There is a good reason this salon' majority of reviews rated #1. Not only do they do a terrible job, they are ridiculously overpriced. I went in to have my nails taken off and a pedicure and brought my son for a manicure and pedicure. I did not have any polish put on my nails at all and neither did my son. It was $130 for both. I am very disappointed in this nail spa. I had dip nails done, and the results were horrible. My nails were long and before I knew it, I looked down and my nails were super short they looked uneven and the polish was not smooth . I went in to show the owner and she stated she could correct them right then ,however, I did not have time. Seriously, she seem to care less. She didn't even ask me which technician it was . It's a no for me. First and last time I go. I came in for a dip removal and regular mani pedi. Even with appointment they make you wait. I was cut so many times by the tech. They didn't even put anti bacterial solution on them. They did a horrible job cleaning my cuticles, filing and painting my nails. I should've listened to the previous reviews, they're not lying! I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for myself and another to get their nails and toes done at the same time. I even double checked the week before to make sure there were no issues, as these nails were for a wedding of a close family member. To our surprise, when we showed up, no one was available to do pedicures on either of us, and only one person was available to do nails. Despite seeing our names on the list for the time we arrived, those who did not have reservations were accommodated before us. When we were seen, the job done by the mail technician was so bad, and so rushed. I felt like I was an inconvenience to even be there and got a horrible job done. The two of us for a regular mani pedi took over 3 hours, and I ended up having to come back for another hour later that evening to fix the rushed janky job done. Luckily I lived near by or this would have been even more of an inconvenience. If they do not honor reservations, there is no reason to even go here. And, to top it off, you are paying for a rushed horrible job, that needs to be done twice and doesn't last. My manicure, even with the touch up, lasted only 3 days. I would not recommend this place , the pedicure took way to long. The paint was really patchy and the lady left paint on my skin and when I mentioned it she was upset at me. Super sloppy work and didn't even square off my nails. I have pain on my big toes for some reason. What a waste of $50 dollars. There is nothing I can't stand more than scams or people trying to trick you. I've never been here and walked in. I get the prices before beginning and I put my chair massage on. An employee stops my massage lowers back my chair and rubs my shoulders. I specifically ask when she began "does your service come with massage?" And she says yes. She stood after 10 minutes and asks if I want to pay for 10 minutes more. I say no thank you. When my nails are done she says I owed her $20 for the massage tgat I didn't ask for. I won't recommend this saloon to anybody I went there to do my manicure and have a gel polish.first it takes like two hours to do my nails and It is done in a very bad way it doesn't have a good look and I lost my polish after three or four days and I for 10 days as it has not done in a right way they removed easily. It makes me really sad to see the negative reviews on this salon. IT'S SO GOOD!!! The managers are so very kind, I've only been three or four times and each time the woman at the front knows exactly what I need! It's very clean, they use liners in the tubs, and the oils/lotions they use are not heavily fragranced which I SO APPRECIATE! Also, I love that they have spa like music and beach scenes on the tv, rather than news or tv with commercials. Total spa feel! Also the neck massages are AMAZING, highly recommend. I went back in today to have the gel removed and speak with the owner regarding the situation of my last experience there. He did agree to remove the gel free of charge as I want to monitor the health of my nails for the next few weeks due to the exposure during the pedicure. He asked if i wanted any sort of polish on it but I declined. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were very quick to address it and ask what could be done to fix the situation and the yelp review as it could hurt their business which I understand.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He did mention that I is best to talk directly to them so that they can relay that to their employees and resolve the issue which I respect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As per the conditions of the last pedicure I mentioned that the things that I could not take back were the facts of the appointment and what happened. He said they use different pumice stones per every client and I have been there before and know that this is true but the hand held pumice stone/brush combo with a handle is not anything any of the other technicians had in their carts or had used before the other times I've been here. We spoke about the tools situation and he said he'd review it with his employees. Overall this experience of going to get the gel removed was quick and a lot more pleasant than the last appointment. They even fixed the shape of the nails and cuticles for me without me even bringing it up which was very nice of them. read more

I started going here during Covid and brought a TON of friends over to help keep them open. They were great. I continued to go there and loved supporting a brother/sister business. As time went on, I would sit there while he would do my nails and constantly takes breaks to be on his phone, have to wait up to an hour for my appointment time, everything just taking forever to be done. I finally walked out because I had waited too long it was unacceptable. If you're in a hurry or want to be out in a reasonable time do not go here. Steven did great (did not like Cindy's nail job at all so always asked for Steven) but the respect for client was lost. In the end, sadly they lost a very loyal customer and her family. read more

I started going here for my acrylics with French manicure. I went to Cindy who could give me the shape I liked and did a good job on the tips. She gave me her cell and said to let her know when I was coming. The first few times it went fine. But then I'd ask if she had anything in the morning and she would suggest another time later in the day or another day altogether. She could be really rude. They take walk-ins! They don't even write down appointments. You're always a walk-in so this seemed really odd to me. I wondered if I wasn't tipping enough so double checked with Google and apparently I tipped on the high end so that didn't seem to be the issue. I found out later that they prefer cash tips. Maybe that was it. But I totally had it. I found somewhere else where I actually feel like the customer. Would never recommend this place. One last thing... don't EVER let them take off your old acrylics for a new set. I don't think I've been through many things as painful as that appointment. Don't go. read more

I moved to Laguna Niguel over the summer of 2020 and started going to this nail salon for my monthly pedicures because it's so close to my new home here. I feel very lucky because I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this salon every time I've been there. The operators who work there are all polite and very thorough at their jobs (the foot & calf massage is my favorite part of the experience and they all do it so good!!) I've never left there feeling unsatisfied by my pedicure. The place is spotlessly clean and they usually can accommodate me within minutes even when I don't have an appointment. The owners are always very welcoming, pleasant and do their very best to accommodate everyone even when they are extremely busy. I highly recommend this salon to everyone in the area. read more

The technician asked if i wanted to shorten my nails (I had long nails) and i said only a little bit. She proceeded by chopping my nails down to my skin, not filing them, and started applying a base coat. I was so confused and asked her why she did that and she said she was applying extensions so it doesn't matter. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told her this is not what i asked for and she just laughed and said "oops misunderstanding".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told her to just paint my nails so i can leave and when it was time to leave, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told the guy at the front desk what happened and demanded a discount.
