Once we were done she had a quote to me before she left my driveway, then later followed up to check if I had any questions. Installation Absolutely lightning quick. Melissa & her crew showed up early to get started, I went to drop off my kids at school & they already had my old fence down before I got back (8am). It took them until about 11-11:30 & they were done installing our fence. I was shocked at how quick they worked & the fence looks great. Afterwards Melissa was back to do the inspection & make sure everything was looking good. Long story shorter is that Discount Fence knocked it out of the park at every stage, & what really pushed them over the edge was that they offered a warranty above & beyond anyone else. Left high and dry…read more Sad to share that my experience was not good, after I pushed back on them changing the date of the repairs we originally discussed. I called and asked for feedback about why this happened and did not hear back. -They came out to give me an estimate and assess the needed repairs - happy to move fwd, they sent me a contract - AFTER I signed the contract, they changed the availability timeframe that THEY gave me. - I asked for them to work with me on providing an earlier date. - I received an email that they have decided to not pursue our project and that it was not a good fit and they were withdrawing the contract. No reason, or details, just that it was not a "good fit" One of the main reasons I went with them was because I was told the project would not take long and could be done sooner and in a couple days. I asked for feedback as to why my contract / project was suddenly terminated. I was hoping they would compromise and offer me dates in between - no response, and no alternate dates given. To be clear, Oscar was very nice and friendly at his onsite assessment and answered a lot of good questions. This kind of response did not match his service focused demeanor. I was told my project was a small / quick one that would not take long, in comparison to their other large projects. The new date they offered would have us without a safe deck for almost 2 months, and a house full of guests in the middle of sum-mer. Surely this is not the first time this has happened with a customer when you verbally state your availability and then it changes ? I had hoped they would be able to come back and at least compromise & offer alternative dates, instead of throwing away the project all together. This made me feel that perhaps because my project was small and would not bring in a lot of $$ for them, it was easier to just dismiss me, and terminate any work. Please do better SkyDeck -- please try to work with your customers, offer options and talk things out, instead of just cutting them off. Maybe if I was a bigger / more expensive project, I would have been given this consideration.

I won't use them again, they don't stand by their products and the install was terrible. They had to come back 6 times during the install because they didn't cement in the posts as agreed and they wobbled back and forth. They then tried to mask it with a little surface concrete to make it appear like it was done correctly but they literally poured 1/4" concrete on the dirt, so it didn't take much to figure that out. I took videos of the issues if anyone wanted to see the problems. Disgusted with the install, quality of product and follow up support. Don't trust them to install a quality chain link fence.

UPDATE: Ocampo's eventually responded to the project request that they could not provide the…read moreservice, but only after I posted my review. Upping stars to 3 for not ghosting entirely, but should not have taken a negative review to get a response. I provided a detailed project specification to this vendor 7 days ago--which is an attractive company given that they are covered by the Yelp Guarantee. They are stated to have an average 10 minute response time with a 65% response rate. Seven days later, I've heard nothing. So I'm either in the 35% of their non-responses or I'm an outlier in their turnaround timeframe. I wish I had better things to say since this is an unfortunate lone wolf one star rating in a sea of five stars for this company, but "real people, real reviews" is the rule.
