They made me bleed during my pedicure. It was so awful and painful that I had them stop mid pedicure and just paint and finish. Then they proceeded to tell me they do not have time to do my manicure. This is the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I went in to get my acrylic nails off and was told it was $10. The guy doing my nails did not look pleased to be there at all. I asked him how much it would be to add color and he said $30, so I said no thank you, just take my nails off. They knew walking in that I just wanted my nails off. He took them off, cut my nails and trimmed my cuticles which I thought was apart of the removal. When I went to pay, they told me it was $30, despite only asking for the removal and there was no color on my nail. When I stuck up for myself and told them they didn't tell me that price when I walked in, they started yelling at me saying that he gave me a manicure and told me the price. He don't and I never asked for that service. I even said I would pay $20, since I guess he did trim the nail without me asking. They refused and were angry. I requested for him to paint my nails then if I had to pay $30. They began to speak poorly about me in front of the customers, arguing and making me uncomfortable about a mild misunderstanding that was not my fault. The man then painted my nails in silence. Nobody apologized to me for yelling at me, nobody spoke to me again after I stuck up for myself. He did my nails, walked away and I walked away from the salon in silence since I had already paid. I have never been treated worse by staff at an establishment. They were so incredibly rude and not understanding. I would never come back here again and dont recimmend anyone else too either. read more

Hate to say this but I feel it's necessary. Wouldn't even give it a one star. The guy doing my toes didn't say a word, acted like he didn't want to be there, never asked me what pedicure I wanted, I never got a massage or hot stones or any of what's normally included but still paid the same amount as everyone who does. He put normal polish on and I said "oh I'm sorry this is supposed to be gel" and he said "you didn't tell me that!" Clearly upset and annoyed. I said I'd like it to be taken off and redone and he complained stating he would have to refile. I said sorry but I made my appt for a gel pedicure and he grumbled and sighed the entire time he redid it. Very clearly upset with his body language. Next he did my nails. Still just as annoyed. Did a terrible job because the next day they were bubbly and peeling. Made an appt to get them redone. I went and he put another layer of Clear coat and said it would fix it. 2 hours later the clear coat is peeled off. What an absolute waste of my time and my gas money. I'll never go back. It is so not worth the money, so inconsistent, and he was so rude. read more

I've been satisfied at Happy Nails for a year now. Kim and Lee are best their owners. They are very cheerful.

This salon was recommended to me by a friend. I wasn't happy after the first time but my friend convinced me to try them again. My experience was no better this time. The salon is not clean-in fact her station was a mess. She doesn't wash her hands or use sanitizer between customers. I asked for some hand sanitizer hoping that she would get the hint. She did not. I apparently was her last customer that day and she hurried through doing my fills. The nail shapes are inconsistent and the skin on my fingers below the nails are tender from her scraping them with her file. I will definitely not be going back. read more

We called right before we went over and they were able to get us in right away. My grandmother is in her 90s, and they helped us with her walker, got her comfortable and did a marvelous job on her toes. She can't cut her toenails by herself anymore, and they took care to get them just right. We both thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing massage and wonderful service. The staff was very kind and friendly, and no hard sell to upgrade our services. Prices were very fair, location was convenient. Our feet feel great and we will absolutely return. read more

First time I went back in December I was very pleased! I got a gel pedicure and loved the quality. I made it back this past week and can definitely say quality is not consistent. My pedicure was fine but have had major issues with the gel manicure. First off I told the guy I want my nails barely filed. Just enough to get them shaped up. Well he made all the nails crooked which forced more filing and caused them to be even shorter. He had to stop the manicure half way through to do my toes so his associate could take over my nails. As far as my nails go you can see the polish lines so it wasn't a very smooth paint job. Not only that but by the next day 3 nails chipped. I went back on Monday (original manicure day was Saturday) and they quickly fixed them. However, not even 4 hours later one of the three nails had chipped again. On top of all this they aren't requiring everyone who comes in or who works there to wear masks. I hardly get my nails done and was very disappointed. I will not be coming back. read more

There was a man who filed my nails so aggressively that one of my toes was bleeding when I got home. Several of my toes are sore and were hurt during the process of filing. $10 for pain?
