    Egg rolls
    Jamie H.

We stopped here for dinner after landing in SLC on our way to deer valley and ordered some appetizers to share. We got the truffle Mac, bao buns, egg rolls & biscuits. The bao buns were the best followed by the truffle Mac. A little less truffle oil on the Mac & cheese would go a long way. The biscuits are the perfect size and the honey butter is super fresh. The egg rolls are way better wit the sauce otherwise they are a little dry.

We had a great experience here. We had reserved for a table of 4, but then another family of friends happened to be in town and asked if they could join us for dinner. We called in to check and the hostess kindly updated the reservation to include them and adjust our reserved table. This place is pretty big, and it was packed when we came! There is a large bar area and different seating options; we sat at a large booth which was perfect for our group. We expected we'd be waiting a while, but the service was fast and the kitchen and bar were shockingly quick with drinks and food alike. The staff here were very nice and friendly. We were 4 adults and 4 children and it was very family-friendly with coloring sheets, great kids drink options (including mocktails) and meals as well as kid-friendly desserts (dirt cup being the most popular at our table, but sorbet and ice cream selection was also good). The adult cocktails here were great, and the food was delicious. My tuna was flavorful and cooked to perfection, but that was the remark from everyone.. we all really enjoyed our meals and were pleasantly surprised by how great the overall experience was, especially given how full the restaurant was. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant, and returning to this spot on a future trip.

    Pork tenderloin medallions

I was really excited to try this restaurant, as the dining area looked elegant and the menu sounded promising. The food, however, fell very short of my expectations. We started off with some cocktails, all of which were pretty straightforward and not overly impressive. We then got a couple apps: -Brussels sprouts - hardly any flavor and I was not a fan of the sauce -pork buns - really bad texture and flavor, don't order these -chips & queso - pretty good, nothing amazing -cheddar biscuits - not good, too crumbly, but the honey butter was a nice touch For my main, I got the pork tenderloin medallions. This dish was overall very bland. I almost never add salt/pepper to restaurant dishes, but I had to ask for S&P for this one. The pork was chewy and flavorless, the sauce was good but should have been incorporated with the meat better. The risotto was also bland. The vegetables were undercooked and completely unseasoned. I tried a couple bites of other people's mains, and had the same complaint of them being bland. Unfortunately this restaurant is not it... the prices are completely unreasonable given the quality of the food, and the menu/cooking needs a complete overhaul iMO. The service was good, and as mentioned, the dining area is elegant and cozy. Would not recommend and probably will not return :/

Nice establishment! Fancier than I thought but wasn't disappointed! Our server and other servers helping were all so kind and smiley! Food was hot and quick!

We were excited to try this Kimball Junction restaurant with some unique menu items. Tucked in the back of the shopping area, it wasn't quite the scenic destination I imagined, but the interior is attractive (minus the big screen tvs). We started with the cheese biscuits. My expectations were high, as I still dream of a flaky cheddar and pepper one we had in Newport Beach. These biscuits were served with butter, honey on top, and a tiny bit of pepper. They were small, not very flaky, and although we ate them up, they could be improved upon and did compare well to my dream biscuits. We were excited to try the vegetarian French dip sandwich made with mushrooms, onion, and cheese on a hoagie roll. It comes with either, salad, fruit, or more fries than anyone should ever eat at one time. Now, a French dip doesn't usually have onions or cheese, so perhaps this should have been called a Philly beef sandwich, but it was tasty. The "dip" was more like a thick mushroom gravy than an au jus and I preferred it without. We also had the Refuel salad that came with lots of good toppings. However, they again missed the mark. The rice and yams were cold; if they were warm it would make the salad/bowl so much better. The dressing was perfect and the other ingredients made a very nice combination. It was a filling and pleasant meal with nice service. But, not quite a winner. Maybe we'll try some of the other dishes or visit the Sugarhouse location.

    Pork gyoza- great!

Beautiful restaurant, great location, and the nicest staff. Food is high quality, and we loved the variety. Started with; Cheddar biscuits - so good, the honey butter is perfection. One person doesn't like chedder so didn't care for them, so would be great if they had a plain biscuit option. Brussels sprouts- everyone's fav. We loved them with the bacon and maple vinaigrette- so good! Pork gyoza- so flavorful and delicious! Shrimp and pork shumai dumplings - this was the only miss of the night, not a lot of flavor and the sauce was too greasy. Entrees; Poke bowl - was great, but rather small Sesame seared tuna - we liked it, sauce was great, but the tuna was a little off, the color was as dark and not the rich deep pink I'm used to and wanted more a sear on it. Special fried chicken - great portion size and delicious, loved it. Elote corn was a nice touch. H and H burger - loved! Simple, flavorful meat which was perfectly cooked. Yes! We tried the cookie skillet and the red velvet cake. The cookie skillet is amazing! So yummy

We really like Hearth and Hill. It's usually easy to get a seat. They offer good food without breaking the bank. There are special lunches and dinners throughout the year whether a prix fixe or a special reservation. This is your place for large parties and they also have a side room. Our kids also like the menu so that's a bonus as our older is a picky eater.

