They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough--cleaning everything plus the details most companies miss like window tracks and under the sliding glass door. This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for. This is the first time I've had a deep clean where I felt completely satisfied. I'll definitely be using them again for yearly deep cleaning and their monthly service.

Finally this last year I contacted them to schedule service, now needing moss removal in addition to treatment. They ghosted me. I had been a customer for ~10 years. Seattle Suds responded to my request for a quote same day and we were able to schedule a visit so I could walk them through the work to build out the quote. While here they explained their process and talked specifically around the considerations they would make for different materials- especially the fence and lattice as older materials can't always take the full force of water. They also washed the easement on the side of the house careful to note that asphalt has a coating and they would treat that carefully as to not compromise the asphalt. The quote was super helpful as it broke down different aspects of the job so I could understand where the costs went up or down. They were able to schedule us quickly as we had our own deadline to get the work done. Our patio has seen 15+ years of Seattle weather and while the original fence has maybe a couple years left in it Seattle Suds work was remarkable in its results. Work was done in a morning. They made themselves available for a last check in before they got started and when done walked the work with us. Highly recommended for the straightforward experience in setting up the job, the job itself, and I was able to pay with Apple Pay as the method which is as easy as it gets.

I moved into a house that had not been cleaned by the previous tenants. They asked for us to wait until August 2nd to move in so that they could clean on the 1st! We allowed that, even though it gave us less time to unload our deadline for emptying storage crates and UHaul truck time! We couldn't unpack because the house was dirty: appliances, cupboards, drawers, bathrooms, etc - although not horribly dirty. The owner of our new house agreed to pay for cleaners if I would find someone to do the service. I chose Happy Cleaning service from a Yelp search I did on Sunday. I had called several companies, but Shinee Sue was the only one that answered my call and said they could come first thing on Monday morning! Then Sue texted me and gave me a lot of reassurance. I told her about the mess, she said no worries! Also, the cleaning service is in the north part of Seattle and they had no problem with coming all the way to the south part of the city by the lake. I got up extra early to get all of our stuff put along the outside wall of the main part of the house so that they could get to the kitchen, bathrooms, upstairs, and as much of the main floor as they could get around. Because of one of the two star reviews, I expected that they may be late, so I wasn't surprised that they were, but Sue texted me that they would be here soon and that they didn't speak English, except one of them could understand some English. They showed up while I was on the phone with Sue so she could talk with them from my phone. It worked well. They just got to work, and throughout their time cleaning I talked with Sue a few times so she could interpret for me. Also, they use eco cleaning products, which is very important to me. I would have given them 5 stars. Sue quoted me a 300 dollar price, which I agreed to. The actual amount of work did not warrant that much money, but I paid it because I think a lot goes into their journey. I could have re-negotiated a price, but didn't want to bother, this time. I was so happy that they came and did what they did! They were thorough, given what they had to work with, honest, sweet people. When my family gets fully settled, I will ask them to come back on a regular basis! read more

I tried Happy Cleaning based on all the positive Yelp reviews. For the first cleaning Sue sent a family, who did an ok job, but left glass/mirrored surfaces streaky and broke the support for the shower alcove soap holder. I let Sue know and she told me she'd send her awesome crew and come herself next time. They came and did a great job, and so I decided to use Happy Cleaning regularly. This time Sue didn't respond to texts organizing the cleaning, and it took a week before I heard from her: they could come that day only. I left work early to meet them, and waited for a couple of hours. This time there were four of them (including Sue) and they were done in 30 mins. I should have checked before handing them the check: they didn't dust everything (eg lamps, bedside tables), didn't clean the bath or shower, missed a rug and flight of stairs on vacuuming, didn't wipe down the kitchen counters, etc, etc. Sue charged me $70/hour for this shoddy work, and when I let her know I wasn't happy she just wished me a happy new year and told me the girl who did the vacuuming was new. For the rate they charge I expect my house to be sparkling after they're gone, and not to be mucked around with times. For the three visits total, I was only happy once - and that was when Sue was trying to make up for the initial visit. I paid all three times, and feel that I was ripped off. Stay away from them if you want reliable cleaners who'll leave your place clean and provide value for money. read more

I live downtown, and I called this service and within a few days (completely flexible) two nice ladies came to my dump of a condo. They rocked my condo, I gave simple instruction, they followed them to a tee...but then they went above and beyond. My condo is awesome, things were organized in places that I thought were lost to the ever-growing mess that sprawls across my condo like the Nothing in the the Neverending Story. The floors were perfected, my laundry done, my windows cleaned, my bedding changed, my kosher kitchen re-blessed. I cried. I called my mother. I took pictures and posted them on Facebook. I used the pictures in my Shutterfly Christmas Cards. Happy Cleaning Service should be called Magic Heaven Cleaning Wizards. The saying "cleanliness is godliness" has new meaning. I feel like I'm a born again. For real, before you propose to your girlfriend, call these people, because coming home to a dump is just a lame start to your engagement. read more

The maids came in to the apartment and got straight to the deep home cleaning that the place needed. They took their time and cleaned everything, there was such a mess in areas in the apartment that I didn't even see and know about. The maids also included in window cleaning. At a good and reasonable price, I was able to get my windows cleaned. Their deep home cleaning made the whole place spotless. I was left surprised at how great of a job they did. Commonly amounting to well over a fair amount. Fortunately I was contacted back by Happy and their lovely crew. Three, Yea three, housekeepers came and destroyed the dirt in my home. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I will be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs.

Tula asked to meet me to show me her insurance & bond bc they are 'dealing with many scammers & unsolicitors'. She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. I don't appreciate tactics like this that have wasted a lot of my time and also made it seem like my request was unreasonable, or that I don't trust them. How can I trust a business if she can't even provide documentation that they are insured and bonded as they say they are?! Thanks, but no thanks.

The carpeted stairs were cleaned even in the crevices I can never get to. Every kitchen appliance was cleaned--even places like the coffee maker drip tray.
