I was assured by Yolanda that they would order me a couple more bras and the right size prosthetic. It took about 4 weeks to get everything in. They called me to tell me my product was in and that they would ship it to me for free. I thought that was a great thing because of my work schedule I could never make it over there. It's about 2 weeks since Yolanda said that she would ship it and I have not received anything in the mail. Imagine, you've gone through one of the hardest things of your life (breast cancer) only to be screwed by the one thing that makes me feel like a confident female. Now, Yolanda won't be back for a few weeks and no one else can help me with my order as I was told "she is the only one that deals with the breast prosthetics".

If you suffer from real or disabling foot pain, Pacific Medical Prosthetics is the place that I really MUST recommend to you. The orthotics that they made for me maybe six or seven years ago were perfect!! I really had never felt such a relief from my crippling foot pain before!! I sometimes would go somewhere and just couldn't make it back to the car because I was so disabled from the sharp pains in my toe joints. After having a very long career as a registered nurse and being on my feet all the time there is a lot of damage to my feet. The staff at Pacific Medical Prosthetic were so professional and knowledgeable that they properly measured my gait and impressions for my feet and made an amazing shoe insert specifically for ME! I could finally WALK AGAIN!!!!! I have been successfully wearing these orthotics for years. I just went to my regular doctor to get a pair of orthotics, covered by my insurance which they were, but they're so painful to wear and I don't know why. I also found Michelle and the other office staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Before seeing Kelsey, I had pretty severe, continuous foot pain the past 2 + years. Physical therapy did help to reduce the pain, but the problem persisted. I'm not able to tolerate Ibuprofen or cortisone injections so the podiatrists and orthopedic doctors I saw were not able to help me without surgery which I really wanted to avoid. My only remaining option was to try custom orthotics and I'm so glad I did! Kelsey is very kind, knowledgeable, and is an excellent listener. She fitted me carefully and addressed my specific needs when customizing the orthotics in order to ensure proper alignment and comfort. She explained what needed to be done and why and gave me excellent advice re: how to use and" break in" the orthotics a little at a time. She was also happy to have me come back and continue to "tweak" the orthotics as I adjusted to them in order to get the optimal fit. Service was quick and the price was very reasonable. My husband and I were scheduled to take a trip out of the country so Kelsey worked me in quickly so that I would have the orthotics in time for our vacation. My feet have definitely improved and I am beyond grateful!
