    Szechuan shrimp
    Alan W.

We appreciate that Happi China was open for lunch on Christmas. The interior looks so much like most of the other Chinese restaurants in our area. It's the same menu in all of them & the same food pictures on the walls. I ordered the lunch combo composed of Szechuan Shrimp, fried rice, & an egg roll, for $8.50. The egg roll was nothing special. The Szechuan Shrimp was fresh, & full of crisp veggies. There were however just 4 shrimp in the meal, which seemed a little low. The dish was spicy with heat, but the sauce was super plain & lacking much flavor. Finally the fried rice was good, & a huge portion. Overall, the food was decent, but it wasn't exciting.

My husband had the soup, I can't remember the name but one they always have, and it was so delicious. I had the tomato salad and it was perfect. The dressing served with the tomato salad was so good. Last but not least their key lime pie is the best we have had anywhere, ever!!!! Sorry we didn't get pictures but we were too consumed in the moments to mess with our phones. We will be back!!!

Definitely a five star experience and we will be back…read more Parking in the lot in front is quite small, but there is a lot of parking around the area that's free. On the website they list out parking lots, so I would recommend checking that out. We ended up parking at a parking garage that was a couple minutes walk from the restaurant. Also, pro tip thanks Yelp, they do accept reservations. You have to look on OpenTable, though, I don't feel like I saw it on their website. We were there at 7 PM on Saturday and even without a reservation we would've gotten a table. However, it is on the smaller side if you want to sit inside, they do have a back patio. I saw a reserve sign on our table, so they definitely honor Reservations. I got hogarita which is their version of a margarita. It was good. My husband got an old-fashioned and liked it. The food is where this place really shines. I got hogfish grilled with their veggie of the day and key lime slaw. My husband got their salmon grilled with veggie of the day and hush puppies. The hush puppies are exceptional. I usually avoid carbs and I'm sure this one is really bad for you, but it was absolutely delicious. My husband, who normally isn't a huge fish eater liked his salmon. We both agreed, though that my hog fish was better. The hog fish was flaky and tender, a very mild tasting fish, but absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 on this dish. This place is pretty casual, it feels very down to earth with really good food. Service was attentive and quick, we will be back.

This location is way better!! It's (3) levels and I sat at the top on this gorgeous day! Drinks are great for happy hour which runs from 11:00am-6:00pm great drinks for $5!!! I had the BEST Crab Cake since I moved (3 years) to Florida! Don't agree with a $35 dollar price tag..BUT it was Soooooo buttery, that I was scraping my skillet for more. Service was great! They might have been short handed..I'm just assuming...but the waiter was making my drinks! That alone is a SUPER bonus!! All-in-all I will come back! I'll be back for the crab boil..they have (3) to choose from and they look delicious! I was snacking all day, so "Linner" was light.

We started with the happy hour OG margaritas. They were ok, nothing stellar. We had fish spread for an appetizer- it was about a 1/2 cup portion with pickled jalapeños, celery sticks and baby carrots (which was kinda odd- never thought to eat carrots with fish spread). It was delicious. I had the lobster roll with fries. Generous portion of lobster. The toasted roll was perfect. Fries were pretty average beer battered type fry. My husband had the crab cakes with fries and coleslaw. They had a decent amount of crab to filler ratio. The serving size was average. The coleslaw is a chopped style. I didn't care for the taste of it, it reminded me of a store bought variety. Overall our meal was good. The service was friendly and it was very clean inside.

This place is absolutely adorable…read more I think this street is the perfect place to hit up a couple restaurants for a progressive dinner. A lot of the restaurants are closed for lunch though, which is how we ended up here. It's a lot larger than it looks. There's a really cute covered outdoors area in the back with a stage for performances. There were only a few diners there for lunch on a Friday so it was easy to grab a spot. I got a skinny strawberry margarita, it made me happy to see a skinny version of a flavored margarita on the menu. It has a sugar rim and was delicious. It's on the sweet side and I'd definitely get it again. I requested it without soda water. For my main I got the salmon bowl. I wouldn't get this again, but it's because the base is mainly fried wontons. I thought it would be a scattering of fried wontons but nope, it was a hefty portion. I didn't eat most of the fried wontons because I'm trying to be healthy. It's a delicious dish, just not for me. Service was great, but we were an easy table because we were chatting the entire time. I enjoyed our meal here, so we will definitely be back!

BE CAREFUL NOT DOUBLE TIP! 20% Automatically for Crappy service!…read more This place used to be great but has fallen off the map. They have cut some many corner then what it used to be. The buffalo chicken sandwich barely comes with any sauce and the blu cheese dressing is mayonnaise with some blu cheese in it. The waiters and staff are less than par because they have put an automatic 20% tip so why work hard. Waited 30 minutes to order, took 28 minutes to get food and 25 minutes for a check with no one to check on us and the food. They spend most of the time on their phones. CINDA should not be running this place. She has no management skills as she screens across the bar to the sushi chef like a dried out scagg!
