Stopped by here for a quick lunch. Easy to find a table on a Friday afternoon. Server was extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant seemed very clean and spacious. We got a very cozy booth and appreciate glass in between each booth to reduce noise. My friend and I shared the southwest salad and the fish tacos. We thought both were okay, but not great. We were not huge fans of the chipotle sauce on the tacos. The full fries came with a house ketchup, which was very sweet and did not compliment the fries. The fries were much better with ranch. The salad tasted fresh, but the dressing was a little heavy. I wasn't a huge fan of the dressing. read more

The fried cauliflower was good, comes with a tangy sauce on the bottom. They had a 3 course meal for $45, a great deal. The carrot soup was good, something different. The short ribs were great! The creme brûlée was different. I love a good creme brulee and this was more of a thick flan or even cheesecake consistency. It was good, but not a true creme brulee. Not sure if I'd get it again. This establishment takes their reservations very seriously. We went around 4:30pm and the restaurant looked 15% filled. Meaning, there were lots of open tables. When we requested a table, the host informed us there was an active reservation for our table in 1.5 hour and we could dine as long as we could be gone by that time. That took me by surprise as the restaurant was very much empty. We were too invested now to find a different restaurant, but it felt degrading. So, I agreed to vacate our dining table on time, if they could ensure our food would be served in 30 min. So, we sit and order hastily. So, here a hastily written review to match our dining experience. The cheddar biscuits were tasty. The smash burger is just another burger with a side of fries. It had some fun Parmesan crisp for extra flavor and texture. The birria tacos were very unexciting in flavor. The burrata salad was interesting, and sparked my culinary curiosity. I didn't want to push my luck with dessert. To not overstay our welcome, we paid and skedaddled. Although I felt rushed and judged, the server was polite and kind. In conclusion, the food ranged from interesting to disappointing, but service was great. Maybe next time I'll make a reservation for a table that comes without a hot timer... if there is a next time. After a week of eating around Park City, we honestly hadn't found a place that really stood out. On our last day, my wife and I decided to sneak away for a lunch date while the kids stayed back at the Airbnb. We ended up at Hearth and Hill because of the Yelp reviews, and I'm glad we did. The lunch menu was pretty small, and we almost left. Our server told us what he liked and why, so we trusted him and ordered what he recommended, I'm really glad we did. Everything was great, the fries were so good and we loved biscuits! (Forgot to take a pic of those) only bummer was the house ketchup, it was not my favorite. Was glad they had regular on hand. The service was great, and the restaurant was clean and a nice change of pace from what we were eating the whole trip. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Park City. read more

We had a great experience here. We had reserved for a table of 4, but then another family of friends happened to be in town and asked if they could join us for dinner. We called in to check and the hostess kindly updated the reservation to include them and adjust our reserved table. This place is pretty big, and it was packed when we came! There is a large bar area and different seating options; we sat at a large booth which was perfect for our group. We expected we'd be waiting a while, but the service was fast and the kitchen and bar were shockingly quick with drinks and food alike. The staff here were very nice and friendly. We were 4 adults and 4 children and it was very family-friendly with coloring sheets, great kids drink options (including mocktails) and meals as well as kid-friendly desserts (dirt cup being the most popular at our table, but sorbet and ice cream selection was also good). The adult cocktails here were great, and the food was delicious. My tuna was flavorful and cooked to perfection, but that was the remark from everyone.. we all really enjoyed our meals and were pleasantly surprised by how great the overall experience was, especially given how full the restaurant was. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant, and returning to this spot on a future trip. read more

I was really excited to try this restaurant, as the dining area looked elegant and the menu sounded promising. The food, however, fell very short of my expectations. We started off with some cocktails, all of which were pretty straightforward and not overly impressive. We then got a couple apps: -Brussels sprouts - hardly any flavor and I was not a fan of the sauce -pork buns - really bad texture and flavor, don't order these -chips & queso - pretty good, nothing amazing -cheddar biscuits - not good, too crumbly, but the honey butter was a nice touch For my main, I got the pork tenderloin medallions. This dish was overall very bland. I almost never add salt/pepper to restaurant dishes, but I had to ask for S&P for this one. The pork was chewy and flavorless, the sauce was good but should have been incorporated with the meat better. The risotto was also bland. The vegetables were undercooked and completely unseasoned. I tried a couple bites of other people's mains, and had the same complaint of them being bland. Unfortunately this restaurant is not it... the prices are completely unreasonable given the quality of the food, and the menu/cooking needs a complete overhaul iMO. This has been a place i've wanted to try since they opened. We finally were able to go and I was not disappointed! The food was amazing and the service was even better!! We were excited to try this Kimball Junction restaurant with some unique menu items. Tucked in the back of the shopping area, it wasn't quite the scenic destination I imagined, but the interior is attractive (minus the big screen tvs). We started with the cheese biscuits. My expectations were high, as I still dream of a flaky cheddar and pepper one we had in Newport Beach. These biscuits were served with butter, honey on top, and a tiny bit of pepper. They were small, not very flaky, and although we ate them up, they could be improved upon and did compare well to my dream biscuits. We were excited to try the vegetarian French dip sandwich made with mushrooms, onion, and cheese on a hoagie roll. It comes with either, salad, fruit, or more fries than anyone should ever eat at one time. Now, a French dip doesn't usually have onions or cheese, so perhaps this should have been called a Philly beef sandwich, but it was tasty. The "dip" was more like a thick mushroom gravy than an au jus and I preferred it without. We also had the Refuel salad that came with lots of good toppings. However, they again missed the mark. The rice and yams were cold; if they were warm it would make the salad/bowl so much better. The dressing was perfect and the other ingredients made a very nice combination. It was a filling and pleasant meal with nice service. But, not quite a winner. Maybe we'll try some of the other dishes or visit the Sugarhouse location. read more

