really thought i would love this place. they were hired to…read morestore items, deliver items and pack and unpack from our old home to the new one. i had no issue with the storing and delivering of items however MAJOR issues with packing and unpacking. their manager fabian came out in person to take a look at our items and provide a quote. he took photos and said they do in person walk through to get as accurate of an estimate as possible. the original quote was based on (5) bedroom home-packing and unpacking of (5) bedroom closets, (3) hall closets, (5) mattresses/boxsprings, (2) beds, (3) dressers, (3) nightstands, entire kitchen and garage. he took photos of all these items and listed them individually on the estimate. he also stated if you wanted to save money, to start packing the items before they came. given that we had 3 weeks or so in between, i did just that as i'm unable to sit around and do nothing. not only did i pack everything expect (2) cabinets in the kitchen and majority of the master closet and 1 hall closet, i also had everything moved that we had packed!! what they ended up needing to bring was -1 hall closet -1 master closet -2 kitchen cabinets -glowforge machine -pelaton treadmill (which they broke a piece to and are only trying to credit $10 for. a piece that you cannot fix) -3 boxes from upstairs -1 king mattress -1 media console i took photos of everything they needed to move. in comparison to the list fabian made and the photos he took himself, it's obvious the workload was cut by 80%. additionally unpacking services were never used as i ended up unpacking everything myself. yet somehow the cost went UP from the original estimate. i have photos of (3) guys standing around watching one unscrew the handle to a treadmill as well as instead of packing shoes, holding each pair up to show the other guys, for just about every pair. beware. what you are quoted is not what you will receive. they will find a way to milk the clock. they will charge you and say "it's close to the estimate" yes it's about $1000 more but i did 80% of the moving before you even showed up and didn't even utilize the unpacking services! so no-it's not.

They are friendly, courteous, and careful with my items. They do receiving, storage, and installation for me. I have used them for more than 10 large installs both locally and out of town and they have always completed the job to my satisfaction. They are used to dealing with high end clientele and try to document every part of their job. They help me load and unload my car, they help me when things are damaged, and they are eager to work me into their schedule, even when it is last minute. I can't recommend them enough. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they have been worth it, in my experience.
