Convenient, fast service. Ramen and eggs were cold and having part of our party just come from Japan offered the other prospective, nut said

We decided to go in for some warm ramen after a cold day on top of the mountain. Even though the space make look small, they pack a punch in flavor and offerings. We were a group of 5 and some of us had luggage since we were leaving that day and were able to fit it all comfortably at our table. Food came out quickly as we all ordered the black garlic except one got a spicy ramen and man! I wish we split since it was a lot of food (which I'm not complaining about too much food, but keep in mind if you're not too hungry split a bowl). But this hit the spot after being outside for the day.

The patio didn't appear to be open, and their tables are in disrepair for the most part, but they allowed us to take our meal out there on a beautifully sunny day while we watched our bikes (there's no bike stand). Despite being the only patio customers the waiter was attentive and constantly remembered to fill our waters and well as generally checking in. I love ramen! This hit the spot. The menu may not have a ton of options, but what they make is very delicious. My typical "go to" is miso ramen, which they don't offer, but the pork belly option was good. I like that their broths are creamy bone broth. And the prices might look a little steep ($25 per bowl) but for me it was two meals! My teenage son brought home some, but my marathon training husband ate his entire bowl ... so depending on your calorie needs might depend on how much you eat ... but we found the bowls to be a very fair portion. I imagine this place is hopping after a cold ski day! Ramen would defiantly hit the spot!

Fantastic food and great service! Fit in a large party of 9 quickly, the spicy Raman was terrific, they made a special dish for the kids of chicken + noodles!

Excellent food and service, my wife and I thought the thinly cut pork was the most tender pork we have ever had. Quiet and causal ambiance.

Presentation of the food was nice, inside the business is also a clean space. However the Ramen honestly had no flavor. We had the Crispy Chicken and Tonkotsu Ramen. It tasted watered down, boiled egg was not fully boiled. We put salt, sriracha and soy sauce and still it did not taste well sadly :( pricey and disappointing taste. Service was good though.

Stepping into Yuma Ramen it felt and sounded like a busy little Asian market you see in NYC. While Yuma Ramen certainly delivers a decent bowl of ramen, it unfortunately falls short of truly standing out. The broth was a bit bland, lacking the depth of flavor I expected, I'm not a big spicy fan but maybe I should have gotten spicy to help boost the flavor. The crispy fried chicken did not taste fresh...it was reminiscent of a frozen chicken sandwich you pop in the microwave! The portions were generous, but overall, it felt like a 'safe' option - not bad, but not particularly exciting either. If you're in the area and craving ramen, it might do the trick, but for a truly memorable experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Worst meat ever in Ramen. False advertising of meat they are now using! Used to be good. Shoyu Ramen Shoyu Ramen Shoyu Ramen

Food has gone downhill fast. Don't order the shoyu ramen. They are using a crappy tough meat that I can't even bite through. Took out of town visitor and was embarrassed that I recommended it.

A warm and cozy meal after a cold and snowy day on the slopes! Yuma is located continently close to the Park City lift, and a short trolley ride from Main Street. Inside the quaint restaurant features numerous tables and a small bar seating area. The menu is on the smaller side, but incredibly well done. We ordered right away; a tonkotsu ramen for me, and shoyu for my boyfriend. Ramen came out very quick and seemed to be traditionally prepared (the tempura shrimps a nice little bonus!). This meal was like a warm hug; the broth was absolutely divine. Creamy (but not cream based), well seasoned, and warm enough to give the noodles their last bit of cooking. Mine had the chashu pork and was tender enough to bite off but with enough meaty integrity to fill you. I barely got 3/4 of the way through my bowl before I had to tap out. The portions are perfect! I was so pleasantly surprised that we were able to get right in and sit down. Overall the meal was quick and hearty, and one of the best ramen's I have had! You will not be disappointed if you stop in to Yuma Ramen.

Our ramen was yummy. The broth was flavorful and the bowl was big. I couldn't even finish mine. The beer seemed overpriced for what it was. The green tea was yummy. The wait seemed like it would be insane. We came on a Saturday night around 7:30 after striking out everywhere. We couldn't find any parking in Park City, and this place has an easy parking lot. But when we walked up the line was out the door. But we ended up waiting less than 15 minutes for a table for 2. I wasn't blown away by anything I had, but, at the same time, everything met my expectations for yummy ramen.

We come to PC every year in winter & was excited to see a Ramen spot. I had the Shoyu Ramen. I didn't want the Shrimp Tempura & they offered extra meat. Just that alone, was awesome! The portions are large & the amount of meat was very generous. The meat was very tender. It's not the best Ramen I've had but, definitely a great option. I'll be sure to visit again. The prices are a little steep but, you can't hold that against them. That's all dining in PC. I also had the Gyoza. It is steamed. Not my preference but, still good. Service was good. Never had an empty glass.

The food was good. The waiter made good recommendations. The plates were a good choice, and it was a quiet vibe.

The restaurant is located on Main Street and has plenty of space inside since it's two stories. Trish was an excellent host. She was great to talk to and made the whole visit very special for my cousin. We really appreciate her going above and beyond for our group. The sushi here is great. Very fresh and creative options. A member of our group has a sesame allergy and the staff took great care to ensure she had something good (and safe) to eat. I'll definitely be back the next time we visit Park City. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great sushi and service in PC!

Sushi is over all solid - but don't expect the variety that you can find on the coasts. Nigiri are generously cut so keep that in mind. They also usually come two pieces to an order. The Black Cod is always good - but also comes with rice and bok choy with a spicy sauce. It's pretty easy to over order here. Chicken Kaarage are also a favorite dish of ours - it's hard to beat fried chicken. Staff is friendly and helpful. "Tatami" style seating is available in the back but we prefer the tables or bench booths.

In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

The spicy tuna on top was really flavorful and well balanced, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. The miso soup was also a pleasant surprise -- the portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. It was warm, comforting, and a great start to the meal. We also ordered the karaage. Unfortunately, this was the weakest dish for me. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor, and if it weren't for the dipping sauce it would have been quite bland. It was also made with dark meat, which I'm personally not a big fan of. The hamachi nigiri was fantastic. The fish tasted incredibly fresh and clean, and the simplicity of the dish really let the quality of the hamachi shine. Another standout was the Wasatch roll -- a true dynamite roll with lots of flavor and fresh hamachi. Every bite had great texture and balance. To end the meal, everyone was given a small bowl of cotton candy, which was a fun and unexpected touch. I hadn't had cotton candy in years, and it was a playful way to finish the night. Overall, there were some great highlights, especially the sushi and fresh fish, and the experience had a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
