Been here a handful of times since they've opened. We really like the matcha mango smoothie and also the mango yakult smoothie. Service is friendly and drinks are consistent but on the pricey side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decorations are nice and I love yellow![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will definitely be back.

I was craving bubble tea while on a business trip & ordered from a local place. I was realllly looking forward to the Ube Milk Tea with Taro Puff Cream and Boba. It was nothing special, the boba was small, and not much included. I am here for a few days and will try other places.

    Charges were more than advertised.

Generally enjoy happy lemon, especially with their new drink selections of coffee and milk tea drinks. So we decided to purchase the advertised gallon bag milk togo. I wouldn't recommend this, you're better off purchasing individual cup and everyone can get their preferred drinks. We ordered 1/2 gallon bag. It was advertised for $25 but came out to $31.25 and it wasn't filled to the exact mark. The milk tea can be customized (lower in sweetness and ice). Disappointed in the lower amount that we received - see picture.

If Selena Gomez came here, she would TAKI TAKI LEMON Now I'm gonna finish this review and make it SNAPPY LEMON Barbi's getting naked and she's moaning "AYY PAPI" LEMON Posing on the couch and being a THIRST TRAPPY LEMON Now she just came over, gave my butt a SLAPPY LEMON I think that she wants me to give her a TAPPY LEMON I do that so much she's getting kinda FLAPPY LEMON But now I'm gonna make her happier than a HAPPY LEMON WHAT! We absolutely adore the Happy Lemon locations in Chinatown and in Katy, so we had high hopes for the one down here in Sugar Land. It didn't meet them, but it wasn't bad at all. We enjoyed the visit, the decor, the drink was just okay (a little off), the service was mostly good. So overall, it was pretty nice and it's cute and definitely well worth a visit, but at the same time I don't think we enjoyed the lemon tea drink quite as much as we do at those other locations, and so it's probably not our favourite in the area - but it's still a great location. I got in a fight here (Scrappy Lemon), got my hair done in corn rows here (Nappy Lemon) and also tried their Peppermint Bubble Tea (Crappy Lemon). But more than anything else, when the girl some of you know and love insists on me taking her here and getting her fave Lemon Black Tea, then for me and any boys (and probably girls) in the place, it becomes Fappy Lemon. Speaking of which, I have to go attend to some business on my laptop.

I had the grapefruit tea and it is so good !! Service is amazing and fast (good hospitality)

Excellent service and the tea is perfect , I got a grapefruit tea no sugar light ice and it is so juicy

Ordered their mango matcha drink and service was good. Drink came out quick! Drink consists of mango purée and matcha powder mixed into a smoothie. Can't adjust sugar level but it isn't too sweet. Menu is easy to read and not overwhelming

The store is very cute and well decorated and has plenty of spaces. It also has some board games to play. Drinks are actually very good for the price, around $6-7 for a drink. Service was fast. I got my drinks in 3 minutes. I took one star off because staff didn't look very happy, maybe they were tired.

I had the green tea with salted cheese, ube milk tea, lemon Yakult with aloe, and strawberry milkshake. My favorite is the lemon Yakult with aloe. The lemon taste was distinct. The green tea with salted cheese was so-so. Couldn't get the tea nor the salted cheese. The ube milk tea wasn't mixed well. I got powder in my mouth every sip. The strawberry milkshake was just ok. I also had the matcha, and chocolate bubble waffles. Neither matcha nor chocolate flavor was pronounced. Overall a so-so boba place.

Happy Lemon is a nice addition to the drink scene in Sugar Land. Popped by for a snack and service was great. Pricing seems rather high for what you get, though. A chocolate bubble waffle is $7 before tax and tip and doesn't even have chocolate chips mixed in! I can see kids gathering here after school; there's no shortage of board games available for them to play!

New boba place in Sugar Land! Very spacious interior with ample parking in the front. There is both indoor and outdoor seating (with umbrella shades) and located near a nice lake for duck watching. The Okinawa roasted milk tea is creamy and smooth. The tea flavor is strong and works very well with the sweet boba. Boba is a good consistency is chewy and soft. Great place to hang out and get away from the heat!

There isn't as much to do here as the other location where there is/was games & things to read as well as snacks. This location seemed clean & looks decent. This location is also close to some fun Asian hangs & grocery stores. However, I didn't enjoy the back & forth involved in having to get my drink order correctly. When placing the order, I asked for a frozen slushy/snow type drink & so did my daughter. Walking away, I noticed a price difference on the screen (the lady refused to give a receipt when we asked - and no one was getting a receipt which I thought was weird). When we got our order, we got different drinks. My daughter got the texture I wanted & I got an iced drink. It's fine I thought, communication issue I'm sure. But the lady at the counter argued with me as I explained that I wanted what my daughter had, that was what I tried to explain earlier (an issue that perhaps would've been prevented if I had a receipt). Eventually she agreed to make me a new drink & I apologized while thanking her profusely - but as I walked away, the two younger women in the back kept looking up & laughing very loudly. Just seriously mean behavior. I don't think I'll be returning. The drink sizes, large selection, pricing & location is more my style at Teapioca anyways.

I will say the food and drinks here are very rich and you will be (overly) stuffed after you're done. Maybe I'm just too old to be eating this frequently now, but that won't stop me from craving it. I haven't redeemed any rewards in several months because I've been overseas, so I wasn't sure whether I simply scanned the code or if there was another step involved. Instead of explaining the process, he repeatedly pointed at the screen and said, it's right here. When I asked for clarification, he continued to respond the same way without actually explaining what I needed to do. His tone and mannerisms made me feel as though I was being treated like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Not every customer is familiar with the app, and some may be using rewards for the first time. A little patience and clearer communication would have gone a long way. The experience was made more frustrating by the long wait beforehand. There were only two cashiers working and the customer ahead of me spent several minutes at the register asking questions. Another cashier was also helping a customer who needed additional assistance. While I understand that questions happen and employees do their best, waiting a considerable amount of time only to receive dismissive customer service was disappointing. Good customer service isn't just about completing a transaction--it's about helping customers understand the process and making them feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.

Depending on who's making the drink, sometimes I get one slice of orange in there and sometimes there's multiple. The iced matcha latte is decent and not too sweet; sugar levels can be adjusted. The matcha taste itself is not very strong. It seems like they've recently changed their cups for the matcha and it tastes a lot milkier than it used to; a little disappointing. The popcorn chicken is served hot and is moist and delicious! It comes with your choice of dipping sauce.
