I Waited a long time to write this as I was trying to give them a chance but now I am just fed up,…read moreMy new camper came with a ton of problems and most should have been caught in set up and walkthrough as a new camper owner I was expecting this and knowledgeable guides, The stable jack was bent the fridge door latch was improper because the frame was not set right and broke after it's the first use, the spare tire was the wrong one so when I had to use it I could not. Building of the unit I cannot blame them for and all work was under warranty but a lot of things should have been caught before pick up. The guy had no knowledge of the solar system and could not answer questions I had. I had to bring the unit back at least 6 times for warranty work which was done however they have a deep phony of returning calls or calling you back to update you or tell you work has been done, after trip #6 work was still not completed and the work that was was sloppy and messy caulking splattered on the child's finger painted it all over it or wiped the excess off wherever leaving smears of caulking all over, Still did not fix an issue that was written on the work order. I was never told the work was completed as I was promised I would get a call back In the six times I had service done all under warranty I never received the promised call back. My advice is to make sure and double check EVERYTHING was done correctly as it is hit or miss some things I had to get refixed as they were not done correctly or they did the cheapest simplest thing they could instead of taking the time to do it right the first time, IE straightening a bent jack screw instead of just replacing it, or fixing the frame instead of just replacing the handle that does not fix the issue. It just seems they do not pay attention to detail by not reading the full work order and miscommunication simple fixes if they just slow down. The staff is friendly enough they just need some training on what they sell and slow down, I get it is busy and staffing could be better but still no excuse. they can do better.

They did this, fixed the problem, and had it back to us in less that 2 weeks. They made sure it was covered under warranty and even showed us what was done. Outstanding service.

The finance guy was rude & pressing for warranties. They listed the camper wrong on the paperwork for insurance/dmv as basecamp for the brand instead of airstream and it listed warranties I didn't receive or want on the sheet in "down payment". They switched the numbers after I bought it. The appointment we had wasn't an appt. "They were busy" with an event was the excuse for why they didn't go over anything with my husband when he picked it up. The camper had a hose not attached from the water heater repairs so when we filled the water tanks it was filling the inside of the camper. When I went to pick up the airstream the first time the water heater had broken and then they found the special water filter (REI version) was also broken. It was supposed to be ready to go. I drove 3 hours to not be able to get the camper home. I paid a lot of money for this camper and they left us high and dry from pickup time. They still haven't fixed the feet or sent us replacement feet. The sewer hose is still broken too. Awful customer service. I agree that they're nice when they're selling it to you and as soon as they're done with the sale and they get the deal, they could care less about you. I would never go there again. My first time buying something on my own and they were terrible to me.

After leaving work early and getting someone to come get me I showed up and was told it couldn't be done and called a liar. When I told him word for word what he had told me his response was screaming in my face saying "well I guess I fucked up" I then let him know he will be getting a bad review and that's when he went psycho telling me to get the fuck out !! When I arrived, he came out with his multimeter and went through his diagnostic steps. When all that passed, he tried something I was unaware of - pressing and holding the on/off button for 5-10 seconds. Problem solved. No charge. Highly recommend for customer service, integrity, professionalism.

BGM RV Centre Inc…read more June, 2020 This business is deserving of a 5 star review. My wife and I own a rather new park model. As with any RV, you will, from time to time, run into various issues. In our case, our "black" tank handle, was seized. This is not anything faulty with the RV as this can happen with any rig. Of course, I could have "played with it" tried to repair it myself but, I have always used professional help for any servicing of our various RVs over time. In this case, we placed a call to BGM on Monday, June 8, 2020. They are located in Chesterville, Ontario. Our park model is in a park located near Embrun. A service technician attended to the repairs on June 10, 2020. We were not at the RV when the repairs were done. The work done was impeccable, the service technician attended on the scheduled date and the repairs were properly done. We are truly happy with the repair but, more importantly, with the efficient service offered by this company. Told me I was rude. Communication skills were not good, never called to let us know the camper was ready, left it parked in a field unlocked. Every time I called them they never returned my calls. Not once. Wratten's was great but this takeover company is horrid and a nightmare. Beware please!

The financing went smooth, but it stops there. I feel i got a decent deal, but when the sales person came back and said there is a $250.00 "get ready fee" that they charge on every rv i felt i was being lied to. The sales person seemed to have short term memory thru the whole sales process, but tried making up for it by offering free trinkets. I informed the sales person that the trailer would be going on a 3000 mile road trip right after delivery and asked to please check things over a little more thorough. The dealership was given 5 days to get the trailer ready and a appointment was set to do the walk thru and install equalizer hitch on my truck. I showed up for the appointment, but no sales person. A young service technician was given the task, but failed miserably. The sales person did show up at the end and apologized. The first thing that i noticed was the trailer was never cleaned inside or out. Again i was met with apologies. I do have to praise the two service technicians who installed the equalizer hitch in the pouring rain. propane tanks were never filled. The first night out my wife noticed that all the water in the sink leaked down into the cabinet below because the sink drain had never been tightened. The second night out while dry camping we found that the water pump would run continuously and nothing but air came out of the faucets. This meant no washing of dishes or taking a shower. We really like the trailer and fortunately for me i am mechanically inclined enough to address these issues. What was the $250.00 get ready fee for? I feel the sales person said what ever he could to make the sale and after financing was approved did not follow up on anything. All i got was excuses and apologies. If you are thinking about buying from this company beware. The best thing would be to buy elsewhere.

Did a lot of browsing, salesmen did ask if we needed assistance, not at that time we told him. Then saw a used one with a price on it off to the side so we checked it out. Locked so we peeked in the windows and opened one pullout to check the canvas. Some lady comes over and asks us if we had any questions. Then told us these were all sold and we were just in someone's camper. What? None were marked sold. Drive to this side lot NOT roped off. How was I to know? Also, it is was locked, we never went in. Kind of rude. I felt like I had to defend myself by explaining I was just looking and didn't know I was in the sold section. Yeah, not buying from the them.
