Oh the food here was amazing. If you haven't found this place yet and you're from the Spokane area you are missing out. Very clean and welcoming facility, the establishment has a nice vibe to it with the music and the decor. Good amount of seating too. Tried the 2 item plate with Kalua pork and Katsu chicken while my wife tried the Garlic chicken 1 item plate. Asked for 3 pc masubi the guy said we only have two right now is that okay? I said yes but I'm pretty sure he still charged me for the 3pc and I got a scoop of Mac salad. My Masubi tasted horrible was hard premade what seemed like days ago and tasted like the sea. my Mac salad was sour and not like a normal Hawaiian Mac salad and I got a canned drink. Mac salad is a tough one to nail, I've tried, but they succeeded. Hubby had the Katsu/Kalua pork plate sub yakisoba instead of rice. Katsu was really good, but didn't need the second sauce drizzled on top, maybe put sauces on the side like back home? Kalua pork was good, but had maybe a touch too much liquid smoke. Cabbage would go great in it. The yakisoba was to be desired. Though husband and I probably compare it to fried noodles back home and it's not the same, kind of mushy. However overall it was great.
