They almost use the wrong colors on me. I told them I want my nails square they made them round and when I told them their mistake, they were very argumentative and not apologizing. I ended up not getting what I wanted. They never paid attention to me on what I was asking what I wanted. The work was done sloppy. They went on to help other people and just left me there. So far I've been here 3 times and all 3 times have left me impressed and so happy with how my nails turn out. The first time I got acrylics with a dark color gel finish. BEAUTIFUL! People kept commenting on how nice my nails looked and asked where I got them done. I like a more natural look on my nails though and that is what I got the next 2 visits. Minh did them this last time and my nails look completely real! He knows what he's doing! I told him what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be any happier! I've had 3 different manicurists now and love all 3. But I am going to request Minh from now on for sure! He also walks around to make sure you are comfortable and offers pillows for your chair. I've been to other places in the past who have cut or burned me before for both manis and pedis but not Elegant Nails! It's so relaxing in there. Walked in and shop was completely empty and they were all on their devices and owner had her AirPods and didn't even bother to look at me it take them off to greet, just pointed to where I had to go. They get two starts because Bill was kind and talked English for most of the time. Other than that they were the rudest bunch of people I have seen. All of the women spoke to each other the entire time. I asked how much a gel pedicure would be and was never even given a answer from three seperate technicians they all just ignored me. I will stay with my nail salon in Orange. Even worse the "boss" came over and took my moms nail polish with out even telling the technician. He needed to polish her nails and the boss refused to say a thing about her taking it. Nancy is the name they gave us for her and then it changed to (Too or something like that) that is exactly what they told me. She is the rudest woman I have ever meet. And her staff seemed to be just as rude after I called her out for talking the polish. FYI she never even brought it back. She painted another customers nails with it while my mom was waiting. The girls immediately got attitudes because I didn't want to take their up sell services. No one smiled or was friendly, the girl who I turned down for a manicure kept glaring at me and the girl I had was muttering under her breath . I felt like it was a real imposition for her to give me a pedicure. She cut my toe, Im not sure how but it still hurts and she didn't even apologize.
