nails were not good very chunky, way too thick and I did not get the color/ design I wanted. I was also cut and left bleeding in multiple locations which has never happen before, I didn't like it. They had me pay through Zelle, which I'm unfamiliar with so the nail tech did it herself, and she ended up requesting money from herself rather than paying herself, and I did not notice because I am not familiar with Zelle. She then told my friend who had recommended me the place (who went to go get her nails done a whole month after my appointment ) that i did not pay the nail tech for the service but failed to mention she was the person who had been responsible for the situation. I came for a full set and walked out with 2 sliced fingers and $5.00 discount. I kept telling the lady to not use the file so rough and after 3 "ok, ok, ok" she finally sliced through the skin. My finger is still throbbing. When it was time to pay I figured since she just spent 10 minutes applying pressure to make the bleeding stop, and placed a bandaid... surely she would offer an apology and some form of compensation. (Let me make this clear: I did NOT expect or want a free manicure.) Instead she said "$50". I asked "50 for what?" And she said "50 for your nails". I responded while holding up my cut fingers and said "how much are you charging for this?". That's when she said "$5.00 off!" And glared at me. I walked in for an acrylic fill with gel polish and they were pretty busy. I was getting worked on within 5 minutes, and was out of there in an hour. I don't understand how they only have 3 stars on Yelp right now. Great service, my nails look awesome, and I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again! I got a simple manicure done but was rushed the entire time. Nail artist had me pay and tip her before she painted my nails, only to speed through painting them. I had paint smudged on the side of my nails, once she got the top coat on she said "Thank you!" and immediately went to work on another client. I was left sitting there for a few minutes before I decided to just leave. As I was walking out the door and zipping up my bag, I noticed my nails were already chipped from the zipper but figured it was fine because it wasn't too noticeable. I came in with friendly smiles but as soon as I sat down, Leanne, the girl doing my pedi was so rude and kept forcing my feet to get straightened and starts speaking in her language with the girl doing my mani. I asked for off white color and was provided 2 coats of sheen color because according to them it's "off white" that's why it's only 2 coats and my pink colored nail wasn't even covered by the nail polish. The lady made me bleed on three of my nails and cuticles she was so rough and tried making the excuse it was because my skin was sensitive and dry. There was a whole bunch of blood on the towel and she was even getting nervous. I'm crying because I feel mistreated and I'm angry and frustrated that someone could care so little about someone's body. Would not recommend this place to anyone. This was my fourth time visiting the salon. I had previously written a review, giving it five stars. But I also did wonder why it only had 2 1/2 stars. I went into the salon to make an appointment for the following morning since their phone kept Having a busy signal. Instead of getting an appointment, they showed me over to a chair which was fine I had the time. I told them I wanted nails with dip powder and a pedicure. The lady that was doing my nails asked me if I wanted to add tips to my nails. I said no since I wanted to keep my nails short. I did have one nail that was really short so I said it was OK to add to that one. She mentioned again that my nails would look nicer and longer if I added tips, but I said no thank you. I closed my eyes and wasn't paying attention until I felt her putting tips on my nails. I turned around and looked at her and she just giggled and said something. I really didn't want to make a big fuzz so I let it go. She started adding clear powder to my nails Then after a couple of coats, she proceeded to add the red powder. At one point, she asked if I liked the shape of my nails. I told her they were crooked and was wondering if she was going to file them down. She said yes I'm still gonna file them down. I'm asking about the shape. I told her it was hard to see if i like the shape since they were still crooked and thick. At one point she said are your nails OK because I'm going to add the last coat. I said no my nails are still crooked and too thick. I asked her if she understood what I was pointing at or saying. She decided to stop responding to any of my questions. Another employee approached us when she heard me trying to ask her questions. I asked the other lady if she saw what I was talking about, but didn't respond. The lady doing my nails started to talk to her in their language. I told the lady doing my nails that if she was talking about my nails that I would prefer if she would talk in English so that I would understand. I told her I wanted to make sure she she understood what I wanted done with my nails. Again, she decided not to respond. At that point, I reminded her that I never asked for tips and she decided to put tips on my nails and that it was not OK for her not to respond to any of my questions. At that point, I just asked her to finish my nails because I wanted to leave. When I walked over to pay for my nails, the lady at the counter asked if I was happy with my nails. I said no, I am not happy with my nails, and I showed her my nails. At that point I just wanted to pay and leave and never come back. She said if I wasn't happy with my nails, then she would have someone fix them. When she looked at my nails, she knew exactly what I was talking about which I was happy about. She had someone else try to fix my nails, but at that point it was almost impossible to fix them. She did shape them better and remove some of the thickness. I was very grateful that she took the time to listen to me and try to correct the mistake. I wasn't charged for my nails which was good. Since I will need to go get them redone somewhere else. I was at the salon over two hours. So I came to the conclusion that they have ladies that do really good work with your nails, and some ladies that should not be allowed to do nails. I left the salon with bloody cuticles this person took a drill to all my cuticles , yes she drilled off my dead cuticles instead of properly trimming them .. This was definitely not a professional . Came in as a walk-in (one star for that) with my boyfriend for a manicure for him a gel pedicure for me. They took us back right away. (One star for that) I asked for pricing since it was our first time there and they said it was $20 manicure and $47 gel pedicure.. I felt the staff was rude by the way they kept staring at us as we made our way to our chairs. They weren't welcoming, friendly or smiling. The person that did my gel pedicure hurt me a couple times by cutting too much and digging into my toe nails when cleaning them . They weren't gentle at all and the over all experience wasn't relaxing. My bfs nails were cut extremely short and the massage was rushed and half-assed she kept looking around to see what everyone was doing instead of focusing on what she was doing. Then it came time to pay and they charged me $52 bc the color I chose was more expensive?!! why not let me know when I picked it out ? They are not transparent about their pricing , rude, and unprofessional. The worst part was when I got home I noticed that the color on my toes was not applied to my whole nail . They look as if I got the color applied a week ago and the nail is starting to grow out. I called ahead for an appointment and was able to get a booking quickly. I wanted to treat myself to a relaxing spa pedicure. Unfortunately my technician was in such a rush she didn't bother to see I could not get the massage chair working. She hastily clipped my cuticles and caused me so much pain that I accidentally said ouch a little louder than intended. She rushed through the entire process. There was nothing relaxing or comfortable with this experience. I was worried she would hurt me again. The whole pedicure was less than 15 minutes. I paid $30 for the basic service. She brushed my callouses in under a minute. When it came to polish she rushed as quickly as she could. It was a disappointment and not a place that I would return to.
