Best sushi in town!! Amazing NYE dinner. Thank you so much to Matt for helping us out. Amazing service. I come here every year for 7 years now. Amazing ambiance and atmosphere from the staff. Happy new year to all!
Came here for dinner and was seated right away (we did have a reservation). The server was super knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested this spice bomb for my vegetarian ramen & it was very flavorful with a good kick without being overly salted. We got vegetarian ramen, Richie green maki, California maki and a nigiri Ramen was delicious, the vegetables and the noodles (not vegan, the noodles do have eggs) had really good textures, the broth was delicious especially with the spice bomb. Richie green maki had creamy corn on top of a layer of the avocado which gave the sushi smooth texture and the vegetables inside of the roll gave it a good crunch against the smooth layer. California maki and nigrini were both good, the meat was fresh and good quality. Although the menu is on the pricy side, the service and the food are definitely worth the price in this area.
Incredible experience for our anniversary. We sat at the sushi bar, and Cesar was our sushi chef while Brodie was our server; both were exceptional with their recommendations and served some of the best sushi we've had. Brodie also offered us two delicious and flavorful mocktails. We enjoyed the beef tataki, the executive roll, and the chef's 12-piece nigiri, which Cesar knocked out of the park. We also tried a red snapper dish with apple-style consommé, and it was all delicious. When we're back in PC, it's a must-visit for us going forward.
I love sushi and this place was no exception. The uniqueness of choices on the menu made it fun to try non-traditional rolls and the fountain diet cokes with free refills are the way to my heart. I also really enjoyed the ambiance and seating even though it was a little hard to get out of the kotatsu table. The service was a bit scattered but the server game solid recommendations and we never waited too long for a refill. I'd definitely go back to this place when in downtown Park City but maybe wouldn't make the drive from SLC.
This place is surely one of our favorites in Park City. The ambiance is cool inside, especially seated next to the window overlooking downtown. Our server was great. Every item we ordered was incredibly high quality. LOVED the Red Crab and Kabocha Gyoza as well as the Pretty Riki and Executive rolls! Absolutely will be back on our next ski trip.
Walking down Main Street in Park City can feel overwhelming very fast when you start to think where you want to go to eat. I was popping in and out of stores all day and I asked where I should go. They recommended a sushi spot. So I decided to give it a try. They are pretty busy but I got there early and sat at the sushi bar. It is a little cramped but not awful. Laura and Dustin helped me choose the best options and let me tell you they sent me on a great journey. Everything tastes so fresh and incredibly well flavored. I didn't know the executive roll had cilantro in it and I probably would have asked with no cilantro if I got it again. But if you want sushi I would recommend trying this spot out.
The best Japanese food, sashimi and Hamachi Kama in Utah! We had a party of eight and the waiter tried the best to take care of us. Ordering from two separate sides was confusing, most dishes arrived on time however some dishes had not been put into the cue. Nonetheless, we had a great time and the food was amazing! Cold Sake was superior and hit the spot along with the sashimi. Ambiance was fun! Small intimate space, simple decor. The staff were friendly and attentive. Reservation is highly recommended it's a hot spot for everyone. The food was delicious, sushi was just ok the mochi dessert was delicious.
Yuki Yama is hands down one of the best sushi experiences I've had in Utah--maybe anywhere. Every single fish was immaculate: unbelievably fresh, clean, and perfectly handled. You can immediately tell the quality is top-tier the moment it hits the table. The fish selection is outstanding--each piece melts in your mouth, with flavors that are delicate yet deeply satisfying. Nothing tasted fishy, overworked, or masked by unnecessary extras. Just pristine seafood prepared with real respect for the ingredients. The rice is perfectly seasoned, the cuts are precise, and the balance between fish and rice is spot on. Whether you're ordering nigiri, sashimi, or rolls, the consistency is impressive across the board. On top of that, the ambiance is cozy yet upscale, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. It's the kind of place where you can tell everyone--from the chefs to the servers--actually cares about what they're serving. If you love high-quality sushi and exceptional fish, Yuki Yama is a must. Worth every bite and every dollar.
Scored a 4:30 opening reservation here and was eager anticipation of knock my ski boots off sushi. Well as a party of six we got seated in a booth better for four, actually our booth had a bench that extend out that with enough space for us all. I asked if they could add another extender but nope. Odd as it was clearly designed more for four than six might have been nice, but sadly the wouldn't do it for us, COZY like a triple lift on both sides: minus a star!!! The chefs were umm will like most places in US. But give them credit most of our dishes were good. We got our tuna role that had the most hard rice I can remember. We had a several pieces and they were all bad. We finally tracked the waitress down and let her know our disappointment. Something we never saw before she asked if she could take it back to the chef to check, we said sure and she just reached out with her hand and picked up the eight remaining pieces okay.... ... that was strange and intrusive! Took foever after we finished everything when got our second round was just a bit better, but still harder than what good should be. Cleary the chef didn't try his second masterpiece. Honestly the second one was also hard and not acceptable for this kind of place, but we didn't bother asking refund. Most places would have comped the order oh well : - one star. All the other stuff was decent but not level I'd expect from a first rate place in Park City, guess the guest don't know great sushi or this was a bad day. Beyond the bad service and disappointing response for the terrible roll it was four stars. But considering the location and expecting and price - three stars...
What an absolutely stunning experience!! I don't know what to tell you that the photos can't do better. The wagyu tataki smells, tastes, and looks incredible. The service is top-tier. The drinks are delicious. 10/10 experience.
INCREÍBLE!!! We had an incredible experience! Graham not only gave us great recommendations but also prepared the most amazing, delicious food. This isn't my first time having Graham as our chef, and I honestly couldn't recommend him more, he's probably the best chef I've ever had in Park City. Ask for him, and you're guaranteed an unforgettable meal.
Fabulous experience here for dinner this past Thursday night while we were in town. We grabbed reservations a week out (I tried to book Friday but they were already full, so reservations are recommended!). We were sat at a table upstairs, intimate and cool vibes. Our waiter Billy was excellent - attentive, and gave us good guidance (and reassurance) on the menu and what we ordered! I started with the cucumber martini, very refreshing. For food, we ordered the crispy tuna tartare, wagyu bruschetta, chiller special roll, and the 2 hand rolls off the specials menu. I want to go back in time and eat it all again. Everything was excellent, but the chiller roll and wagyu bruschetta were at the top of the list. The wagyu bruschetta was the perfect blend of locally made baguette, tender wagyu beef, and drizzled pork butter. The chiller roll (Billy's favorite) was so unique and in the best way. The combination of everything worked together perfectly - including a sliver of lemon on top! Will be a must-go to spot when we are back in town. read more
We had a wonderful dinner at Yuki Yama, celebrating my cousin's bachelorette weekend. We made a reservation a week in advance, as spots tend to fill up quickly. The restaurant is located on Main Street and has plenty of space inside since it's two stories. Trish was an excellent host. She was great to talk to and made the whole visit very special for my cousin. We really appreciate her going above and beyond for our group. The sushi here is great. Very fresh and creative options. A member of our group has a sesame allergy and the staff took great care to ensure she had something good (and safe) to eat. I'll definitely be back the next time we visit Park City. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great sushi and service in PC! read more
Reservations for dinner are highly encouraged - but I don't think they take reservations for lunch, so go early if you want to ensure quick seating. Sushi is over all solid - but don't expect the variety that you can find on the coasts. Nigiri are generously cut so keep that in mind. They also usually come two pieces to an order. The Black Cod is always good - but also comes with rice and bok choy with a spicy sauce. It's pretty easy to over order here. Chicken Kaarage are also a favorite dish of ours - it's hard to beat fried chicken. Staff is friendly and helpful. "Tatami" style seating is available in the back but we prefer the tables or bench booths. read more