Back again for happy hour and appetizers! Got the cheddar biscuits, shrimp spring rolls, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, gyoza/dumplings, spicy tuna, and queso dip! All great, I never have a bad experience here!! Love it!

Amazing food, service, and prices. I came in for the lunch special and was pleasantly surprised. Super nice restaurant with some of the best food I had in park city. And the cheapest cocktail I found for $8!

    French onion soup... very thick!
    Jason B.

3.5 stars... Yelp recommended this place so we popped in for dinner... decided so many apps liked good that we ordered a few to share. French onion soup had a great flavor but was a bit thick. Cauliflower was average. Mac & cheese was so good we couldn't stop eating it, and the sprouts were the perfect blend of spices! Good local beer options! Ambiance is moody chic, service was prompt and helpful, and prices were in line with expectation.

Recently went here for brunch on a weekend. We were seated right away and our server grabbed rinks orders immediately. When she came back we weren't ready to order food but then she didn't come to get our order again for a longer period of time. Other than they, service was great. This location is light and airy, we had a comfortable seat by the window. The food was excellent. I got the croque madam, delicious! I was surprised by the homemade ketchup - it's really good! My sister really liked the mushroom French dip as well.

    Refuel salad with salmon

I was in PC for a meeting and my SIL, who is a local, picked me up and said she was taking me to one of their favorite spots to eat lunch. Located in a well occupied shopping center with lots of parking it's easy to get to with ample indoor and outdoor seating. The hostess was friendly and we were seated right away. Our waiter Luke was warm and attentive and got our orders correct. The miso brussel sprouts were on point and the Refuel Salad was healthy and hardy. I got mine topped with salmon ($28, so not cheap). When it first came to the table I got a whiff of fishiness smell which almost turned me off. I eat a lot of fish so it doesn't usually bother me but I was surprised to smell it. But it tasted fine and was cooked perfectly still moist and not dried out but not raw either. If I'm in town again I would definitely eat here again. They had a great drink menu but since I still had to work we only had water so I would love to come back to have some of the fun drinks.

    Drunken Clams Linguine
    Sam M.

Went to Hearth and Hill with the bf during a weekend getaway trip to Park City. There are many dining options in the area, but this place caught our eye due to its interesting menu options and positive reviews. Overall it was a solid experience. The service was friendly, the food came out fairly quickly, and the food was great in most areas. We started by sharing the Pork and Shrimp Shumai. For mains I got the Steak Frites and my bf got the Drunken Clams Linguine. The Shumai was a good start to the meal - flavorful and came with a nice garlic chili oil. The Steak Frites were tasty; fries were excellent but wasn't a fan of the homemade ketchup they came with, was a tad too sweet for me. There was also a ball of very cold butter which arrived on top of my steak. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with it to be honest. It was too cold to melt into the steak, so it just sat on the plate until the very end when it started to melt into the demi-glacé. My Bf stated that overall the Drunken Clams Linguine was good, but he wishes it packed more of a flavor punch. The broth was missing something that would have taken it to the next level. The inside of the restaurant feels fresh, new, and clean. I would try this place again the next time I'm in the area.

It really shows and makes the whole meal feel even more special. The presentation of each plate was beautiful. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food, and everything felt intentional and well seasoned. I also really appreciated how they handled dietary needs. The menu clearly labels gluten-free and dairy-free options, which made it easy to navigate without any guesswork. Our waitress was attentive and gave great recommendations throughout the night. We ended with the strawberry apple tart and the brownie sundae, and both were fantastic.

My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. This shakshouka does a good job combining the silky eggs and smoky chorizo with savory spices, and fresh herbs. Every bite had a touch of brightness. With this is served the Red Bicycle crack bread, which perfect for soaking up every bit of the flavorful sauce. And while crack could be describing the wheat used, it's more likely describing the addition to it. We also had the halloumi with hot honey. The cheese has a firmness the gives easily to a forks edge and the flavor is mild that held up well to the sweetness of the honey. They could have been a little more generous with the honey, not a complaint, just an observation ;-). It's an excellent breakfast cheese without overwhelming the palate.

In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

The spicy tuna on top was really flavorful and well balanced, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. The miso soup was also a pleasant surprise -- the portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. It was warm, comforting, and a great start to the meal. We also ordered the karaage. Unfortunately, this was the weakest dish for me. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor, and if it weren't for the dipping sauce it would have been quite bland. It was also made with dark meat, which I'm personally not a big fan of. The hamachi nigiri was fantastic. The fish tasted incredibly fresh and clean, and the simplicity of the dish really let the quality of the hamachi shine. Another standout was the Wasatch roll -- a true dynamite roll with lots of flavor and fresh hamachi. Every bite had great texture and balance. To end the meal, everyone was given a small bowl of cotton candy, which was a fun and unexpected touch. I hadn't had cotton candy in years, and it was a playful way to finish the night. Overall, there were some great highlights, especially the sushi and fresh fish, and the experience had a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
