Next, even though they had all the required documentation to provide delivery of my needed and requested supplies they insisted they didn't. They kept insisting I follow up with my doctor who had sent it multiple times. After a month of this ineptness they finally found the documentation but still needed over a week to process it through their billing dept. I ended up having to buy the supplies online and pay out of pocket for them even though they are 100% covered by medicare. Avoid if you can!

I received a call a short while later from the receptionist saying she complained on my behalf and her persistence paid off - insurance gave in and let them handle it rather than me. bigger places wouldn't care enough to do that. thanks southtown!

That was my only interaction with a sales associate, since the rest of them were socializing in the side part of the store. While walking around, I was almost pushed out of the way by the loud clientele who acted as though they were rooting through the clearance bin at Kohl's. This store used to have class and quality items. Now, it only has poorly made products, overpriced fragrances, and a trashy attitude. It isn't even worth redeeming the mailer coupon to have to put up with the generally icky feeling in this store.
