We've been coming here for years and it's still one of our favorite Mongolian spots to eat! Everytime we go the service is great. One of the employees always jokes, "See you tomorrow," which makes us laugh because she knows that with how much food we get (and take home), it usually lasts us a couple of days. They're always friendly and have a great sense of humor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is generally clean.. maybe just could use a little dusting here and there but nothing major.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They offer a nice selection of fresh veggies and even provide a guide for which sauces pair well together in your bowl.. which is super helpful. The Little Kahn is perfect if you're looking for a smaller meal or a light lunch. The Mighty Kahn offers a bit more, while the Barbarian is great for those with a big appetite. And if you can't get enough the All You Can Eat option lets you go back and build as many bowls as you'd like, which is nice if you're wanting try different variations of things. read more

Haven't had Mongolian BBQ in a long time. We stopped in here on a whim and it went ok. It was pricey but what isn't these days? Staff was super friendly and explained everything to us. Food was good...but it is what you make it. I wish they had put more teriyaki sauce on while cooking but other than that no complaints. Good boba tea too. Go check them out! read more

Good selection and liked the sauces; it can be expensive but I appreciate all the veggies and sauces. This met the craving I had and like most of these places, go heavy on the sauce to get enough flavor but it is easy to make a tasty bowl with plenty of veggies & meat. I like that, unlike many other restaurants of this type, ypu have a choice of bowl size from small, medium, or large as well as an all-you-can eat option. Extremely pricey for very bland food. No matter how much sauces and seasonings you add it just seams like the sauces are watered down. The staff was very nice but product is very undesirable. We will not be coming back. Mongolian food is meant to be flavorful not bland and undercooked. read more

Came here with our family and we were greeted very kindly by all the staff. Food on the other hand was not good at all. Our food was cooked so fast felt like it was not done cooking. After all the sauces were added, everything was still so bland. We left with a big bill as we didn't realize they charge you per bowl size. I really enjoy this place, I've been to a lot of Mongolia restaurants in Spokane but this one is my personal favorite. The food is always nice and fresh, the customer service can be a little pushy but they are super nice and very helpful. The choices of food to put in your meal selection are plentiful and very fresh. The waitstaff is very nice and patient with special requests. The sauces to add to the meal are quite watered down and could be more flavorful, I suspect they are trying to avoid having people pour on too much sauce and then end up not liking it because it's too strong. On the whole the meal was enjoyable for me because I like vegetables, but not that enjoyable for my husband who is more of a meat guy and the teriyaki wasn't very good. Food was great as usual but I was highly dissatisfied in the service and price. We were still seated and not yet ready to leave but had placed $15.00 in cash on the table between us and the waiter came up, swiped the cash off the table, said, "Oh is this for me"? and walked off. I thought that was very rude. There was three of us who had lunch. The total came to $89.00! I didn't think much of it at the time, but after we left, I strongly believe they over charged me. This was my first time here and the waitress kindly explained how the bowl system worked. Once I got to the sauce area the chef kindly explained how to flavor the food and helped out with which ones to pick. There will a some socio-cultural difference. It was my first time in here. I guess I got used to HuHot or Mongolian BBQ in Arizona. The cost is around half what they are asking here. HuHot for example do not increase prices with should one choose to take a second trip. Please be aware and ask questions. The host explained the costs and increase in price for another trip, after I finished my bowl. I got minimal for my first strip thinking I could try some different. To my embarrassment the price was higher than I was used to and even higher to do multiple trips. I explained I didn't know and had I knew I would have made a full bowl first trip (perhaps seeking empathy or a break in the increase should because I was not informed). That's when the social/culture differences showed. He just replied, "if you want another trip it's more, are you full" (while gesturing to the table sign I had not noticed). read more

This was such a fun time! My family surprised me on my birthday with a dinner out to Mongolian BBQ! The staff was incredible! One of the owners sons was there in the corner while we were celebrating and he came up and gave me a birthday hug. We invited him, with permission, to join our little party. He sang with us, at cake and ice cream with us and even sang me his "ABC's"! It was a great time! I have come to this restaurant quite a few times out of convenience, but also because the food tastes delicious! The unique feature of this Mongolian experience is that this establishment uses a different method to cook your bowl of food than the american rendition of Mongolian such as HuHot. This place use a single stick that pulls your food around the grill with care and they ensure the proper amount of liquid is used while your food is being cooked. This prevents your food from burning. I have yet to have poorly cooked food here, just error in my own concoction of ingredients. Oops! This is easily the best Mongolian experience I have had across multiple cities in the Inland Northwest. Come in the door, grab a seat, give the server your drink order and go get a bowl in a size you know you will eat! My best recommendation to get the best satisfied feeling from this kind of food is to avoid the noodles/starches. By doing this and sticking to vegetables and meats, you will feel less bloated and more awake 30 minutes after you finish eating. Also bamboo is a great ingredient to add to help boost your energy. 5 of 5 stars is awarded for quality in food prep and cleanliness. You will not be dissapointed! Food: What I love most about this place is that they don't just throw your items on the grill and let them burn. They keep them moving at all times and if need be they will add water to help, or if they notice your bowl has very little sauce they will recommend some for you. All items are fresh and cut there (no prepackaged veggies here). Great clean and simple collection of traditional sauces. They have different options of bowl sizes (small, med, large, XL) or all you all you can eat bowl. Which I always go for! I enjoy the ability to try new things and not have to worry about not liking it because I can just get a new bowl. Restaurant: Very clean, over the years they have updated the seating and the decor. It's very simple but nice and not overly distracting. Servers: Are very nice and you will never have an issue getting your drink refilled or your check when you want it.
