Super friendly, cheerful service. Got the Silog bowl. I'd planned to get the tapa (beef), but they were out, so got the tocino (chicken) instead, and loved it (I love sweet meats!). Tender, not dry, very tasty, and I think it was dark meat, which I prefer. The fried rice was wonderfully savory. Egg was a little more cooked than I would like (I like it runny). A satisfying meal!

Even with all the construction surrounding this food truck spot, it didn't stop me from picking up some filipino breakfast. I have always been meaning to try out their food after seeing many rave reviews on Instagram and literally live only 5 minutes away from here, so was stoked when I finally had the chance! I ordered the tocilog, longsilog, and the breakfast burrito w/ portugese sausage for my family and I, which turned out perfect and flavorful. Portions were pretty good for what you pay for. It's definitely one of the top local favorites of mine especially because they serve up food that I grew up with that makes me think of home. Thank you Mark and Kino for being part of our growing diverse food community!

Hapapino - Filipino/Hawaiian Food Truck. My second time eating food from here. (The first time my girlfriend went with the kiddo and brought back cold leftovers (hours after purchasing) and even though it was cold, I still fell in love.) Get the Breakfast Burrito w/ Longanisa and Breakfast Slider w/ Spam. Very fresh, cooked perfectly, affordable, and subtle (and relatively simple), but delicious, flavors. One of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had, if not the best, and easily the best breakfast burrito I've had in a decade. Get both items and share. If you can't eat both, still get both and save one for later. If you don't like it I'll reimburse you. Highly Recommend - 10 out of 10 stars.

I'd love to give you 5 stars the customer service is amazing but the food was not up to their regular standards according to the reviews I read I had the silog bowl at $12 which has fried rice which was on the dry and not so soft side and the same for the chicken it too was dry but my egg was hot fresh and cooked just the way I like it I would be doing them harm by posting anything else but my true experience maybe this review will help them I hoped it helps you and give them a try I probably stopped by on an off day have fun and eat out

Tapsilog with longganisa. The serving size is perfect and the flavors are on point.

The food is fresh and the flavors legit. Mark and Kino know their stuff. The icing on the cake is the spicy vinegar when you order a silog breakfast. Bomb Filipino comfort food at a food truck?! Hell yes! I'll be back for more for sure!

Just amazing customer service. Great tasty food. I get the bowl with double meat and substitute scrambled egg over the garlic rice.

The best!! Mark is the GOAT, busting out the absolute best filipino food in the area. Best hangover cure. This changed my life and got me out of therapy.

Hapa Pizza: A Masterclass in Fusion and Flavor If you…read morehaven't been to Hapa Pizza in downtown Beaverton, you are missing out on what is arguably the most exciting culinary evolution in the Pacific Northwest. It is rare for a restaurant to live up to "New York Times Best in the US" hype, but Hapa doesn't just meet the bar--it sets a whole new one. The Crust: A Neapolitan Dream Everything starts with the dough. They've mastered a Neapolitan-style crust that achieves the impossible: a light, airy crumb with a soulful sourdough tang and that signature wood-fired "leopard spotting." It's chewy, charred, and provides the perfect structural integrity for their bold toppings. The "Mind-Trip" Flavors What truly makes Hapa a destination is how seamlessly owners Aaron and Natalie Truong blend traditional Asian dishes with the canvas of a pizza. * The Bánh Mì Pizza: This is a revelation. The lemongrass BBQ pork is sweet and smoky, perfectly countered by the crunch of pickled daikon and carrots and a drizzle of sriracha aioli. * The Phở Pizza: It sounds like a gimmick until you taste it. The brisket, Thai basil, and hoisin-sriracha swirl actually trick your brain into thinking you're eating a bowl of noodles, but with the satisfying crunch of a pizza. * Khao Soi & Thai Curry: For those who want a kick, these pizzas bring deep, aromatic spices and creative textures (like crispy wonton strips) that you simply won't find anywhere else. Beyond the Pie Do not sleep on the sides. The Tom Yum Caesar Salad is a tangy, umami-rich masterpiece that redefines what a salad can be. And if they have the Korean Burrata or their Asian-inspired Tiramisus (like Ube or Vietnamese Coffee) on the menu, order them immediately before they sell out. The Vibe Despite the national accolades, Hapa retains its heart. The space is clean and modern, and the service is consistently praised for being warm and efficient even when the line is out the door. Final Verdict: Hapa Pizza isn't just "good fusion"--it's a world-class example of how to respect traditional techniques while fearlessly innovating. It is a mandatory stop for any food lover in Oregon. Pro Tip: They are known to sell out, so arrive early or check their social media for daily updates. Your taste buds will thank you.

Came here with some friends who have been here before. I love the idea of fusion pizza and they…read morenailed it. My wife and I split the charsiew and the green curry pizza. I think both had their pros and cons. The green curry felt like it embodied green curry on a pizzal however it was a lot of the same flavors. On the other hand the char siew had many different components, but felt less like a cohesive dish. Althoug hits hard to say what exactly makes char siew a dish, since it's usually just a meat. I want to say that the food is genuinely enjoyable and I think they bridge the gap between pizza and asian food well. However, while we were there they did forget our order and it was about an hour in when every other table started getting their food that we started getting concerned. That being said, the staff was friendly, and apologetic, and did comp our meal, but I thought i would mention this incident.

As I drove up a few customers were entering the business, as I walked in a few folks were waiting in line, this gave me a sense of comfort that folks would be waiting for to go orders and dining in. The gentleman at counter greeted me and gave me ample time to review the giant menu board. I landing on the Hot and Spicy Chicken, the meal comes with two scoops of white rice a large portions of chicken and a good sized green salad with dressing. The portions were huge, good tasting chicken, it was not that spicy but maybe for some they may find it to be, if you decided to try it is the T8. The food price was reasonable, they served the food quickly. They also have a soda fountain for a few bucks more. I will be returning to try a few other dish options. The vibe is very chill, nice quiet atmosphere.

The chicken was great as were the veggies. Also for $11 I think the price was definitely worth it. The veggies are comparable to Panda Express, which isn't a bad thing, that's just what I thought of. I ordered to go and it took less than 10 mins to get my food out so that was great! While it's not the most amazing chicken teriyaki in the world, it's a great tasting and affordable option if you're looking to grab a quick lunch. I'd eat here again and maybe try their spicy tofu or something, that sounded good when I saw it on the menu. But yea, solid lunch spot!
