume digital check-in means your arrival process is complete. Apparently you can still be towed as a paying guest.
