I've been going for as long as I could remember! They are so nice and always do my nails perfectly for a good price. I've been going here to get my gel nails done about every two weeks, for every event or dance I ever went to in highschool. And I'm usually really picky about getting my eyebrows done because it was hard to grow them back the way I wanted them to be after I first discovered and went a little over board with the tweezers. The original owner helped me keep the shape to my eyebrows while trying to grow them back, but still maintaining the stragglers. And even under new management, this is still the only place I trust to touch my eyebrows. NEW MANAGEMENT REVIEW: I still go here after many years and it never fails! I just started get acrylics instead of gels and I've always heard they wreck your nails or are too heavy, but getting them done here is perfect! They last for so long, the staff are friendly and accommodating. They always give you water and I never feel rushed. read more

I will not come here unless Michelle is the one doing my nails. My gel polish usually lasts about a whole month when Michelle does them & tell me why someone else does it & it last not even 2 days? This place is clean, friendly, and takes appointments. Although they accept walk-ins, I suggest making an appointment to make sure you are in an out. There is additional parking behind the shop of the front is full and it's close to the mall and target if you need to run errands after. Overall, I like this place and would recommend it to others! read more

This was the first time that my wife went to this salon to get her nails done. She had some extra time, so she decided that she would get her eyebrows done. BIG MISTAKE! The person that was waxing seemed inexperienced and did not apply the wax correctly. Obviously, she did not double check her work before she pulled the wax off. They pulled a chunk of hair off the middle of my wife's right eyebrow. The person waxing knew what she had done. My wife stated that the person waxing her eyebrows was horrified. They did not charge my wife for any of the services. I know it was a horrible mistake, but I can't recommend them to anyone after what had happened. read more

I have lived in Westminster for 13 years (the nail shop is very close to Westminster mall) and I am always a "walk in" and they are great! I'm very picky and they do good work. Recently I brought my Sisters and mother in for the works with only a call first and they were able to get us all in for a spa pedicure and manicure/gel. It was the day before my Grandpas funeral and our time was very short. Tammy called another employee who was off or out and she asked her to come in so we were all finished at the same time. So sweet and fast! Today I brought my pre-teen in for a very gentle Mani/pedi and she is so happy with her results! It is very clean, the ladies are very friendly and courteous, and they try to make the experience very relaxing. So I have been going to Precious Nails for the last 3 months and I am so pleased with my nails and pedicures. Tina is so great at acrylics and gels and she truly goes above and beyond so everything is perfect for picky picky me. She takes her time,gives me great suggestions for my nails and is always very careful and a perfectionist. My first couple times I called the shop directly for,appointments but there were A few mix ups and my appointments weren't always in the schedule when I got there but never Tina's fault. Tina was so awesome after this she gave me her personal cell and said just text me and I will schedule you. Amazing customer service. Helen does my pedicures and she does a good job also. The shop is clean, well maintained and spa like with a fountain and relaxing music. Now I spend between $75 and $100 every weeks and today they offered me a reward type program where after 10 visits you get $10 off. It is a nice thought but it should be more on a punch card system where if you buy 10 fills or 10 pedicures you receive a free one after your 10th one. Definitely stop by and see Tina. read more

Sadly, this salon has changed owners and is horrible now. Prices, despite being on the wall are all over the place ie i was quoted $3 over the posted price for a fullset- no removals, short nails, one standard color, nothing worth an upcharge. After having my nails done by the new owner- they All broke off after 4 days. I am not hard on my nails at all and a full set typically lasts me 2-3 weeks. I came here for over 9 years and have to find a new location. Tracy (the previous Manager) has changed salons and I need to find her! My nails are too brittle now to even do anything but I know it won't be here. The new owner also gossips about previous employees and discloses all of their personal information--- enough for a lawsuit!
