After months and months of follow-ups with management/ownership (ARMANDO and JAMES) and repeated promises to pay, only a partial payment of $300 was eventually sent. The remaining $377 is still unpaid. We are hardworking people and simply expected fair payment for work that was already completed. My wife works restaurant to pay for her college. This has gone on far longer than it should have. We are now moving forward through the proper Department of Labor process to recover the remaining unpaid wages.
