My husband and I stayed here 2 nights June 8,9. This is a beautiful hotel. The service is excellent. All the employees were great help! Yashira helped us so much! She's very knowledgeable. Helped us find the laundry room. Tiffany was also a very helpful staff. Arthur was very nice! Theresa was so nice when I asked her about the breakfast I thought I had to pay and she said it was included, she was so nice told me to go to the breakfast before it closed at 10 am. It was 3 min. Before it closed. Ed at the breakfast department was so nice! Let us go in and get our breakfast. We will definitely go to Hampton Inn again!! We definitely fell in love with this hotel! read more

Friendly staff, clean hotel, and right off the highway for easy on and off access. I would stay there again on my way up north.

We were staying with a dog. We had the dog sign on our foot at 9:00am the maid pounded on the door then walked away he started barking which he doesn't do checkout is at 11 so why knock on a door that had a sign indicating a dog in the room. She was rude! I went to inform the front desk as I am talking the cleaning supervisor interrupted me said lthayshe told us they wouldn't let me speak she said they always go to the rooms at 9 ok so what if I was in the shower they Judy go in your room?? The supervisor said she told us the story and that I was disrespectful how was I disrespectful by telling her there's a sign on the door... I walked away around the corner I heard the supervisor say dumb white girl.., the other woman laughed inches back and we all started arguing they were yelling at me interrupted me very rude and very unprofessional. I asked for the manager she said I am the manager the other manager is in medical heave. Why are you telling guests that? Hippa laws. It's none of my business she wouldn't give me the corporate phone number instead yelling at me saying we don't want you here I did nothing wrong they obviously stick up for one another and lie. Our room door didn't even lock there is dog poop all over the property. I will never stay at a Hampton inn again read more

The elevators are really scary but my room is nice. The pool is very humid. THE FOOD SUCKS SO FREAKING BAD!!!!!!!!!!

Good hotel. All the staff I encountered were superb and inviting. My room was spacious and had an offset living room. I never heard my neighbors throughout my entire multiple week stay. The indoor pool was enjoyable. The fitness center was okay. There are two treadmills. One doesn't incline and the other doesn't increase speed correctly. The laundry has 1 washer ($3) and 1 dryer ($2). The breakfast options were really good and changed daily. They also provide trays and to-go boxes. The market offers medium sized bags of chips for $3, which is actually a reasonable price. The hotel location provides easy interstate access and the parking lot provides two electric charging stations. The only negative is the location. I didn't feel comfortable going for runs in the neighborhood and there aren't many food options within walking distance. It is an older hotel but has some updates. read more

The front desk was friendly and no complaints there. The room was fine, but smelled musty the whole time. Maine issue here was no noise reduction in the room and a kind of sketchy area around the hotel. We could hear everything in the hallway and lots of screaming kids and dogs making noise. read more

Stayed 2 weeks for work as the core of people who work there are extremely good employees I just had a bad experience. Day 2 I had a brand new CBD vape stolen from my room from room service. Spoke to the head of house keeping and was told he asked and the employee said she hadn't seen but if I want I can go head and sue them and see how that works out. Then I ran into the night maintenance worker who proceeded to tell me how much he learned by killing men in Vietnam. He also started ranting on how he doesn't feel good taxes should go to school lunch programs and welfare moms. I would say don't stay in the Bucket if you can help it I am a Hilton Vacation Club owner and know first that was sub par behavior by those employees read more

Was displaced from my apartment due to water damage from the unit upstairs. My car was broken into while being parked in the Hampton Inn lot. The hotel manager said that there are "Park At Your Own Risk" signs throughout the parking lot. But when we check, no signs were present at all. I was told that a housekeeper had to enter my room once per week for cleaning, even though I told them that I can maintain the room myself. The hotel manager stated, "That's our policy..." I agreed and kept some quiet Christian music playing on my secondary cellphone on the bedside table. The housekeeper arrived at around 9am to clean the room. When I returned back to the room, my phone was saturated with water and was no longer working. Apparently the housekeeper destroyed my cellphone while I was gone. After speaking to the manager about this issue, my stay was not allowed to be extended. read more

Not up to Hilton nor Hampton standards. The floor next to the bed had a sunken board under the carpet, the furniture was was worn, the towels were thin, and washcloths were also thin and scratchy. Easy access to freeway. Breakfast was great, hot, and plenty of options. Great customer service from Kiki, Tiffany, and ED. read more

