Nina completed a deluxe pedicure for me. Nina did an amazing job. I'm so grateful that I went in this establishment! I came here for an appointment two weeks ago for a Gel X Full Set and was told that it was a fixed price of $75 with any design and any length. Today, when I came back for the same exact service - I was told that it would be $15 more. I tried to explain what was told to me two weeks ago and the nail techs insisted that they would need to call the other nail tech (who was off of work) to verify the price that I was saying before they started my nails. They literally sat there and argued with each other for 10-15 minutes (in my face) before I got up and left. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes because the nail techs were doing EACHOTHERS nails .... not another customer .... another employee. How unprofessional and disrespectful is that? Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else. You'll have a headache and empty wallet just trying to get you nails done decently at this place! read more

I came into this salon as a walk in, was quickly greeted, and was told it'd be about a 15 minute wait for a manicure (I don't think I even waited that long.) The salon itself is cozy and clean, they play pop music overhead and overall had a welcoming vibe. The nail tech who took care of me (Kay) was super nice and was very transparent about how much my service would be. I had intended to get gel-x today but ended up opting for an acrylic overlay with gel polish after Kay informed me that the overlay would be cheaper (by like $5 for what I wanted to get on my nails, but hey, thats still $5 saved) as well as better for my nails in the long run. (I was also convinced by a couple regular clients finishing up their services who also agreed with what Kay was saying and even showed me their acrylic they they were getting done lol) Throughout my service, Kay made sure that I was happy through every step, from shaping to the cat-eye effect of the polish. This made a very good impression on me, especially as a first time customer. I last minute decided that I also wanted to get a pedicure and they were easily able to accommodate me. Leon did a fantastic job with my pedicure and didn't make me feel bad about having ticklish feet when doing the scrub and massage lol.
