I got a mani/pedi with my husband here right before our wedding. We appreciated that they had flexible hours. We weren't able to get any names but the person helping my husband was really sweet and phenomenal. The person who did my toenails was amazing. I admitted to them that it was my first time ever getting my nails done and wanted a simple look, no gel or anything. The staff helping with my toenails was giving me suggestions because I had trouble picking nail polish color as I just wanted it to match my jewelry. She suggested French tips and I thought my toenails looked fantastic and thought, great, my finger nails will look just as great... I was wrong. Someone else helped me with my fingernails and she was... very bad. She just carelessly clipped my finger nails. Didn't use the Emory board to file it down nicely. My nails were unevenly shaped. The nail polish was smeared and she didn't try to round it out the way the lady doing my toenails did. It just felt so careless. I showed my husband my finger nails. I was afraid to speak up and was just going to accept that I would have ugly fingernails on my wedding day. Luckily my husband said something and the lady mentioned multiple times how I should've said something earlier so that she could've fixed it right away. I honestly thought the finished product would look better like how the toenails ended up. After making me feel bad with three or four more comments, she proceeded to take off the nail polish and put a single coat of the wrong color on. I specifically pointed out the color I wanted and she told me that the one she was applying on was what I asked for, but it wasn't. I didn't want to tip but because 2 out of the 3 staff were phenomenal, I gave a 25% tip. I had to file my nails some more after I got home. I heard good things about this salon so I drove 20 mins to come here to get a hair cut. As I walked in I was greeted right away. I told Leyna what I wanted and she gave me a price that I can't say no to. My hair is almost as long as to my butt usually other salons will charge me a $35 but Leyna only charged me $15! I have been going to have my eyebrows waxed by Leyna for months now since she always did the amazing job on my eyebrows and I love them so much! However, last weekend I decided to have my hair cut short and I asked Leyna if she had time to cut my hair. Then I showed her the picture of the hair style I wanted and she spent approximate 30-45 minutes to finish my hair cut and it looked super cute. Every three weeks I splurge on myself and get a mani. The place I have been going screwed up my nails bad. The paint was pretty, but it was so thick they looked and felt like acrylics. Now, I am not proud about nor do I like make things about myself but my nails and hands are fabulous. They always have been. I came here because my fiancé's aunt recommend this place and said she's been coming here for years and so has her mother too. I haven't had my nails done in a long time due to the coronavirus pandemic ,but let me just say wow . I got my nails done by the owner Leann and she is so quick and efficient ! most nail salons I've been too they take forever at least a few hours most of the time and other nail places will always cut my fingers by accident which is annoying because those little nicks hurt and on top of that other nail salons will charge an absurd amount for a terrible job which will cause me to tip them hardly anything . But Leanne was so amazing she worked quickly and perfectly and I decided to go with a tiny design on my ring fingers and it came out gorgeous , I got medium length to long nails in a coffin/ballerina shape and the color is Olive Garden with the gold string accents . My only gripe is that the total came out to $45 I was just hoping it would be a tiny bit cheaper since my nails were still relatively simple but I didn't mind because she did such an amazing job , I even gave her a $30 tip because of the times we're in , with the pandemic and protests ,everyone is struggling in some way and I really wanted to thank Leann for the fantastic nails she did ! The whole time in the shop very rushed and the nail technician was so messy doing my fill and one nail replaced getting acrylic everywhere the nail she replaced was so thick and it felt heavy that's how bad it was, I was cut numerous times on fingers several times and she wouldn't say anything didn't even pour a little alcohol on them just kept Going finally got to the end and she's starting to go to paint my nails I'll look at my nails I say no way look at how big this one is and there is acrylic on my nails on the size of my hand so she proceeds to clean it up but it's a burden for her to do basically you can feel the vibe and see it in her she then got done with it it's still wasn't done fully by this time I just have no more patients so I start letting her paint them several times they hit the lamp and I told her and she did not fix it my nails have bombs trash in them dents and the design that she did for me I am dumbfounded it was a simple design and I'm normally a really big person about big designs so this was pretty simple and I'm very disappointed it's so beautiful and that's when I'd had enough and I said no it's not but AnyWho so I pay for the service Go over to Sally's where my girlfriend is shopping and the Sally's lady say they don't even go over there and they hear horror stories but that's not here there so I'm so frustrated and everything I'm like no I'm going to speak to the owner and she just walks up to me and just staring at me not saying anything and she's like what's wrong I said my nails do you see them and she's looking at them and she's feeling them she doesn't say anything if you seconds later she asked what do you want me to do I said I just want you to know she did not proceed to apologize nothing I do not recommend this nail salon it starts with the owner then it goes to her employees which speaks volumes I am posting several pictures sorry if it is an overload But the work is horrible as well as I didn't even mention my feet I paid for calluses remover still have callous and my calluses are not that bad as well as pay for a manicure with my feel because that separate oh no no manicure definitely not one well I hope these pictures to help decide your mind and you do not get the unacceptable and not quality service. The first time I was there, I came for an underarm wax but decided to get gel color since I noticed it was only $15. I was helped by the same lady who did my underarm waxing (unfortunately I didn't get her name). They have the brand that comes in a set of both polish and gel - which is good to know because I usually get polish for my pedicures and gel on my hands and I'm the kind of person that wants my toes to match my nails. I was asked if I wanted a manicure, but I politely declined. Even though I didn't get a manicure, she still spent extra time taking care of my nails and cuticles and was charged with a simple gel color. It was $25 total (10 for the underarm wax and 15 for the gel color). My second time here, I requested to get an underarm wax by Leyna. I called before to see if she was able to fit me into her schedule since it was an hour before they close. Once I got there, Leyna came out to let me know that she was finishing up with someone right now and will see me in 5 minutes. Leyna was meticulous and stayed long after the other ladies went home for the night to make sure that she got every single strand/ingrown out. As a perfectionist myself, I was impressed by her attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was a satisfied patron. I'd definitely come back! This place is amazing they have everything eyebrow threading, spa, nails !