I don't know if this hotel is aware of the bad reviews it has but if I had read the reviews before booking for my work trip, it definitely would've deterred me from wanting to stay here (although I'm glad I did!) PROS: - The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff were great during and after my stay. This hotel is conveniently located right next to 95, so it's in a great location. - I was given the option of picking what floor I wanted to be on and I picked the second floor. My room was nice and clean BUT I had a crappy view (don't stay in 208 if you like to open your curtains during the day). - Wi-fi worked great while I was doing work in my room. No complaints there. - The gym here is GREAT! It's very clean. They have enough equipment to get a full body work out in. There's also a water cooler with cups, a digital scale to remind you how fat you are, and clean towels for your post-workout. - Lots of parking available. CONS: - This hotel offers complimentary breakfast everyday. I think the breakfast is really good but I hate that the staff adds cheese to all the eggs. There's no "no cheese" option. It's all lactose. For someone with a very sensitive tummy who CAN'T have lactose, that was really disappointing because the eggs were actually really good and flavorful. They have fresh juices like a green juice, mango, and strawberry, which were berry delicious! You can also make your own waffles, and there's "fresh" fruit available. Although, it didn't taste all that fresh to me at all. - Housekeeping doesn't have a consistent time to clean the rooms, they may come in the morning or in the afternoon and if you're in your room, or if they hear any activity, they'll just skip you. While the staff is really nice and will clean if you ask them to, I feel like whoever manages the staff does a poor job. Also, based on previous reviews - doesn't seem like housekeeping is always thorough which can turn really bad, really fast. All in all, I would probably stay here again if the hotel made a few minor changes (see cons.) read more

As far as Hampton Inn goes, this may not be the worse place I have been to but I doubt if I am in the area I would go back here. The location is conveniently located off the freeway and has an Irish restaurant attached to it. The rooms seem to be updated and clean. Everything was in working order which is a bonus! So why the three stars. This may partly be due to the room I selected (not realizing that I was next to an elevator). Or the fact that I could hear everything outside include the 5am trash takeaway. Or the really small elevators that seemed to be barely working. Can't put my finger on it exactly but the whole experience left a little to be desired. read more

This is an exceptional hotel. Negative first: the view leaves a lot to be desired and the maintenance guy doesn't understand how TVs work and had to call for help fixing an obvious problem. Now the good: This is one of the best fitness rooms that I've seen in a hotel, I would be back just for the gym! The pool seemed awesome though I didn't use it. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and definitely made me feel like I was a valued guest! From check in to check out they definitely made the stay memorable. Breakfast was great too. read more

I remember when this hotel was a Comfort Inn and it's way better. But that's not really much of a compliment because of how bad the Comfort Inn was, and this Hampton Inn still has its problems. Our first room was next to some really noisy people so we moved. The next day, we can back to the room after being out all day and our door wasn't closed all the way (nothing was missing.) We also had to ask the front desk for a remote control for the TV because there wasn't one in the room, and the next morning somebody was knocking on our door at 6:30 in the morning. A number of other people at breakfast had the same complaint. The one good thing about the Hampton Inn is the crew that runs the free breakfast in the morning, especially Dina. She is the nicest, friendliest, hardest working woman in the world, and makes up for most of the other problems. Management: Give this woman a raise! She is your biggest asset. The restaurant which is attached to the hotel is too loud and is more of a bar than a restaurant, but at least the food is good. Would I go back to the hotel? Maybe because it's really convenient to an event at the Armory that I like to go to, but the only thing I'd look forward to in the hotel is breakfast. read more

Good hotel expect for the insulation between the rooms. I was tried after a very long flight and needed to sleep with the ear plugs from the flight to be able to sleep quietly. Can't blame the people, it's just the room I got was located in a part of the hotel that is very busy and that everybody on the floor pass my door. The room was clean and cozy. And didn't feel like they could clean better. If I return here again I will ask them for the quietest area in the place. read more

I am glad I did not read the reviews before I made my reservation. I liked it better than the other people who reviewed it. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated and the rooms were very nice. The bed and bedding were great....very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. My room and bath were very clean...lots of towels. I would have appreciated scrambled eggs to the little omelet, but the Belgium waffle was very good. I booked a room on July 12th for one night checking in on July 31st. I get a call at 10:11PM on July 31st to tell me that they overbooked and I have no room. The lady that called me tells me I won't be charged a fee for cancelling, LOL. Umm, OK, obviously, but where are my guests staying? Her response, in a nutshell, is that is my problem. I tell her I need to speak with a manager. She puts me on hold for 20 minutes and never comes back. In turn, I call Hilton guest services. They call the hotel and she proceeds to them on hold and never comes back also. Somehow this very same hotel had listings on Priceline. At worst they should have found me a hotel close by at the same rate. The best they could do was get me a room far away in the opposite direction. So, I ended up having to buy a room at a different hotel, costing me $80 extra dollars for the night. After all that, the manager FINALLY calls me back apologizing at 11:32 and tells me he found a room, too late. Never in my life have I experienced such horrendous customer service. As a Hilton Honors Silver Member, I would expect better. All I got for my troubles was some Honors points and I was out $80 extra. So much for planning ahead with Hilton. read more

