I have come multiple times before and loved this place. Great nails and great quality! But I am super disappointed this time. I got a Shellac manicure and pedicure on Thursday in advance of my Vegas trip (leaving the next day). Two younger women worked on me at the same time... honestly it was a totally uncomfortable experience. The woman doing my pedicure barely scrubbed my feet, my water was scalding hot, and I was constantly trying to hold the gel lamp in my lap for the manicurist while balancing my legs for the pedicurist. What a frustrated and uncomfortable experience! Just two days later, my nails started chipping... and have chipped even worse now, four days later. I will not be coming back. read more

Today was my first and last time at Happy Nails. I booked a pedicure last week for today at 2 pm. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes. Then she wets my feet for 5 seconds, wipes them off and starts painting my nails. I said don't you file first? She says oh too late, too late?? I ended up just receiving a polish. They tried to tell me I asked for that when I came in but no one really talked to me when I walked in except to say to sign in and wait. I told them clearly when I left that I booked a pedicure and the polish I received was not worth all that wait. Also the woman who painted my nails just walked off and left me, another woman had to spray my nails and help me with my scandals. Totally unacceptable customer service. Also even if you make an appointment it's first come first serve!!!! read more

Had a great finger nail (dipping) service w/ Kim. My pedi looks good, however technicians massage is 98% leg massage, hardly any foot massage. :( Also the water and towel wraps are warm, but technician Rinced my feet/legs off with cold water, very Shocking and kind of spoils the relaxation, also a lot of loud conversations between technicians and music loud, lights above chairs super bright- all these thing make it very hard to relax and enjoy. Again nails and toes look great just constructive feedback that I think would improve the overall experience. I wanted to get white gel in my hands and match my regular toe polish. The tech told me it would not look good and talked me out of it. I begrudgingly chose a color and she said the regular polish would match. I was disappointed when I left because it's not what I wanted. It doesn't even match! In fact it looks horrible. I normally recommend Happy Nails to my friends but upon my last visit I will not be doing that anymore. I got the absolute worst nails done here and I am very disappointed. I showed them a photo before starting my nails and they didnt tell me they couldn't do it. They then started and I had to ask her multiple times to clean up my nails because they were sloppy and messy. I've visited this location several times. It's near my house and priced within reason. Have any of my experiences been amazing ? No. In the past 2 weeks I've been there twice. Once on a Sunday afternoon.. after I called to see what the wait was like the woman that answered the phone was super rude to me "No! We don't take appointments." And hung up on me. That's not what I had asked. I made the decision to head over there, placed my phone number into the digital check in requesting a mani / pedi. They started w/ my pedi and when completed I handed the tech the color for the manicure ... he looked at me somewhat surprised "oh manicure too?". Yes that's what I logged in for.. he said "maybe next time we are really busy today". Today, my daughter and I went over there. My daughtwr was only getting a pedicure. I wanted mani(gel) / pedi. Long story short when the tech showed me the corresponding color to the gel sample I picked, it was RED in the actual bottle but the sample was very orange (which I wanted). She told me that their gel samples are very faded. I asked her if she could then recommend a gel color similar to my pedi. We were def having a language barrier at first ... but then she looked at me and said "go find one yourself". She then stormed off and was speaking to the rest of the staff about me. I got up and went over to pay for 2 pedicures .. giving up completely on the manicure. She seemed surprised I was checking out. I stopped in on my birthday purely because the location was convenient, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very busy when I walked-in but I didn't have to wait very long at all. I hadn't had a pedicure for a few months so my feet were in pretty rough condition, but the gentleman who did my service did a fantastic job. But the icing on the cake was my gel manicure. I'd seen a photo on pinterest that I wanted to have recreated and I couldn't have been more happy with how it turned out. My sister and I came in for acrylics today and I left disappointed, she left content. My nails turned out so bad, the shape and size are just awful. Both of my thumbs were shaved down super unevenly and all of my nails look huge because they weren't shaved down enough...they look like blobs! And the cherry on top was it cost $50 to get this ugly set of acrylics even though the prices at the counter say $35 for a full set. My sister got intricate design and only paid $10 more than me...$60 for hers maybe worth it. Way overpriced for my poorly done, singular color set. I won't be coming back. read more

Received a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It's only been 2 days and 3 of my nails have chipped & broke. Upon leaving I noticed as well 2 of the nails were not filed correctly leaving them jagged. They also did not polish my nail bed completely, leaving a space further up than the cuticle. would recommend another place... For $100 this should last. not happy! read more

The place is super clean and the massaging chairs are amazing. I've been on a quest for a while now to find a nail salon that's awesome and close to where I live and I found it. I even think they have really good prices despite what some other reviews have said.
