Loved these ladies! We have a very large 2 bedroom loft and we were really impressed with everything the ladies did. Especially with how great our floors looked. They would come in and just turn everything into sparkles! We also have a cat and all the pet hair was picked up. I loved how they would organize all the little corners of our bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dressing room, desks and bookshelves. I needed a same day deep clean and the team promptly responded that they would be there to clean within 3 hours. Overall the job was thoroughly done from top to bottom and they did a great job. The quote was lower however then they ended charging and they were a couple of hours late but it was a last min request and so I totally give them credit for making it happen so that I could move into my new home when the property manager didn't have the home clean for move in. It was worth the extra money and time to wait given the last min nature of my request. First off, they did a GREAT job cleaning our house. However, they "broke' three items in my home and did not let me know nor did they leave the pieces of said items. The only reason that we were told that the items were broken was when I noticed the items (three pricey candleholders with sentimental value) were gone and we inquired about them. We were then told they "meant to tell us they were broken"...they were not terribly apologetic. Nor did they have a solution for us. We ended up paying them less the value of the irreplaceable items which did not seem like an adequate remedy to me but I wanted to be done dealing with them. read more

I often go to Yelp first before reaching out to any vendor and wouldn't have found Happy Cleaning Service otherwise. Based on the many positive reviews, I called and set up a time for an initial "deep clean." I was quoted a price of "$240 - $280 depending on how much work is involved." A woman and her husband showed up 30 minutes prior to our scheduled start time which was fine (I hadn't showered yet but what are you going to do). They finished in about 3 hours time. I asked how much and the woman said $300. I told her that wasn't what I was quoted so she called her boss and we agreed on $280 (since I have 3 pets and lots of pet hair apparently). After they left, I noticed they didn't clean out the microwave, they didn't empty my trash or recycling, they didn't dust a number of my shelves and left one of my bathroom sinks clogged. Overall, I wasn't impressed and won't be using them again. read more

The women I talked to on the phone said that she tends to complete move-out cleans in the late afternoon and would call or text me about 30 minutes before she planned to arrive. By 3PM I had not been contacted so I called and left a voicemail. No cleaner showed up and my call was never returned. I needed a good deep cleaning in my house and after looking around on yelp, I messaged Sue. She was very quick to get back to me and scheduled me for a next day appointment. The crew came with everything they needed and got my place looking great! Everything from top to bottom cleaned in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dining room. We had Sue's team come to our home for a deep cleaning after being away for an extended period. The team was attentive and nice but the "deep cleaning" was not commensurate with past experiences or expectations. There were things that were missed when we walked around the house- e.g stove panels were not removed and cleaned, vents in bathrooms were vacuumed ( in my opinion, in order to clean vents they need to be removed and scrubbed), ceiling lights not cleaned/ dusted.
