One of their truck drivers decided to stop in the middle of traffic & started driving in REVERSE without even stopping to check if there were cars behind the truck, on a busy road which is safe to assume there is cars behind. We tried honking & the truck kept on driving I'm reverse & was centimeters away from crashing into us. Thankfully I have dash camera footage of the incident. The truck driver then started to yell profanities at us & place the blame on us for not seeing him when HE was the one who did not see us & the line of cars behind him. I have looked up this company on some transport company reviews, numerous people have complained about how this company is a scam, how their cars were damaged in transport, & how unskilled & unsafe their truck drivers are. I would stay away from this company. How scary to think that these untrained people are allowed to drive 18 wheelers cross country with little to no experience.

My vehicle is currently in transport and it has been a nightmare. I called multiple times, and I kept receiving the run arounds. The Happy Transport dispatcher was rude and extremely unprofessional. He did not speak English well and told me to call the broker because he did not care and he was not getting paid any money. This has been much more complicated than it should have been. This company was assigned to me for pick by Ultimate Transport, and they should be ashamed of themselves for pairing any paying customer with this company. I was charged a deposit and notified via text before I was even given a pickup time or time estimate. I had to ask for a time slot. The driver showed up a week later to drop off without calling me. One had a mask around his neck, and the rest of the two movers didn't have them. When I informed them politely that Cambridge has a law that requires you to wear face masks in public places, such as the apartment building lobby they were standing in, all three pulled out masks from their pockets. I said great, please put them on. They did and walked to the elevator, then took them off. WTF? I say nothing, and when we got to our apartment on the ninth floor, I asked them again to put them on, this time a little annoyed since they don't seem to be taking this seriously at all. They said they can't put them on since moving is cardio-intensive and putting on a mask will hinder their work. Well, excuse me, there's a f**king pandemic going on and they are refusing to wear a mask inside my home? I had no other choice but to turn a blind eye since we were leaving from Boston to California that day and we had no other choice. The "quality assurance" guy reached out to me when we got to California and I informed him about my displeasure on the mask situation, and then I NEVER heard back from him, until I told him I was going to write this review. He called and said "they did not want to be defamed on the internet". lol. My pet food storage box, trash can, and some small items had dents when they got here, so I won't comment on the moving services.
