I came to this place as it is in the area near my job, I paid $30 total,$20 for the wash and $10 extra for the interior wipe down and vacuum, and the results were disappointing and unacceptable. They said my car was done 5 to 10 minutes, I didn't think much of it with 2 men I figured maybe that is why. As I was driving back to work I noticed the cup holder was untouched and obviously not wiped at all. The dashboard, side doors, and multiple other areas looked untouched. For that price, not acceptable. There were no other cars there at the time, so no excuse for the lack of basic attention to detail. This was my second try, and it will be my last. I've been coming to this car wash for a while now and normally I have a really good experience. The team is usually friendly and my car always looks great, which is why I was disappointed by what happened today. On March 2, 2026, I arrived before closing to get a hand wash. The staff was still there working, but I was told they wouldn't do it. I understand if there are cut-off times, but that wasn't explained clearly. If you're open until a certain time, you should be willing to take clients until that time, or at least clearly communicate a service cut-off beforehand. The person I spoke with, someone I haven't seen there before, was also unexpectedly rude in the way he handled the situation, which made it more frustrating. I've always had positive experiences here, so I'm hoping this was just an off day. I'd still recommend them overall, but I do think clearer policies and better customer service at closing time would make a big difference. read more

I brought my car here on July 19, and after it came through the wash, the employee directing vehicles repeatedly told me to keep moving forward, even after I said I couldn't because my car's sensors were warning me I was too close. Following their directions, my vehicle struck the pole in front of it, damaging the front grille and fender. I immediately reported the damage. I was initially told it could be fixed, but later they said I would need to take it to a body shop. Management said they would speak with the owner, but the situation has still not been resolved. I trusted the staff to safely direct vehicles through the finishing area, and I'm disappointed with how both the incident and the follow-up were handled. I hope the business takes responsibility and works toward a fair resolution. David, one of the managers, said this has happened before and the owner always blames the car owner. There are options for you to just drive through or you can drive through & have assistance at the end (paid) with vacuuming out your vehicle. Typically, I'll just go through & get a quick wash for $10 ($6is the cheapest option). Every time I go through they give me some dash wipes, air freshener, & a microfiber wipe. For a regular car wash it wasn't bad but it definitely didn't hit every single spot or leave my car sparkling. But they were super friendly and it did make my car look much cleaner than before so that's a plus. There wasn't a line so it was a relatively quick in and out which was nice too. The first car wash is free here so I thought why not... You text some words and they give you a QR code and that's how you get the free car wash for the first time. Since it's free, I've only got the very basic wash. After you go through the wash, they have people there to clean the inside of the car for you but I skipped that for this time. They have free vacuum, they hand out air freshener and towel for free as well. When I inspected my car, there were some dirt on front of my car that didn't get washed but that was very minor. Today I went for my first car wash and upgraded to the $10 dollar silver wash. Going thru the car wash husband noticed not all the rollers were working (maybe they get switched in if you upgrade to gold etc) I was really shocked afterwards when I got out the car to dry off the windows that only the surface dust had gone, the bird poo splatters and other grime was still on the wing and bonnet. After I finished cleaning it myself the free cloth had to go in the trash as it was full of dirt and poo that the car wash should have softened up or got rid of. These guys do a pretty job, fast, clean, and thorough. I never worry about locking my glove box or securing any valuables because these guys are pros. Fadi runs the front end of things and always welcomes me back with the suggestion of an upgrade, like a hand wax. About a third of the time I take him up on it because I know they will do a great job. The pricing is fair and options are limited and reasonable. You have to pat inside the Chevron where Faye or someone else will process your ticket will a smile. With a focus on customer service, my experience is always pleasant......and sometimes, if they're busy, the wash takes a little time. Keep up the good work guys! read more

So it took 1.5 hours. Was $50. They use too much product so your car is slick but then don't do fundamentals. My windshield is dirty. My drivers side mirror has water spots. Still have dog hair and sand everywhere. But the kicker is that they did something to my driver side car mat. Looks like it's bleached. I still have dead bugs on my car. It's crazy. For $50 and 1.5 hours I feel like they could have at least cleaned the mirrors, windows and bugs. read more

