These people were the worst. I was trying to manage a move for my daughter. She was in an abusive relationship and was stressed about the whole thing. I called Greg a week prior and we agreed they would come Wednesday at 4, possibly sooner. 4 comes and goes. At 6, he says the prior move is taking longer than he thought, but they'd come at 9 the next day. At 1, they're still not there. Finally, ar 4:30, more than 24 hours after their original start time, he says he's hiring another company to move us. A lady calls to confirm and she sounds competent. ETA is 7:20. Finally, they show up at 8:35. Moving by moonlight - what a novel idea. We got done at 12:30. We had also arranged to pay by credit card, but the new "movers" wanted cash. Oh, yeah, by the way, they're not really movers; they're a trucking company. I wish I could give them a minus 10 stars, because of the added stress to an already stressful situation. I highly recommend this service. I called last night after an unexpected delivery arrived that we were unable to handle ourselves. I spoke with Greg and he arranged to come first thing this morning. They arrived a few minutes early, they were very professional, they were very courteous, they brought their own necessary equipment, and they cleaned up all of the packaging. While I was a tad upset about some lack of communication in regards to timing, the service that Mike and John MORE THAN made up for that! My wife and I made every attempt to have boxes packed and labeled so that the move would be a smooth and quick transition from one house to the other. Not only did they take their time with our belongings, but they used the time wisely, got things transported safely, did no damage to any of our property, and felt like they treated our things and home as if it were their own. This type of feeling makes moving much more comfortable and the price was more than reasonable for their efforts and professionalism. We would absolutely recommend them again for our future endeavors and to friends and family. read more

This company was a no-show on the day of my scheduled move. I made several attempts to contact them but they were sending all calls to a voicemail that was full. I booked them nearly two weeks in advance of my move. I called them the day before to confirm that they would still be able to move me because I knew that it was scheduled to rain on the day of my move. I was assured that it would not be a problem and they would still be able to handle the move despite the rain. I was not able to reach them on the day of my move and they have made no attempts to contact me to explain why they did not show up. Obviously I don't recommend them. Be aware that they are not reliable and caused me a lot of inconveniences. I paid to take my dog to daycare so she'd be out of the way and my roommate took the day off to be there. I had to hire another company that couldn't move me until three days later. I chose this company over others because they were veteran owners and I wanted to support them.