Me and my cousins came here for my cousins birthday and there was this old lady trying to kidnap us and she stole some random kid from the lobby. The kid belonged to a great family. Legend has it he is still missing to this day. The old lady was chasing us through the whole hotel. The people whorled in the front in the lobby got really annoyed at us because we were running around. Probably because the lady or probably because they were racist. Anyway in the hallway next to room 214 there were tiny mice frolicking around the hallway. This was unlike anything I've ever seen. Mind you, we were only at the hotel for one night. This was wild. Anyway we ended up ding ding ditching each room of the hotel. and we were spitting on the stairwell. The staff didn't even clean up the mess so this gives us an extra star takin away. And the snack bar options are very little so if you are looking for a late night treat during your time here I will tell you this is not the place to be. Anyway the best part of the hotel was the view you could see the Pawtucket bridge beautifully. Also in the parking lot we seen some fools throw a teenage girl into a back of a Nissan Altima. The license plate was PT 347. I'm pretty sure this was a joke but you can never be so sure of things. Anyway my fingers hurt And I'm done writing this review. This was all true events that happened during our one night stay just barely exadurated. So in all if you like to have a place to stay with events that you don't know what's coming next. I'd give fewer stars if the front desk wasn't so accommodating. Cleaning staff is horrible; found clumps of hair under the pillow. Bathroom uses a barndoor, so if you like your privacy in there, don't bother booking. There are gaps all around the door for any peeping tom to see in. Needless to say, we didn't bother staying. Spend the extra money and stay in Providence!!! We were planning on spending a night in Providence. After searching Hilton properties, we decided to save a few dollars and stay just outside of the city, also taking advantage of a hotel with a parking lot and no need for valet. I booked without checking any reviews first. The hotel was definitely in a convenient location, right on I-95 and just a quick drive to Downtown Providence. Our room faced the highway but I was pleasantly surprised the windows seemed thick with little noise from the highway. Unfortunately it was not an area that felt safe. We were sitting in the car on our way to dinner and were startled when a woman banged on our window begging for money. There were people pan handling on the corners just outside the hotel at all hours. The hotel seems relatively new and was clean. The clientele was loud and very rude!! Young children were left to scream up and down the hallways at all hours. When I tried to use the gym, there were two children about 10yrs of age who had towels all over the place including as trip hazards on the floor, bare foot on the treadmills and their music playing loudly. Every where you turned people where treating the hotel like they were in their own homes!! The staff seemed to be pleasant but overlooked a lot of bad behavior from guests. read more

Pros: Convenient location right off the highway. 10 mins away from Providence. Staff was friendly and fast for check in/out. Amazing water pressure in the showers. Cons: The room overall was underwhelming. It's a decent room for the time being but frequent travelers won't be impressed. Also we could hear everyone in the hallways as clear as day. The pillows are very squishy and not firm. I was on the third floor but my window faced a wall so we had no view either. Overall, yes this is a decent place to stay but it's average. read more

The front desk guy is a huckster...Somehow he thought that a 4th floor room way down the hallway would be better for my ailing knees than the first floor. Whatever...The television is locked on the Weather Channel. When I called the front desk, it was like "Oh well-Unplug the set to reset it." It's a very nice, new hotel. I think they said it was only a few months. Rates were great, so we decided to stay here. The bed was comfortable, but I'm assuming that's because it was still somewhat new. Usually I wake up in pain in hotel beds, but this one wasn't bad at all. Some gripes: - air conditioner was on a motion sensor, so when you slept it got super hot in our room. Needless to say, we didn't sleep very well. Husband got up many times in the middle of the night to try and trip the sensor so the ac would work. - no matter where we parked, we had to lug our luggage up a flight of stairs to even get to an elevator (unless you wanted to lug your luggage across the parking lot to the front door) - breakfast was nice and hot, but I wish they would've just had scrambled eggs instead of cheese omelets. If you're lactose intolerant, those aren't a choice. Bacon was floppy and gross, but I guess you can't please everyone; some people like it that way, I did not. - seating in breakfast area was weird. I felt like I was in a lounge or living room, not a breakfast area. - restaurant is attached to the hotel, so when they have live bands, you can hear it in the hotel. I wanted to give it a better review, but those were turn offs to me. I think it has potential with some changes. read more

