They originally quoted $35 for my son and $75 for me and just kept up charging the rest of the visit. We felt like they rushed our mani pedis (we were the first people in too) they only soaked one of my son's hands. Neither of us got any kind of relaxing rub down. Left wet towels on my legs for so long they were freezing. Then with the paraffin hand treatment I literally had to flag her down to take it off me I was waiting so long. Then tells me I owe $220 for everything I wanted to use a credit card then they hella pressured me to use their atm and get cash instead for a lot of reasons. I felt so pushed and frustrated I gave in then couldn't wait to get out. Really disappointed it wasn't a relaxing experience and it's WAY overpriced. Picked two stars because at least my nails look decent. Won't ever return though.

I'll certainly be seeing Ninjee for future services. ...update...At one week, my hair began to get caught in my nails. I am told that this is due to lifting. I am using food service gloves to wash my hair and cook. ...update...At two weeks, one Gel-x nail popped off. The others are visibly lifting. At two and a half weeks, two other nails popped off. I went back yesterday, on my three-week anniversary of my first set of Gel-Xs and asked for hard gel instead. The set looks fine so far, but I was in for a shock when I went to pay. There was an additional $20 charge to take off the Gel-X nails. The cat-eye polish went from $15 to $20 in 3 weeks (not worth it, if you ask me). In fairness, I got a basic pedicure too, for $35. Those are always good. But the receptionist rang up a bill for $150! I protested as Ninjee had said she would give me a discount and the receptionist lowered it to $135. At least that's what the card reader showed. Imagine my surprise when I got home, checked my on-line receipt, and it showed $145. Way too much -- I need to find a less-expensive place.