Snagged a seat at the bar right at opening, and it ended up being the best decision of the night. The sushi chefs were not only talented but so engaging to watch--every dish was crafted with care and precision. Our waiter was equally fantastic: attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about the menu. The fish was unbelievably fresh, easily some of the best I've had. Every bite felt clean, vibrant, and beautifully balanced. Yuki Yama delivered on every level. If you can grab a bar seat, do it. The experience is next-level. read more

Took forever to get this reservation but happy to finally have checked this place out. The place itself is very cute. I've been lucky with parking every time so grateful for that. We were able to be seated at a table upstairs. Vibes were very cute. Staff was really nice and attentive, they always came when we needed help. The salmon hand roll, mr. Myagi, crispy tuna and black cod were my personal favorites. I thought the fish was fresh but honestly I think this level is up there with some other restaurants I've tried in Utah. This was a good place and happy to have tried it out atleast once! read more
This is hands down the best sushi I've eaten eaten. The prices were so reasonable and we got to watch our amazing chef make each menu item we ordered. Everything tasted so fresh and high quality. We had such a good time that we didn't take pictures of the rest of our food. The restaurant was very lively. Came here based on all the great reviews. Cool vibe, good service, nice presentation, but the food itself was just ok. We ordered the maguro tataki, the chiller roll and Mr. Mayagi roll. At a whopping $34 for 5 mediocre pieces of bluefin and $26 for each roll that were both equally pedestrian, would recommend you spend your dollars elsewhere. The value is severely lacking, even by Park City's pricy standards. read more

Had a blast for our anniversary here. The hot sakes were great, Link our server was awesome! He made suggestions based on our likes I had the prickly pear mezcalito WOW, great drink, we made a tweak to a rainbow roll and added mango Yea! sooo good, wagyu beef tataki, spider roll, uni nigiri, fatty bluefin nigiri, and the crispy rice tuna tartar were all great. At first, I was skeptical--who gets sushi in a landlocked city? But Yuki Yama completely proved me wrong. They import their fish directly from Japan, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The fish is unbelievably fresh and literally melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is always lively, and for good reason--this place is consistently delicious. Whether it's their perfectly balanced rolls, incredible nigiri, or creative small plates, everything is top-notch. It's no surprise that we make it a priority to dine here every time we're in Park City. If you love sushi, Yuki Yama is an absolute must! read more

I still talk about this place after eating here a month ago! It's some of the best sushi I've ever had. The food is absolutely delicious and has a special flavor unique to the restaurant. Everything is wonderful, and the Bruce Lee Roy is hands down the best thing I've ever tasted. The service was friendly, fast and professional. Every employee working here is awesome! The ambiance is lively and busy, but the table was still private. Although it was busy, we could still have a conversation without straining to hear. I will definitely come back to this place and bring more friends! You will love this place, too! read more
Loved some and didn't like few others. Big shout out to the hostess and our amazing server for being patient and guiding us! What you should try - lamb lollipops - passion fruit white fish - maybe tempura What i would avoid - Bruce Lee roll - crispy rice tuna (too heavy to eat, too thick of the rice) Overall- great spot! So good! We walked in on a Monday night about 8pm. They seated us right away at the sushi bar, but that was only because the reservation had canceled. All the other seats were full. So make a reservation! This place was good. We had the executive, Bruce Lee, and a shrimp maki. I was so full I couldn't eat the maki roll. The executive comes with a habanero sauce, which I asked for on the side. Glad I did. I thought my tongue was going to fall off. The roll was so flavorful it didn't even need a sauce. Service was very attentive. Highly highly recommend. read more
