The savory ones are like a conical sandwich. The sweet are filled with ice cream like a cone mostly, with lots of mix-ins included and toppings available. Everything is made to order and the owner is currently solo in this gif, so it's a small wait for your treats but oh is it worth the wait! We had the "It's Always Rainy in Portland" Philly cheesesteak for a savory, and the "Monkey Business" ice cream with Nutella added for a sweet. Both absolutely worth coming back for, and I look forward to trying the two breakfasty ones and more ice cream. So happy to have them in the near-neighborhood and can't wait to go back!

You get a lot of value you for your money! The corn dog was crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. I chose a pork hot dog that was juicy and flavorful, and it was topped with a creamy sauce and chili oil drizzle. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended. I then called Pat and purchased two flavors for events that I was having at work. I dished it out to the participants and they loved it. There are not a lot of places you can find fresh, delicious caramel apples, but Joe's is one of those places. My first order wasn't packaged so great, with the containers the apples are stored in opening in transit, but they were not damaged. I ordered a couple bags of their popcorn as well, but I ended up not opening it. It was super fresh and expired before I got the opportunity to enjoy it. Shipping has always been expeditious. I have always been charged properly. The owner would reply to comments on IG and is always very polite and professional. They also have promo codes during certain times, so look out for them.

While The Bite on Belmont is just a small footprint - you can drive right past without seeing it - they really have designed the space to house a lot of food carts, all with their own unique little design. Parking is not the easiest since it's street parking and there are other restaurants and businesses on both sides of the street. But if you have to park a few blocks away, it's with it.
