It has been years since I got Asian food while on vacation in a non Asian locale. I had heard from some locals that this place was good for ramen. We tried to order online for takeout, but, Hana's owner decided to stop doing takeout. So we ate there instead. It's a small little place on the way to Park City. They share a parking lot with Taco Bell. Across the street is a Walmart Supercenter. My bowl of ramen had wood ear mushroom, bean sprouts, and a piece or two of chashu. The soup was hot and had a good porky flavor to it. My wife ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen. It was similar to my bowl without the wood ear mushroom. Noodles were the thinner kind. Service was okay. They had a Mandarin speaking woman working there who took our order. All she did was take our order and our money. Water was self serve. The price was higher than average, at least for me. Overall, I thought it was a good place especially during the snowy season when it is cold. My wife did not like the place as she thought it was too expensive and that they could not throw in an egg at their inflated price. I would come back if I wanted ramen when in this area. My wife? She 'd probably stay in the hotel or car.

We waited almost 45 min for our ramen and unfortunately we were starving after a long day in the snow so the wait was brutal. Don't blame the girls that were servicing the tables. They tried really hard but there was just so much people on the weekend and I can see how it was hard to keep up. Food wise: We got their specials for the week which was the shoyu ramen and the shoyu ramen with dumplings. The broth was just alright. Had better. The noodle texture was good though and loved how they cooked their pork and eggs. This was decent to satisfy our soup cravings but probably wouldn't get it again

This place is simply okay. I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen and while the broth tasted decent the noodles were slightly undercooked (usually I like chewy/Al dente) and it was outrageously expensive... $20 without even half a soft boiled egg I also didn't like the chashu which only had a strong porky flavor (compared to the marinated and charred slices that are typical for ramen). The service was really curt and not necessarily friendly, and when you walk in an almost repulsive smell hits you. There's also a pasta press to make the noodles right in the dining room which could've added to the aesthetics but in my opinion made the dining room seem less appealing. Another thing I found unappealing is the forks on the tables were facing upwards for customers to grab which is a big no no in the restaurant I work at because the tines were exposed for anyone to accidentally touch... just a detail that I found odd Overall if you've never tried ramen this place would be good but compared to others I've tried it was average.

    Spiced tonkatsu with egg

Very good spiced tonkatsu bowl on a freezing evening. Adding the "spiced" option results in a richer flavor and an orange color-- it is not hotter with regard to spices. I recommend it over the original. All dishes may be customized. I opted to have a soft boiled egg added ($2). Additional spice flavoring is available at the table. The space is decorated whimsically with fun graphics and textures. Music is a light jazz and creates a mellow portal in which to eat. The concrete floor holds moisture from snow being brought in on the shoes of patrons, so be careful to not slip in the winter. Your menu is accessible via QR coffee at the table. Service was prompt and friendly, with a single server/hostess who was great at explaining things. Note: for drinks, just go grab a soda from the fridge then it will be added to your bill. For water, you'll need to fill your own glasses (glasses and water spout near the soda fridge). There was no ice in the ice machine at the time :/

The questionable choice of take out container for brother ramen.

Very over priced for incredibly mediocre ramen. The portion was also small-- which is nice for a quick small dinner but should be substantially cheaper. The pork was very bland and the egg was COLD and over cooked. Self serve water, but the waiter was quick, maybe too quick. Its cute inside but not worth it. The broth was good enough i was considering taking the left overs home but they gave me a container not conducive to the food. Its a touristy town so food will be over priced but there are better options than this.

We ordered the spicy ramen, black garlic and the regular bone broth. All the flavors turned out not bad, but felt like the broth was missing that"wow" moment. The water was self serving but the water glasses were not clean visually. They did not provide a lot of beverage choices.

    Spicy tokatsu ramen

Delicious ramen and friendly service. They make the noodles fresh in house and they come out very good. The broth was so good and creamy. Gyoza was just ok nothing special. This place is perfect after a long day of skiing. The portion is a bit small so I'd suggest ordering appetizers or add extra noodles.

This place nails the ramen! The broth was so thick, great noodle texture. We came on a weekday and there was minimal wait.

Ramen was okay. The broth definitely lacked flavor. The service was awesome so that's a plus!

Our waiter Billy was excellent - attentive, and gave us good guidance (and reassurance) on the menu and what we ordered! I started with the cucumber martini, very refreshing. For food, we ordered the crispy tuna tartare, wagyu bruschetta, chiller special roll, and the 2 hand rolls off the specials menu. I want to go back in time and eat it all again. Everything was excellent, but the chiller roll and wagyu bruschetta were at the top of the list. The wagyu bruschetta was the perfect blend of locally made baguette, tender wagyu beef, and drizzled pork butter. The chiller roll (Billy's favorite) was so unique and in the best way. The combination of everything worked together perfectly - including a sliver of lemon on top! Will be a must-go to spot when we are back in town.

The restaurant is located on Main Street and has plenty of space inside since it's two stories. Trish was an excellent host. She was great to talk to and made the whole visit very special for my cousin. We really appreciate her going above and beyond for our group. The sushi here is great. Very fresh and creative options. A member of our group has a sesame allergy and the staff took great care to ensure she had something good (and safe) to eat. I'll definitely be back the next time we visit Park City. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great sushi and service in PC!

In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

The spicy tuna on top was really flavorful and well balanced, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. The miso soup was also a pleasant surprise -- the portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. It was warm, comforting, and a great start to the meal. We also ordered the karaage. Unfortunately, this was the weakest dish for me. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor, and if it weren't for the dipping sauce it would have been quite bland. It was also made with dark meat, which I'm personally not a big fan of. The hamachi nigiri was fantastic. The fish tasted incredibly fresh and clean, and the simplicity of the dish really let the quality of the hamachi shine. Another standout was the Wasatch roll -- a true dynamite roll with lots of flavor and fresh hamachi. Every bite had great texture and balance. To end the meal, everyone was given a small bowl of cotton candy, which was a fun and unexpected touch. I hadn't had cotton candy in years, and it was a playful way to finish the night. Overall, there were some great highlights, especially the sushi and fresh fish, and the experience had a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
