During our initial call, Heidi took the time to go over the best options for my two little rescues. I could tell how experienced and knowledgeable she was. When Heidi arrived for our appointment she was so warm and caring and took the time to make my little guys feel comfortable. When she brought them back after grooming. I could tell how comfortable they were around her and on the first appointment! She did an amazing job on both my dogs and I can safely say it's the best they've ever looked.