There are special lunches and dinners throughout the year whether a prix fixe or a special reservation. This is your place for large parties and they also have a side room. My husband and I along with 2 friends were very much looking forward to a relaxing meal last night. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant in quite some time. Both my husband and I ordered the pork chop. Our friends ordered the tacos and a burger. The taco meal appeared very unappetizing, but the worst meal of the evening was my incredibly fatty pork chop that was presented to me completely raw when I cut into it. My husband's was fatty as well but did appear cooked. He and I asked for them both to be taken back and prepared again to enjoy together. In the meantime, our friends started eating and then the server reappeared stating our pork chops would be another 15 mins at least! We would end up not being able to eat together as a table so we ordered burgers. When we were done, a manager came over and offered deserts on the house to the table. We ordered 3 (my husband and I shared). But when the bill came the server said the " offer of the free dessert was just for my husband and I". We clarified what the manager said and when she came over, she acknowledged she had indeed said this, but seemed reluctant implying her offer of deserts for the whole table was a "mistake " on her part. That entire interaction was what absolutely infuriated me!! To offer a gesture of good will and then to seem to not remember what you offered and to then act like it was a mistake on your part to offer it is just insane to me. Needless to say, I left no tip because I needed to send a message somehow. The dinner was not relaxing or enjoyable at all. You have absolutely lost me as a local customer and I will let my opinion of this establishment be known if asked. Also, please let the young man coming around with water know he literally doesn't need to ask if we want water every 5-10 mins. We were interrupted maybe 7-8 times during our meal with him offering to fill nearly full water glasses. This whole experience tells me this restaurant is poorly run and poorly managed. read more

We all agreed the Brussels Sprouts here were the best we have ever had. We also like tha cauliflower appetizer. Most of us ordered the H&H burger which is a decent burger. They were underdone though. A medium burger should be pink but should not taste like raw hamburger and have very little browning. Brown is flavor so I took most of my burger home, girlled the patty for another quick moment and then it was an incredible burger. Others in our party ordered the roast chicken sandwich and also thought it was very good. They have a lunch special which often, or at least once weekly, includes the Brussel spouts I would return for that in a heartbeat. read more

I was in PC for a meeting and my SIL, who is a local, picked me up and said she was taking me to one of their favorite spots to eat lunch. Located in a well occupied shopping center with lots of parking it's easy to get to with ample indoor and outdoor seating. The hostess was friendly and we were seated right away. Our waiter Luke was warm and attentive and got our orders correct. The miso brussel sprouts were on point and the Refuel Salad was healthy and hardy. I got mine topped with salmon ($28, so not cheap). When it first came to the table I got a whiff of fishiness smell which almost turned me off. I eat a lot of fish so it doesn't usually bother me but I was surprised to smell it. But it tasted fine and was cooked perfectly still moist and not dried out but not raw either. If I'm in town again I would definitely eat here again. They had a great drink menu but since I still had to work we only had water so I would love to come back to have some of the fun drinks. read more

Went to Hearth and Hill with the bf during a weekend getaway trip to Park City. There are many dining options in the area, but this place caught our eye due to its interesting menu options and positive reviews. Overall it was a solid experience. The service was friendly, the food came out fairly quickly, and the food was great in most areas. We started by sharing the Pork and Shrimp Shumai. For mains I got the Steak Frites and my bf got the Drunken Clams Linguine. The Shumai was a good start to the meal - flavorful and came with a nice garlic chili oil. The Steak Frites were tasty; fries were excellent but wasn't a fan of the homemade ketchup they came with, was a tad too sweet for me. There was also a ball of very cold butter which arrived on top of my steak. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with it to be honest. It was too cold to melt into the steak, so it just sat on the plate until the very end when it started to melt into the demi-glacé. My Bf stated that overall the Drunken Clams Linguine was good, but he wishes it packed more of a flavor punch. The broth was missing something that would have taken it to the next level. The inside of the restaurant feels fresh, new, and clean. I would try this place again the next time I'm in the area. read more

My family and I (party of 4) came here for dinner intrigued with their menu, and also on a recommendation from a family friend. What a great dining experience! We each ordered the 3-course dinner, and the selection did not disappoint! We varied our 1st courses, and added the cheddar biscuits as an appetizer. My wife tried the "Crudo" as her 1st course, even though we did not know what it was. But with our server Halle's knowledge, the crudo was delicious and unforgettable. For the main course: My wife and son had the Wagyu steak, my daughter the Birria tacos, and the Sunfire salmon for me. We sampled each other's choice, and all were perfect and so delicious. Finally, the desserts concluded our dinners with so much sweetness and satisfaction. Halle and her colleagues took very good care of us, never hesitating to make the dining experience so enjoyable and memorable.
