The plating and overall presentation were outstanding, and you can tell they take pride in the way their food looks when it hits the table. The Chicago dogs were good, but I felt the build could have been a bit closer to a traditional Chicago style. They were not bad by any means, just not quite at the "great" mark yet for that authentic Windy City bite. There's a variety of Food Carts including Philly Cheese, Boboblastic, Omar's Gyro, SJ star Korean and Japanese food cart, Taj Indian Cuisine, and a few Mexican food carts. The Mexican food cart in the back corner does GrubHub. Park the Carts food carts all use pagers that blink and shake when your food is ready, which is a nice service. All the food cart vendors were very nice. The line of food carts along the busy street, dampened the noise. The U shaped alignment of carts allows for a breeze to flow in.