Great room! Very clean and spacious. The pool looked nice and well kept but I did not have time to use it. No complaints about the breakfast. A perk was that they serve coffee and tea 24/7. I did not hesitate to take my large coffee travel mug on my trip and fill it up before I left for the day. The check-in and check-out process was easy and simple. Stayed at this hotel for some trainings for work. The room was nice and breakfast was great. Check in and check out were very easy. Only a couple negatives: the cleaning could be a little more thorough in between guests (some furniture was dusty) and the pillows could be more firm. I had the pleasure of meeting two very fine examples of the most qualitative employees, ones that take their duties serious but imbibe the personality of those most gratefull for what they have in life, full of joy and always looking to make things just right. I certainly apreciate the manner in which these two conducted themselves in attention to my needs, and requests. Ernie and Dina are fine specimins of Hospitality at it's finest. Ernie who is the midnight hotel clerk, Dina who is the food service manager, deserve more than a review. They deserve respect and promotion so as to traveese with exemplary example those they bring into and up the ladder of the Hilton Family. My boyfriend who speaks very little English attempted to reserve a room for us for Valentine's Day. Because he is new to this country, he went in person and he did not know to use his credit card instead of cash. The woman who helped him in Spanish located a room, but the man who was working the desk with her said there were no rooms available. Several hours later I was able to reserve a room online with no problem. This feels a lot like racism to me. We did stay the night and the accommodations were fine, but the lack of respect for my partner is inexcusable. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau. read more

Very disappointed. We stay in Hampton Inns frequently an I was not happy at this one. I'll start by saying the staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean, but... There was no microwave in the room, the WIFI was spotty & cut me off a few times... no vent in the bathroom so had to open the door after showering...the bathroom door slides like a barn door & leaves gaps on the sides (I like real privacy!)... the Hotel is a huge rectangle & we were at the extreme far end making any trip outside annoying...Breakfast is sub-par and then you have to eat with plastic utensils! To make matters worse: The Coffee & tea ran out twice... sound petty? Maybe, but these are things I am not used to at a Hampton. I doubt we'll return since there are other hotels in the area. read more

Terrible! The room was fairly clean except for the hair on the comforter and I won't mention what kind of hair. Someone had been smoking in the elevator. The parking lot had trash all over it. The breakfast was a joke! If that wasn't bad enough after we checked out out this morning and heading to our car I saw a man standing next to a car in the parking lot and I could see his pants were down and I thought he was relieving himself. He was being relieved all right but not urinating! I would not recommend bringing a family. read more

I have spent thousands of dollars at various Hilton properties as an HHonors member for the past six years. I have been happy with the service and the accommodations, and in the past year both have gone seriously downhill. I booked a room for my nephew's wedding more than a year in advance. In November (before the April wedding) I looked for my reservation confirmation in my email and could not find one. I called this property, because I was 99% sure this was where I booked. I was told over the phone that there was no reservation in my name. The rates had gone up significantly and no longer fit my budget. I tried to work with someone to see if my rewards could cover part of my costs. It also turns out that years of stays were no longer credited to me and they only had the most recent year of travel on record. So I ended up booking someplace else that I did not like at all. I never got any sort of notification or reminder of the reservation they told me I did not have (during previous stays I usually get something a month before, a week before, the day before, on the day of I am encouraged to check in via the app...etc) NOTHING. UNTIL I was charged for a no-show reservation. They refused to credit me so I disputed to my bank. Now the bank has said that they have "proven" that the charge was valid by saying I admitted I never cancelled. I ADMITTED I NEVER CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME I DIDN'T HAVE A RESERVATION. I'm glad that Hilton has decided that charging me $134.47 they are not entitled to is losing all of my future business, the personal travel I do at least four times or more per year, the business travel I do on a regular basis, in addition to booking travel for other people through my business. I will NEVER stay at another Hilton again, and I will be putting bad reviews wherever I can. Enjoy my $134.00 read more

This was a fantastic find for us on a trip when we needed a last-minute reservation. We had 2 adults and 2 tween boys - they had a king suite with a pullout couch and a rollaway for us. We were exhausted and would make due with whatever we could get. When we arrived, the suite was an absolutely HUGE L-shaped 2-room suite, ideal for my husband and I, our son and his buddy. It was spotlessly clean, a rollWay was delivered to us within minutes, staff was exceptional ally friendly and the breakfast was not bad at all. Location is super convenient but I was worried about freeway noise since we faced it - but insulation was great and we never heard a thing. Only thing I didn't care for was the barn door style door to the bathroom. That was a little awkward for our group. Didn't have time to use fitness center, but it was brand new and looked better than many at higher en hotels. And parking was free - the Providence location 3 miles away charges $20/night. For $179/night this was a great find! read more
