I had Jane do my nails and I chose a tedious design but Jane did such an amazing job. Alison did my pedicure and I didn't like the color and she was happy to re do my color. I was taken immediately as a walk in and treated so warmly! Kevin did my acrylic full set with ombré for $50 which I think is really reasonable considering the ombré, and Rose did my Deluxe pedicure for $32. They do have a more basic pedicure option without callus remover for $27. I also appreciate they use a timer for the massage, because some places give a less than 2 minute massage when they claim it's 5+ minutes. Both Kevin & Rose were very patient and kind to double check the length and shape of my nails, and Rose cut extra when I requested and was very patient when I was unsure of my polish color choice. They played nice music and had a couple TVs running. The salon is also well air-conditioned which I appreciated during this heat wave. I went on a Tuesday morning, so it was pretty quiet, but I would imagine they'd be very busy on weekends or evenings. read more

First time here. I found this placed on a whim and I needed to get my nails fixed because 4 fingers were lifted off and fell off and It is almost V-Day so I had to look good! It was across from my school so I rushed over there and got my nails done! Kevin was super nice and told me the wait time and I was fine was waiting for 15 min because I had nothing to do. He was really nice and made sure my nails were how I liked them and it turned out great! He is great at shaping and what he does but the downside is the salon does not have lots of color choices unlike the one I normally go to. read more

This place is local to me and I've driven by it for years and never stopped in. Finally, decided to go in as a walk in and wished that I didn't because I left with a bill of $173 later (not including the tip!) it was a complete rip off and way overpriced for the quality of the place. We came in for two regular pedicures and two gel manicures. They are an older place, which is fine but you'll pretty much over pay for your services and get confused what's going on as to a language barrier as to what they're offering/doing to you. Also, be very careful and clear with what services you get here and make sure to confirm the pricing before they begin anything. Quality of the work wasn't very good either and one of the nail ladies cut my friends toe so bad because in her opinion my friend had an ingrown nail, which she didn't and even if she did she would like to have been asked/warned before the worker attempted to remove it. They also over painted the cuticles and didn't paint the edges so the gel started chipping and coming off far before a weeks time. read more

I came in for a walk in full new set of acrylic and gel toes. The shop was clean and elegant. The vibe was calm and relaxing definitely what a nail shop should be. The one who did my nails i think it was the owner since he was the only one allowed to touch the register his workwas beautiful and kept asking me after every step if its okay? I love communication. And my nails turned out beautiful! The lady who did my toes though all i gotta say is that she burned me on both my feet with the towels that they leave in the steamer and my toes are alright... i asked for her to move the paint up to the sides of my nails so that it makes my feet less chubby and look cleaner. I stumbled upon this salon randomly when I was at FedEx next door. Kevin does an amazing job on my nails! I came to him with so many crazy design ideas like marble and others and he is able to create it so beautifully. He creates the shape that I want with acrylics. I can be really picky especially how clean my nails look after. Kevin is very detailed and makes sure that my real nail underneath is kept clean after a fill and the shape of my acrylic is absolutely perfect. Everyone here is very friendly and the staff takes your temperature and gives you hand sanitizer as soon as you come in. read more

I feel really bad giving this place a bad review because the staff was really nice, but this was the worst gel manicure I've ever had :( I just got them done yesterday and every single nail has peeled off. I hadn't gotten my nails done in almost a year so this was super disappointing when I was going out to treat myself. Not only did they peel, but there was polish all over my cuticles. Also, the lady dropped the buffer while doing my nails, and picked it up with her bare foot... enough said about that. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here ***Update: Kevin reached out to me immediately to offer to fix. I accepted and he did a great job. Very nice and apologetic. Today was my first time here and I had a great experience! I came in a little before their closing time and they were kind and asked me to wait a bit which was completely understandable. I got my previous acrylics removed and then received a gel with matte manicure! I met Allison who was a great conversationalist and gentle with my sensitive cuticles. I was visiting my family in HB for the day and decided to stop in to get a new set of Gel-X extensions and a pedicure. I looked up reviews on this salon and heard good things, also combined with the fact that it was down the street from my destination appealed to me. I was able to get a same day appointment and when I arrived, I was seated immediately. The salon itself wasn't bad, but wasn't great; definitely outdated and not super clean. While I was getting my toenails cut and filed, the tech stopped when her appointment walked in. It was awkward as she seemed to have forgotten about her client coming in and left me to attend to her. Another technician stepped in to take over, but she didn't seem to thrilled as it took her away from her break. My biggest issue here is with their Gel-X extensions and how my tech handled my experience. While she was using the mechanical file to buff out my nails, she was so rough that she burnt my nails 4 times. Each time I pulled my hand back or would say that it's too hot/sensitive and she would giggle and shrug it off. She also never changed the towels she was working over and I had my old nails splayed out across the table and my lap. Nail dust was also everywhere and she never dusted it off or prepped my nails with an alcohol wipe. Once all was said and done, my nails were mediocre at best, but i had already been in the chair for almost 2 hours and wanted to get on with my day. Once I got home, I had polish and clear gel all over my fingers that I had to peel off with tweezers and also noticed that some nails were crooked and unevenly shaped. Fast forward to 3 days later and 2 of my nails are already lifting and falling off. Kindly note that I have had many sets of Gel-X that always last at least 3-4 weeks without lifting, peeling or chipping. After 2 hours and $130 later, I would definitely not recommend this place. I will definitely not be coming back here or suggest it to those I know in the area. Save your money and go somewhere else! read more

Alison, Cindy + Kevin were just fabulous this afternoon when I slid into their nail salon in dire need of a mani/pedi an hour before close on a Sunday. They were friendly, and followed by all COVID 19 protocols to ensure everyone was safe. They even turned me on to the matte black gel. It was our first time here thought we would check out a new spot. I was thoroughly unimpressed. Nails came out uneven some are curved whike orjers are flat the paint. On my pedicure, looks like my two-year-old niece did it. It is what it is we will not be returning customers but for spending well over $200 this definitely was not what I expected. read more

This place is really cute and the aesthetic of the space is on point. The ladies who work here always show interest in talking to you. I think I had a woman name Le who did my nails and she's just the funniest and adorable person ever. The previous place I got my nails done wasn't as great and when my friends suggested trying this place, I absolutely enjoyed my experience here. This is hands down one of my favorite place to go now and it's a lot closer to my area. read more

I am very picky. I came here on Valentine's day because my favorite nail salon was packed, and lemme tell you, they did exactly and perfectly what I asked for. The shape and everything is so perfect. Went in for a pedicure, Christine helped me- she talked me/shamed me into callous remover again... ok yeah maybe I needed it! Then argued about the color I chose. I told her before we started that my big toe was sore and to please be gentle. She was very rough and dug deep, and when I reacted, she said " I don't want to hurt you, but do you want me to fix it or not? I can just leave it and you can be in pain".. uhh ok, I said yes please fix it but it still hurts and I'm going to react! Then comes callous remover machine thing and she's grinding my foot like it's not attached.. super rushed and rough again (did I see smoke?). This time I didn't say anything, just waiting for it all to be over so I could get out of there. Then the massage was just meh, rubbing one side of leg till it was numb, while looking out the window, then the other until their little timer went off. And I noticed the tools weren't sanitized/just kept loosely in a pile in her cart...and when she was using them, she'd just toss them back in the cart.. I wish I could say I'd go back... but Christine kind of killed it for me. $40 later.... Also there was no one there on a holiday weekend Saturday morning? Weird.
