I am a regular visitor of this location. I love the convenience of the hours and the fact that you don't have to make a reservation. There have been a couple of times that I've been turned away because they don't have a spot, but they typically do. The best part for me is that the rooms are private in this location and they have a room with two beds in it and since I almost always go with a friend that works perfectly! You keep your clothes on for the massage so wear something comfortable. They massage your whole body with concentration on your feet. The only reason for 4 stars is the pressure is pretty inconsistent between each person so you're never really sure what you'll get. read more

Definitely not a great place to go for a massage. Basically you get what you pay for. I went with a friend the other day, and they were rude to us both. Seemed very inconvenienced by us and tried to make us buy the pricier combo. It hurts a lot if you're a tiny person like me, and they use way too much pressure not lessening it depending on the size and weight of a person. The masseuse kept talking to the other employees and it's hard to communicate with them because nobody speaks English. Cheap, relaxing, and convenient. I love this place, I got about once a month, and they know exactly what they're doing. They do massage a little differently, for example, they put their fingers in your ears for a brief second which sounds weird, but it actually is amazing, especially when I had a headache and they made it disappear. I've just received my 60 minutes foot massage and came out feeling more tense than when I first went in.　During the 60 minutes foot massage session, you will receive pressing? rubbing? on both of your arms and shoulder joints while the feet are soaked in plain warm/hot water. After the arm rub, the foot massage begins which was extremely unimpressive because the entire time I just felt the massager was rushing to end the session. After the foot massage, you will also receive leg rub then turns you over to rub your entire backside. I am just a little confuse to why offer foot massage only, body massage, and combo massage separately when I only request for foot massage? I only need you to focus on FOOT "REFLEXOLOGY". There is no conversing on "is there any injuries that I need to be aware during the session?" which is almost a standard when anyone provide bodyworks. I've had many massages in my life but this is by far the most ridiculous one I've ever received because there was NO RHYTHM so I couldn't get to relax at all so I try even harder to chime into their music but still couldn't because the person providing the massage was RUSHING flapping my feet around. The most unbelievable was that she only had about 3 rubbing techniques (I wouldn't consider it massage at all) rubbing around my feet. The second was for a 2 hour appt and what was supposed to be a full body massage. I don't understand places that give half of a massage naked in a private room, but then want you to move somewhere else to massage your legs/arms/feet clothed? Why can't you just do it all in the same room??? I'm relaxed, I'm comfortable, why do I want to move? I don't understand why Asian massage places do this practice! It's infuriating. I booked a two hour massage, I was in a lot of pain and my previous massage was decent. I was hoping for at least the same. That's not it all what I got. Apparently, the clock starts as soon as you walk through the door. Doesn't matter if you are desperately trying to explain what you need/want, doesn't matter if the language barrier is massive, doesn't matter if you need time to get undressed, go to the restroom, find your room, etc. The clock starts soon as you walk through the door! I ended up having to talk with a manager before my massage, explaining exactly what I wanted, but there was still massive errors in what happened, again language barrier! I am a male over 6 feet tall, with a few extra pounds (I am woking on it)I work on my feet all day at one of the local HUGE distribution centers (think BIG ONLINE RETAILER) and walk several miles at work each day. At the end of my workweek, I am sore all over. Happy Foot Massage is my new HAPPY PLACE. The experience: Was shown to a small room, and reclined on a low soft sofa type piece of furniture. My feet were immersed in warm water for a while and the massage started with a few minutes of forehead, scalp and neck massage, followed by shoulder, arm and hands. All gentle and relaxing. Next he moved on to my feet. This was the most intense part. A few minutes of intense pressure on the soles as he worked on my sore spots. Next some flexing and pressure type action on legs. Nothing painful. Turned over and he worked on my neck, shoulders, back and legs. More flexing and stretching. He finished on my hot spots, between the shoulder blades and lower back. More flexing and stretching. Not sure if it was exactly 60 minutes, but if not, I wasn't disappointed as I got what I came for. Pros: Great price for a massage and easy location with lots of parking. Next to a semi-famous donut shop too! My masseur knew what he was doing and worked on all my hot spots. I came away feeling much better, and maybe even a little taller! I plan to go again as often as I can. I have traveled widely and have had asian type massage before, both in the US and in SE Asia, so it was just about what I assumed it would be with no surprises. Overall, I can and do recommend this place to others. However, I offer the following as well: Cons: If you're hung up on the fact that the staff speaks little english, this could be problem. If want conversation during your massage or if you have a really low pain tolerance/not had a sports or deep tissue massage before, I don't think this is the place for you. This is my first negative review on Yelp. I have averaged 1-2 massages a month for most of my adult life. This was, by far, the worst massage I ever had. I asked the person to stop and leave my room after 30 minutes because it was so painful! She wouldn't leave! She just kept trying to massage me as I was pointing at the door asking her to please leave my room! I have never given up on a massage before this experience. I asked at least 15 tines for her to be gentler. I told her she was hurting me and she just laughed. They called someone on the phone to talk to me and I explained what had happened. There was no apology and the woman who was my "massage" person was taking to other employees and laughing while I was on the phone. It was a truly unprofessional way to handle things. I love this place! I was SUPER sore from a work out and I called to see if they could get me in and they said they could get me in right away! As soon as I got there they put me right into a room and started. I did the 30 minutes body + 30 minute foot for $40. Towards the end of the body massage I thought she told me "all done" when she really had said "hold on". She left the room and I got up and got completely dressed and she came back in moments later with hot stones. I felt bad I had misunderstood her! She was really nice about it and stepped out so I could get undressed again, and then I noticed she went a few minutes past the 30 minutes because of the few minutes it took me to get situated again after I had thought I was done. I was in a lot of pain during the massage because of how sore I was, and she noticed and continuously asked if she should go softer, but I insisted she was okay. My mom and I went together so when my mom was paying I noticed them all watching her as she wrote in the tip, but on an $80 we tipped $20, and they didn't say anything about it being "too low" like I noticed some other people here were complaining about. I highly recommend this place overall! Majority of the low ratings are due to people being told they aren't leaving enough of a tip, and while I don't agree with a business pressuring high tips, I do think that massage for a whole hour is very tiring and they do a good job. They don't speak great English but she was doing her best to communicate with me and when i misunderstood her she was very nice about it! This location has the same owner as the Federal Way one. So glad this little gem is near home. It's $5 more than Federal Way, but with the mile, time, gas, and commute, $5 more is absolutely worth it. I got the 1 hour foot reflexology for only $25. The massage service was in a private room, while the Federal Way one was in a communal area with other folks. If you're not familiar with foot reflexology, it's a DEEP, DEEP tissue massage from head to toe. I wished the lady would have massaged my feet harder, but she did works on my back and upper shoulder. So glad she'd went over the knotted area over and over until it was loose. Can't wait to come back again real soon! read more