I used to love this place but let's be honest, I got the best car wash here and the worst. Their location is great since it's down the street from where I work. Today I went there and was completely harrassed by a worker to try and upsale me, this was the first turn-off. Then I leave my keys in the car and my window down and there was no-one around. I stood there for 15 minutes and still a ghost town. I was afraid anyone could steal my car. I finally went in and asked the manager who went and found someone. The manager was nice and gave me the car wash for free. Once my car was done I gave the guy $5.00 and got into my car. There were smudges and gross jelly stuff on the dash that wasn't even there to begin with. I was trying to get the attention of the guy who did my car and he ignored me. I was up to his face and he just turned around and walked away. Another worker came over and cleaned the inside of my car and all the windows which weren't even touched. I felt bad because I had no more cash to give to him and he deserved the tip and not the other guy. I understand they're short staffed but this was ridiculous. There is a long, vertical crack in the middle of the windshield that goes from the top all the way down. The manager on duty was not able to do anything and we have called and spoken with another manager who refuses to do anything about it, or put us in touch with the owner. My first time there they didn't vacuum the interior. Even though that's what I paid for, and even though it is standard procedure on the level of carwash that I bought. And besides, the attendant leaves a receipt - with the name of the service that was purchased printed right on it - right on the dashboard for the towel/hand wash/vacuum guys to see. Well ok, here's the short version: picking up my car at the tow lot was surprisingly the most polite and pleasant consumer interaction I've had in years! Seriously! If only I could remember the tow company name. Watch this space, I'll eventually remember). So anyway, I really needed a carwash, STAT! Based on my prior visit, I *did* hesitate, but I was shopping in the neighborhood so I figured I'd just go, it would be fine, that other visit probably wasn't typical. WRONG! I again watched the two towel dudes like a hawk. They sprayed and wiped down the exterior. The older guy used elbow grease on the wax pencil, got nowhere, but then went and got another spray bottle and worked it out. At least that's how it looked from a distance in the outdoor waiting area. But when I headed back to my car, I saw there were a buncha spots they missed so I went and asked the manager if they could send it through again, and he did - no charge. He was nice about it, apologized and said he's short staffed (there *was* a Help Wanted sign) but honestly I don't see how being short staffed related to not getting all the gunk off my car. So I watched again as they worked on it, waiting for them to hold up their hand, wave, wave a towel - any of the signals that tells the customer the car is ready. But they never did. I waited, thinking they were still working on it, like maybe the younger guy went to get more spray or something. Eventually I figured out they were done. UPDATE: I just read thru all the 1 and 2 star reviews and apparently I'm not the only one who wasn't "signaled" that their car was done. I actually felt kind of silly at first to complain about that here on Yelp but really, come on: you can't be bothered to wave in the general direction of the customers to let them know you're done?!! But, $24 for a car wash and vacuum still isn't bad. 40min later I get my car back (no one signaled it was done) and I hand the employee a tip without checking the inside. VERY DISAPPOINTED I came in yesterday for a a mini-detail on Jeep Renegade. Guy filling out the wash tickets at the front tells me there's a hand WASH and wax special going on for $50. I took him up on it and went in to pay and I was told the $2 off coupon for checking in on Yelp didn't apply because it was a special. It's $2 and you're advertising it! About 15 minutes later I see the Jeep pop out of the auto wash bay and cruise over to the non shaded detail area. I would NEVER pay $50 for an auto wash trip no matter what happens next. How do you wax a car in the summer in SD without being in the shade? You don't, or shouldn't anyway. That yielded me a haze on the finish. I can't be the only one. I was able to fix most of the shoddy wax just BUT what I'm PISSED about is they didn't even manage to vacuum the hair off the carpet and seats. That's what you do when someone drops $20 on a basic wash.
