This place is a little hole in the wall and not too busy. It's tucked away in shopping center behind Dutch Bros so it's easy to miss which is probably why it's not crazy busy. This is my second time here and I don't have any complaints. I've been with Lacy both times, she is extremely personable, thorough, and efficient. This time I came in kinda down but by the time I left she totally had elevated my mood. I don't even know where to begin. Unfortunately the lowest you can give is one star, because I would give zero stars. If you are trying to relax, this is not the nail salon for you. It was very chaotic and during my entire service the lady at the very front which I am, assuming is the boss talked on the phone nonstop in her own language. Which I don't have a problem with that, but I had a problem with her volume, she was being so loud and I started to get a really bad headache. And I mean she was being LOUD, the entire shop could hear her, I do not mean talking like a quick chat on the phone. I am literally saying it was throughout my entire service which was about an hour or so. I was just trying to find a place to relax on my day off but the salon does not have a good atmosphere for relaxation at all. Especially if she is the boss, she needs to be more considerate for her clients who come there to have a nice day to relax and get their services done. If I was looking for a noisy place, then I would've gone to the supermarket instead. Then, the worst part of all was the lady that did my service, Michelle. She polished outside of the lines onto my skin and did not clean it up properly. I could still see the gel residue on my cuticle, it looks messy and a few days later, now it is already lifting. Absolutely not worth the money. As for my pedicure that she did, while she was cutting my cuticle, she was being really rough with the nippers. I had asked her to please be more gentle because it was hurting me and she still used the same amount of pressure. The skin around my toes started to become red and felt tender, like a burning sensation almost bleeding. I'm just glad, it doesn't appear that I have gotten an infection yet from the service. She needs to be talked to, because she needs to listen to what the customer is saying, not ignoring them and just continue working her way. Especially if she's hurting, them. I felt like she was ignoring me the whole time as if she thought I was complaining purposely. I wasn't, she was hurting me and I don't have sensitive skin. I can't even imagine if it was someone that had sensitive skin, the pain they would feel. Overall, the atmosphere of this nail salon it's not worth the experience and definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this place to others, PLEASE find somewhere else to relax. Especially in this economy, there is no extra money to waste. Find somewhere else that would be worth your money, because it is not here. read more

I started going to trust salon about 6-8 months ago. I should have stopped about 4 months ago. I only get pedicures and the last two were horrible. Unfortunately I sent my sister there to get her nails done. She wanted a refill and now she has regretted every since. The gentleman who did her nails did a horrible job and 3 days later she got fungus in one of the nails. She went back to the shop to have them remove them removed. She would have done it herself if she had the tools to do them properly. They response to this problem was to tell her to come back once the fungus cleared up. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Lana's Nail & Spa. I went in for a regular pedicure, and the next day, my toes were swollen and infected. I called the salon immediately, but they were closed for Thanksgiving. When I finally spoke with the owner, Lana, on Friday, you can barely understand her but told me to come in on Saturday when the technician who did my toes would be there. When I arrived on Saturday and explained the situation, the technician stated that Lana refuses to give me a refund, claiming that it was something in my body and that their tools/polishes were clean because "no one else has complained." She then told me that $30 wasn't enough for a refund. I explained that I didn't want another service since I had already removed the polish and was afraid of another infection. To my shock, Lana then refused service to both me and my mother, despite us being loyal customers for years. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I trusted this salon for years, and to be treated this way is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and poor customer service, especially given the health risks involved, is shocking. I expected better from a place I frequented so often. I urge others to be cautious about their hygiene practices and customer service. Came in as a walk in and Lana said she would be able to see me if I didn't mind waiting a few. She had me sit in the Pedi chair while I waited and it was so comfortable and I got a great back massage while waiting. Lana gave me a great pedicure and even got the skin on the side of my toe that was causing me pain without cutting or hurting me. For my full set, I showed her a pic of what I was wanting and she did not disappoint. She asked for my input and made sure I was happy each step of the way. Been here about 4 times now, pedicures only. First two times chill, upsetting but not enough to stop coming since its 5 minutes away. One guy literally cannot draw designs and you know I would ask for the bare minimum like a mini heart or something small and simplistic to match the season, but he would put stickers that DON'T MATCH the color I got or that just looks weird. I get it not everyone can draw a design so I lived with it. Today though was my last straw. My boyfriend and I called ahead and they said come at 5. Waited 10 minutes okay whatever. Then when they're doing my toes, my boyfriend was waiting about 20 minutes to just get his feet to be soaked but we're not complaining, we're just chilling. There's a leak in the roof that was dripping the entire time we were there above the second pedicure chair closest to the front and it looked like a pimple dripping. My boyfriend saw the lady who was doing his toes TAKE PICTURES OF ME, now I didnt notice since I was looking for toe designs and watching tiktoks. He told me after and thats when I decided to write this review. My pedicure overall today, was like a 5/10 and I'm being kind since he scrubbed the dead skin under my feet good since I didnt laugh uncontrollably. The staff also was making fun of me in their language since I wanted gold sparkles and couldnt decide between two different shades of maroon. And you can tell the lady w/ the short black hair who was doing my boyfriend's pedicure, was doing like 3-4 clients at a time. Would give it a one star but considering I'm writing this post after my 4th time here which was the final straw, I'm giving this place the grace of the extra star. Will be looking at other nail places in the Silverado Ranch area, Lana's & Top Lee's are currently out of the running. read more

I have been coming to Lana's Nail Bar for a while now and I won't go anywhere else. She has lots of colors and designs to choose from. She knows all of the latest trends and styles too. I don't know what brand of gel top coat she uses but my nails stay shiny until I need to get a fill. She doesn't try to use old clumpy, acetone-diluted polish like other salons either.
