A few coworkers and I stayed here while visiting the area for business. It is a basic hotel with all the basics covered. The pool is outside, so, closed in winter and we did not see a hot tub. We all noticed the walls seemed a little thin because we could hear our neighbors pretty easy. The breakfast was a high point for this level of hotel and included apple and orange juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, toast bagels, English muffins and pastries. All the staff were very friendly.

We are Hilton members and often stay at the Hampton brand because we find it to be reliable, clean and comfortable. This particular Hampton inn may now be our favorite. we are recently they are for a two-night stay and just about everything about it was perfect. The location is convenient to many highway hubs including the Pennsylvania turnpike, route 100, and route 30. Is close to numerous restaurants and the mall at Exton, Pennsylvania. There is even a restaurant in the parking lot, a pizzeria Uno. What really sets this Hampton apart from others is the management team which is really on top of everything and apparently very dedicated to making sure your stay is a pleasant one. Many thanks to Julie, Sandy and Robyn. The hotel is clean and well-organized and the breakfast area is sufficient. the food is perhaps as good as any I've ever had at a Hampton. They even have to go bags for people who are really on the run. In the afternoon there are cookies just as if you were at a DoubleTree. So all in all, a great hotel at a great price.

Perfectly fine, average, ordinary and utilitarian Hampton that got the job done for a quick midweek one night stay. Check in was super fast as I had done the e-check in process via the Hilton Honors website so maybe my total time at the front desk was twenty seconds. The room itself was standard Hampton. Two beds which were clean, crisp and comfortable. Four sets of towels in the bathroom which was a nice departure from the overwhelming majority of hotels that have rooms set up for four yet only give you three sets. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and everything we needed to work, did. One big issue going on here. For a hotel of this size (122 rooms) the breakfast area is entirely too small and the "business center" is jammed into a corner within the same area. Whoever designed this place really dropped the ball in the planning stages with the lack of seating. The breakfast itself was typical Hampton stuff that is standard fare that you can find on any given morning at over 2,000 Hampton properties. Nothing stellar or extraordinary. Plenty of parking around the building and the pool they have is on the small side and it's outside. In terms of location, the hotel is close to the PA Turnpike, 100 and 30 and you are in the middle of strip mall suburbia which equals every chain restaurant known to mankind along with way too much shopping and way too many office buildings. Clean, comfortable and solid. It's what any hotel should be and this Hampton delivers it.

My wife and I check for bed bugs at each hotel. Imagine our surprise when we discovered this surprise on our mattress in room 210. Take a steam cleaner in there folks and clean the mattress.

Worst Hampton experience ever!!!! I wish there were a negative stars option. When we booked this hotel through booking.com there were four equally priced options in the area. Because I've had positive previous experiences with the chain, I went with the Hampton. Upon arrival the first thing we see is heavy machinery, yellow tape and orange cones everywhere. The front interface of completely gated in and a sign point is to the pool entrance near the rear corner of the building. You then had to walk the length of the hotel to get to the front desk. Furthermore, the ice/vending alcove has been ripped out on every floor with a sign saying ice is only available on the first floor. As an additional oddity the toilets were about half the size of a normal one. Quite reminiscent of those found in kindergarten classroom. No one at the hotel cares in the least about the countless inconveniences. He chose to throw booking.com under the bus saying they should've told us what. Dump this hotel was. Then then suggested someone call on Monday and MAYBE someone would address our concerns after the fact. At this point the Hampton chain will be off of any future travel plans.

Just caught and flushed a roach. And when I called to the front desk about it her answer was "ok". Not worth the $142 a night.

The room stinks like a locker room. Shocking for a Hampton inn for me. No amount of air conditions helped.

It was near the mall near all the things that we needed to get to right around Exton and the Lionville area so in between King of Prussia and Callan, which is where we were going throughout our time. When we walked in the space was beautiful and clean, and we were greeted at the front desk with a friendly face and smile and a goodie bag, which was just really nice and refreshing. They also keep sparkling waters... Our favorite Lacroix stocked and readily available for you to indulge throughout the day and night as well as cookies and coffee. They serve a continental breakfast and make sure that you're very aware and on the weekends they actually serve waffles at the Continental breakfast, which is really nice. We didn't indulge in the Continental breakfast just because we were involved with family stuff most of the day but they definitely let us know and, we appreciate that. We went upstairs to our room. My name was on the screen, which was the first time I've actually ever experienced that so that was just another fun and really nice perk to make me feel welcomed ... I put a touch on. They knew I was coming and ready for me. All the staff were very friendly even when we got in at three in the morning because we were out with the family just having a good time and they're awake ready to talk to you was super nice. The room was clean and neat and the soap, shampoo and conditioner and the shower smelled absolutely amazing. The shower pressure was perfect. Everything was very modernized and clean very amazing. The only thing that I would point out was that the was not working during our stay, however they did have staff that was available to transport our luggage upstairs. We didn't take advantage of it because we packed very light. They were ready and they placed us on the second floor, so it wasn't too many stairs. I looked at it as positive in the overall because I got a small Workout in so, for us it wasn't a huge deal however, if we were on a higher level, it probably would've been something to think about. Overall, I would definitely recommend Spark! And when we go to visit family, I would consider staying again!