I just got my first massage and loved it! I couldn't believe it when I asked them "How much?" when I went to pay, and they said "$25." I don't recommend this for anyone new to massage because this is not a Swedish massage. It's a deep tissue massage and the style is very different from Western massage. (He put his fingers in my ears! Weird!) I walked in and didn't have to wait at all on a Monday at noon. There were about five employees who didn't seem to have anything to do. There are a lot of rooms. The walls of the rooms don't go all the way to the ceiling, and he left the door open, so it didn't feel claustrophobic at all. He didn't speak any English - which was kind of nice, because with other massages I've wondered if they're bored and I should chat. At the same time, it would have been nice to communicate because I was curious about what he does. And the best part is...it's right across from the gym (with hot tub, sauna, and pool) and right next to Legendary Donuts. Basically you've got a spa day right there. read more

The girl was a little rough but I asked her to be gentle and she listened. That was a good experience. However, I came back about a month later and got the same service. When I walked in the girl kept trying to sell me the body/foot combo and I didn't want that. She finally gave in and took me to a room. The massage was good and she as well was a bit rough. I asked her to be gentle multiple times, but nothing changed. At the end I went to the front to pay. I was going to use my card, but realized I had $33 in cash (a 20, 2 5's and 3 1's). I handed her $25 plus the $3 for a tip. She reached into my wallet and grabbed the $5 bill and said "you need bigger tip" and gave me the $3 back... I was so shocked I didn't even know what to say. I walked out and more then likely will never return. That was ridiculous. No where does it say there is a minimum tip, nor is it required. Very rude and unprofessional UPDATE- My bf encouraged me to give this place another try, so we did. The massage was much better then the last time. Our total was $50 (for two massages) and we tipped them $20 ($10 each) so my total on the credit card was $70. When I handed the girl the receipt that I had signed, she looked at it and said "this is for both?" And I said "yes?" She then replied "huh cheap". I just left and told myself I'll never go back. However upon getting my credit card statement later on, I noticed I was actually charged $90 for the massages. So they added another $20 to my bill. This place is ridiculous. I love this place. I can finally afford getting a massage when I need one. You get your massage in your own private room. They start with a foot bath, neck and scalp massage. Then, they continue with a full body massage. At the end, I feel relaxed and refreshed. The staff is friendly. I'd never had a foot massage before and thought I'd try it. I was specific on the phone and specific when I went in - pointed to it on the menu and reiterated "the combo." The masseuse was 20 minutes late (busy, busy!) before she came in. I asked for no hot stones and she said no time. Ok great. Massage was ok (not super as I'd had before and she coughed the whole time) and then the hot stones were brought in. ?? Finished the 60-minute massage and dressed. Went back to the front for the foot massage and she said she was done. Pointed at a different part of the menu where it was body-only massage and said "$50." I asked about the foot massage. "Oh, you busy. It's ok." WTF? I went back and forth a couple of times then just said forget it. Paid her $55 dollars cash and she had the nerve to say a $5 was cheap - yeah, there's a reason for that! - and I gave her $5 more. I probably won't be back.
