I'm not interested in running around trying to get other people to properly do their jobs. I do not want anything to do with people who hang up on their potential patients because they ae rude and incompetent. If you encounter incompetent and rude people in one part of the organization then the rest of the org is just as bad in my experience. She was simultaneously treating three patients at the same time, which immediately made me uncomfortable. It felt like I was part of an assembly line rather than an actual patient receiving care. I kept wondering whether I should wait my turn to be focused on--or if anyone was actually focused at all. The "treatment" consisted of about 2 minutes with a laser and 7 minutes of shock therapy, followed by a very brief and surface-level conversation about why I was there. There was zero effort to get to know me, my concerns, my history, or my goals. No questions, no engagement, no real assessment. My copay was $5, and honestly, the level of care reflected exactly that. It felt cheap, rushed, and impersonal--like minimal effort for minimal cost. I left feeling unimportant, rushed, and unheard. The whole place felt like a drive-thru chiropractic service--get them in, plug them into a machine, get them out. If you're looking for personalized care, attention, or a provider who actually takes the time to focus on you, this is not the place. Do not recommend.

Four or five different people quickly slip in and out of my exam room to touch me/ provide services during each 10 minute appointment. Needless to say, it is a revolving door of strangers. I don't know if any of them have read my chart or know my body's needs. I don't know any of them well enough to know who to ask for. I learned that each provider who touches some part of my service during the appointment can charge insurance for more services. That's the only reason I can think of why they would provide such unprofessional, impersonal, and awkward service. I tried to stay with them for three or four appointments because they take my insurance. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't worth the potential harm to my body to continue being seen.

Yelp needs a zero stars rating. Setting the appointment was…read morenothing short of a nightmare. It's standard to get X-rays before the appointment. They assume you know this. They don't ask if you already have X-rays. If they return a call, one person says, "hey it's me". If you return someoneo call, and tell the person, FOUR times, the name of the person you are calling for, she says, "I need to find out who called you". I witnessed a nurse giving pre-op and post-op surgical instructions in the waiting room! I know what pain meds his insurance will cover pre-surgery, they will give him something after surgery and immobilize his arm. He can use his current PT or a new one after surgery. This is all a HIPAA violation. There were 5 people in the waiting room who witnessed this interaction. I have severe medical anxiety due to medical trauma and supply a FULL, typed medicial history and ways to lessen my anxiety during the visit. It states to "read entirely before engaging patient". Nurse taking my BP missed the memo. She tried asking about allergies. Referred her to my paperwork. She asked another question; same response. She spoke to me during my BP reading (not supposed to). Met with the doctor. Went as well as expected. His attitude was apparent and he had no intention of assisting me. He can't understand a frustrated tone. He was more interested in chastising a patient in pain. If it didn't involve invasive procedures, he refers you back to your primary. I walked out angry and upset. Unprofessional office. I recommend avoiding this provider like the plague.

I searched on Yelp and Solano Chiropractic Health Center was rated very highly. I called this morning and they took her in the same day. In listening to the doctor McEvilly, I can definitely hear a high level of care and professionalism. He believes he can get my Sister in-law in much better shape than surgery.
