Located in Resort World. Order through the kiosk and the food comes out quick. The fish from the fish and chips was actually very good. It had great portions and was very fresh. It tasted better than what I had in Europe who specialized in this dish!

Tried the Haddock Fish and Chips. Food came out hot and fresh in less than 10 min. Fish and fries were nice and crispy on the outside. Soft on the inside. The fish was a little bit salty for my taste but very good overall. I still Iike the Gordon Ramsey Fish and Chips slightly better though. Service was excellent.

Great for late night hunger cravings. The haddock fish and chips were noteworthy. I loved the portion and crispiness of both. It's a little pricey but Long John silvers it is not.

Good service. Lots of indoor seating nearby. The fish and chips came out hot and made to order. The breading on the fish was a bit thicker than I'd like. A bit on the oilier side in my honest opinion. I wish there was more sauce choices. Not bad, but this would not be in my must try list. This was my first time here and will most likely be my last. There are other better fish and chips on the Las Vegas strip.

Located in the Famous Eats Food Fall, located in the Resort World Casino and Resort complex on the Las Vegas Strip, Hans Fish & Chips serves a good rendition of English Fish and Chips. It was our last night in Las Vegas, and my wife and I wanted to try something new from the downstairs food hall. So I took a stroll by myself downstairs to pick up a couple of dishes and bring it back up. The restaurants in the food hall provide combined ordering through kiosks (able to charge to room) scattered throughout the area. Fried fish is a good choice, so ordered a cod fish & chips ($17.95). I determined that my other dish would be ready first, so came back to Hans once I picked up my other dish. I learned that it's best to ask each vendor for your dish, instead of waiting for a page on your phone. Sure enough, they hadn't even started on my order (prioritizing the dine-in orders first)...but it was simple enough to toss the fish and fries into a to-go box, and I was on my way. There is a $1 charge per dish for carryout. The fries were the deeply battered kind, and in this case, it was more batter than potato, so my wife didn't eat much of that. It's a bad choice for classic fish and chips (you are not going to find battered from frozen french fries as chips in England). Good quality cod can be purchased frozen, and this was what it was. It was a good crispy beer battered, similar to what you would get at long john silver's, back in the day, expect with a lot better quality fish. The dish came with 3 cod loins, very moist, maintaining it's temperature well. It did come with tartar sauce, but no ability to get malted vinegar. That's one thing I noticed about the ordering process at the food hall, it is not possible to customize anything. Probably better to order it directly from each vendor.

First time trying Hans Fish & Chips, and Boy did it not disappoint! You first order on the kiosk machines which are located away from the actual counter. It's nice so people don't crowd the restaurant counter. You can pick a table anywhere and the place will text you when your food order is ready. They prepared my order quickly! They pair it with a side of vinegar & tarter sauce. I prefer to only have lemon when eating fish n chips but these were so delicious and fresh/hot I was fine without having it. Not too much personal interaction with the staff which is fine with me. This food is great! (Pricey but great!)

Not usually a food court guy, but I am a fish and chip guy! Had some trouble ordering, the screen at Hans wouldn't connect for the credit card, so we had to try again at the stall next door. That didn't work either so we typed the whole order in a third time on a random kiosk screen. Finally worked but Hans never got the order so we had to tell them verbally. Despite the poor system for ordering the food was really good. We got 2 cod and chips and 1 haddock and chips. Cod was 3 pieces of fresh, firm white fish. Was very tasty. Haddock was 1 large piece of fish and it was also very good Fries were good as well. You can also get beer here! Really enjoyed it!

Came here for a quick lunch and ordered from a kiosk. It's convenient because you can order from all of the restaurants in the food court, but I did have a hard time locating the food pick up. There is a ton of seating in the food court. My order took a little while, but overall didn't wait long. I got the 3 piece fish and chips to share. I read the other reviews and maybe I just came on an off day, but i didn't think the fish was anything special. I thought there was too much batter and not enough fish, but on the bright side it was crispy and the fish inside was tender. The fries were good, but taste like fries you'd order from any where. I probably wouldn't come back here, but I would try it one more time in case I did go on an off day.

i'm not gunna lie these were better than gordon ramsay's fish and chips!!! the batter to fish ratio was perfect and breading was perfectly fried. no fishiness at all sauce is classic tartar sauce. i will say gordon ramsay's sauce options were better but the fish and chips were not as well fried as hans

At resorts world food court/ stall, I thought I'd change it up and try something new here. The fries are the highlight, double fried, extra seasoning. The fish itself was just ok. There are better options within an arm's reach, but if you're craving fish n chips it will do. 3.5 stars.

The restaurant is located at the food court of the casino floor. I had the cod fish & chips, which was surprisingly good. Nothing fancy or special, so don't expect anything higher. They make your order right away. Food was served hot, the fish and fries were crispy and it was a pretty decent portion. My only complaint is that when they salt the fries, then they put the fish on top of them and some of the salt gets transferred over to the hot batter of the fish which makes the fish piece a little bit too salty. I ate most of my portion but I had to leave out the salty piece of the fish because of the transferred salt from the fries.

Unfortunately, this experience was so bad we did not go to any other locations after this. Service left a lot to be desired. Maybe she was having a bad day? maybe she is over the tourist, and to that i would say find a different job girlie pop. I asked her how many pc of fish come in an order because it is not posted and she was super annoyed. We ask how much a beer was and she was opening it before we could even finish and felt obligated to purchase. Which was a whopping $17 We did the fish box; which comes with 2 pcs. Dirty Fries#2 - toooo much parm and truffle oil. (skipppp this option), and we upgraded for the fresh lemonade. The best part of the meal was the lemonade. It is cool to go and check out because it is Gordan, but I don't think it is worth spending $$$$ on a meal for each person.

We added on a side of curry sauce ($3.50) and gravy ($3.50). The menu was straight forward. The fish and chips were 10/10. One giant piece the length of the plate! The clam chowder was way too salty that I had to add lots of hot sauce and pepper. Be careful as it came out pipping hot. The poutine was not my favorite. I'm not a fan of cheese curds or the thick fries. However, the gravy was superb but wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. I would recommend to stick with what they are known for: fish and chips! No need to travel across the ocean, this pub has it and it tastes good (I travel to Ireland often). The homemade potato soup is quite tasty if you're looking for something warm. After 30 minutes I went back up to just get a refund. And this is where things took a turn for the worse! After asking the guy, who could not have been nicer, about the refund , it took a good 5 minutes before the manager came up. In the mean time, the guy did bring a box over and asked me what I ordered. He then said he didn't think that was my order and took it back, where a girl just picked it up and threw it away without even looking. Not sure if that was the same girl I witnessed scratch herself under her shirt with her gloves hand. Eventually the manager showed up, and without making eye contact or saying a word, picked up my receipt and said she was going to refund me $14 and some change. I said "except my bill was $17 something". She pointed to my iced tea and said something to the fact I had drank some of it. I said "you're going to charge me for that? Nevermind I'll take it up with my bank". She then adjusted it to the full amount and said she was refunding the full amount. I called her out about not refunding the full amount until I said something she argued with me about that. Until I had to deal with the manager, Mayra she said her name was, I could not have been nicer. She has zero customer service skills. Zero empathy for a waiting customer. Now I'm home and hangry.
