Some restaurants substitute some green peppers, totally changing the taste. I get it's a lot of green onions, but that is the recipe. Not enough green onions, but plenty of onions & luckily no green peppers! One suggestion, please add brown rice as a substitution, even if you must do a slight up charge. I am sure I am not the only one that doesn't love white rice. What's a girl to do ? Keep going back, been great for years & don't see that changing.