He knew I had just driven from my last hotel for about 14 hours and took care of me. I honestly sat in the car at 3 am with my dog when Extended stay treated me so badly having no idea what I was going to do because I was so exhausted(customer service kept trying to call the front desk as well but he didn't answer... that's a whole other story) Soo.. about the hotel. AMAZING!!! The beds are literally so comfortable.. the pillows, sheets and everything. It's SUOER clean. Everyone is soooo helpful. There is tea and coffee 24/hrs a day.. they have dog treats and make them feel super welcome. About the staff.. since I stayed a week I got to know some of them (I already told you how amazing Zach was) The front desk staff that I got to know was: Flesha, Nikki and Jim.. Flesha is SUPER helpful, super nice and literally can answer any questions that you may have.. shes so nice and easy to talk to.. she's AMAZING! I would always look forward to seeing her when I got back to the lobby since I'm new to the area and she was always so helpful! Nikki is the sweetest! I could literally talk to her all day long and she really made me feel like home.. last and DEF NOT LEAST.. Jim!!! He is the MOST AMAZING PERSON IN THE WORLD. You could be having the worst day and he would make you Happy. Always has a smile on his face, he's super helpful... when I was getting tea one day and he was asking how my day was i accidentally missed the trash can when I was throwing away the wrapper and he picked without me even noticing.. Arturo is the head of Maintenece is is sooo AMAZING! Anything you need he is there with a smile on his face and fixes anything you need. I 100% recommend this hotel.. which I could live here forever!

The mattresses were old and uncomfortable and did not reflect the quality and standards we typically expect from Marriott. More concerning, however, was the lack of consistency in delivering the amenities that were advertised. The club lounge was posted to open for breakfast at 6:30 a.m., which was important to us because we were traveling with athletes who needed to eat before leaving for a tournament. Unfortunately, the lounge did not open until 7:30 a.m., at which point we were already departing. Similarly, the bar was advertised to be open from 4:00-6:00 p.m. When we inquired at 5:00 p.m., we were simply told that it would not be opening. When we raised these concerns with the manager, rather than acknowledging the issue or apologizing, we were met with a dismissive and unprofessional response. His tone and demeanor showed a complete lack of empathy for the inconvenience we experienced, and he repeatedly told us we were being "nit picky." He also made sure to mention that he had left a career as a surgeon to move into hospitality, which only made his lack of bedside manner all the more striking. He repeatedly cited the need for a major renovation. While I agree the hotel desperately needs updating, renovations have nothing to do with honoring posted operating hours for the club lounge and bar or providing the level of service guests expect. Physical renovations are needed, but so are improvements in communication, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below the standards I have come to expect from Marriott.

I had to click on a few "helpful" and "thanks" tabs, as I am concurring with some of their grievances. First of all, I think a few things have been fixed but not all. Let state what I've observed: First and foremost; the drug addicts/users at the side exit. Which I thought was the entrance after not realizing the main entrance was where I previously parked in front of. They were smoking weed and cigarettes. 1. The elevators were dirty and some malfunctioned. 2. When I checked in, there were a lot of staff members behind the counter, all of whom acted as if they were at the lounge, chatting and ignored customers. I had to scream to get their attention just to check in. 3. I had a room with 2 beds and yet they only put one tiny bottle of shampoo, one tiny conditioner. 2 tiny soaps. Like seriously! 4. The suspicious persons roaming the back areas of the hotel. I'd say, once again, drug addicts. I requested a very quiet floor. Yes, it was quiet... but when I was heading to my room, I noticed a lot of empty rooms, unmade beds, wide opened doors... all I would say is, more rooms for the junkies to come in and use. All they have to do is have one person stay in and close the door behind and free room to use whatever and then make the rest of the world uncomfortable. This is my first time seeing a hotel, with wide opened doors like that. Not one, or two, but about 6 rooms for sure that were opened. One of the corners had a Ring indoor camera. The older model of the one I have at home, hanging on the ceiling. I didn't know this hotel was like this bad. And I booked it via Airbnb. The way it's listed on Airbnb , it seemed like a regular home... until you book it and all... my problem was, I didn't do more reading on the listing. After I booked it, I was also too lazy to cancel it. But a day before, a week before, I tried to look for other homes on Airbnb and some only allowed 3 nights stay or unavailable. So I stuck with it. Just crap!

I have never stayed somewhere so filthy, low-grade, and completely misrepresented compared to what they show online. My husband and I booked a night here just to get away and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary -- and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. When we arrived, I tried to stay positive based on the price, thinking maybe it wouldn't be too bad. I was dead wrong! The bed was uncomfortable, the walls were paper-thin, and the room next to us was beating and blasting music all night long -- so badly that I had to call the front desk twice at 1:36 a.m. The floor had candle wax hardened into the carpet, showing no one even bothered to properly clean the room. The bathtub was disgusting, with someone else's hair still in it. Absolutely vile. The manager was conveniently nowhere to be found when I asked for an immediate refund, and to this day, I am still waiting for a callback. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how they handle complaints -- they simply don't care. It gets worse: even the TV didn't work! In the middle of watching a show, the signal completely dropped and never came back. Restarting the TV didn't help. Whether it's a bad cable service or broken equipment, it's false advertising to claim you offer TV service when you clearly can't deliver. Every basic amenity they promised was either broken, dirty, or subpar. The smell of the room was horrendous -- a nauseating mix between cheap cleaning chemicals and bug spray. I still feel sick just thinking about it. The conditions of this property are not just bad -- they are a serious violation of hospitality industry standards and basic health regulations. There are laws and regulations hotels are required to follow to maintain sanitary, safe, and functioning environments for guests. This hotel did not meet a single standard. It is unsanitary, unsafe, unprofessional, and should be reported and investigated immediately. They clearly prioritize making a quick dollar over guest safety, comfort, and experience. If you care at all about your health, your money, or your peace of mind, DO NOT stay here. Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere that actually respects its guests and takes pride in their property -- because this place is an absolute disgrace.
