Drove all the way from LA to test here. Glad I did! Truly a 5-star testing experience. I booked Happy Hands for the CNA Licensure Skills Test. I did this on TMU's official website: https://ca.tmutest.com/ This was the only test center that had test dates readily available. I came a day after New Year's. They always have time slots which was nice for my schedule. My RN Observer was Ms. Myrna. She was professional, gave clear instructions, and has a warm and non-judgmental energy. Usually I get anxious when being proctored by RNs but I felt calm and collected, ready to take the skills test. Parking was easy-- it's right in front of the building. The facility is bright, clean, and the items to be used for the skills test are easy to find. Happy Hands also has computers ready for use. These 2 ladies are so welcoming and warm which made me feel comfortable, confident, and at ease while taking my exam. They are very efficient and takes their time to explain the process and makes sure you understand as well. Facility is very clean. I highly recommend Happy Hands to any CNA that needs to take their test esp if you're anxious or nervous about it. They are very helpful and willing to answer any question you may have. After going through one vender in Orange Country and trying in vain to get an open date that fit into my schedule, literally months of trying I also paid for a date only to find my schedule changed and that date no longer worked. I could not get my money back. They never answer the phone or return calls. I decided to try and find another vender. What a blessing that I found Happy Hands the 1st time I googled searched. I immediately called to see if what I was reading was true. I didn't need to mail anything to anyone, it could all be done online....and there were several days and times available. After registering, I was able to schedule the date I needed. The owner did my skills test, she was professional, nice, friendly and I felt totally at ease. I came in today to take my CNA skills test and at first I was so nervous, but once I arrived I was greeted by such a lovely and sweet lady at the front desk. As I was waiting for my turn in the waiting room I was still a bit nervous, but as soon as I met my instructor who is also very sweet and kind it made the nervousness go away. Both ladies are so kind and patient that I feel lucky I picked this place to do my skills. I will for sure recommend this place to my classmates and anyone I know who is in school to become a CNA. I didn't get all my requirements to renew my license so I registered to take the exam again and was approved. Unfortunately all the schools the state sent to me were over 8 hours away from me or had a wait time. I started looking around and found this place!! Immediately called and was able to register and schedule my own testing dates before the expiration of my license. Nurse Myrna was very helpful in reminding us to bring our required documents and made me feel comfortable! She gave me a lot of insight needed to further my career.
