When I got there they were already working. The brand new door knob was broken off.... I asked what happened and they said it was like that. That was the first red flag. Now today I get a phone call saying the inspector was there but couldn't get in. That I needed to run over there and open and wait or hide a key so the inspector can get in. I questioned Craig on why they never let me know the inspection was scheduled. He lied and said they sent me an email or voicemail none of which I ever received. When I expressed my disappointment over the situation and explained how I can't drop everything I'm doing Craig became very rude on the phone, and told me the inspection was now up to me to get done and hung up the phone. I believe the work is good but these folks lack any type of professionalism.

I did not give them approval to put us on a schedule and they cleaned the windows anyway. We were closed and they only cleaned the outside windows and charged us the same as they would if they cleaned both the inside and outside.
