Wow... worst pedicure I've ever had. YIKES. I live in Alaska so I never get a pedicure so I was SO excited to get one until I saw what I was given. After looking down and seeing striations and half my skin polished, I asked her to please repaint and she told me "she didn't have time". Half the nails weren't painted... just a sad, lazy pedicure. She was not friendly, not helpful and I came home and removed the polish. Go elsewhere. read more

Diane and her team at Happy Nails always do a wonderful job. I will gladly drive from New Braunfels to Seguin to have my nails done and for the best pedicure. Other nail salons start at $50 and then increase in price for every little add on; paraffin treatment, exfoliating treatment, mask/massage, but at Happy Nails you get the deluxe pedicure for the basic pedicure price. B did an amazing job on my full set and and I was thrilled with the holiday design. Hannah took her time with my pedicure and did a fantastic job as well. read more

I decided to try getting my nails dipped at another Seguin nail shop and had a terrible experience. I was rushed and the man that did my nails didn't seem to care about doing quality work. Then I went to Happy Nails and what a difference! Friendly and professional people. My nail tech, Teresa,!cared about how each nail looked and they were beautiful. Have visited this location 2 times, The 1st. Time I was in love! Had a full set done, some nails were not even on tips, but.... Teresa, was wonderful, massaged my hands and arms with nice smelling lotions. My 2nd visit completely different! Mgr did my pedicure picked a gel nail color " with matching finger nail polish, OPI color. Never asked what type of peddie I wanted... Looked on payment desk, saw their price list, no direct pricing $25.00 and up. Leg massage was nothing at all. She cut my skin and it bleed. She started my fills, burned my nails 4 different times. Not exactly peaceful. She told me "never let your nails grow over 2 weeks with out fills". I have gone 3 weeks to a month with out fills. Finally Teresa took over, she was doing a great job, until mgr told her no gel. Regular OPI polish. I find it outrageous to have to pay an additional $15.00 for gel polish for pedicure and then $15.00 for gel polish onmy nails!! It quickly changed. Very sloppily done. No arm/hand massage what so ever. Asked for nail oil on my nails, she had to check with mgr, who said no, i must wait, so about 3 minutes later she put oil on fingers, and a spot on each hand. Very disappointing. Will not EVER, go back. I go to relax not pressured to up grade everthing. read more

I am 34 years old and I have been getting pedicures since I was in my teens and this was by far the worst pedicure that I have ever gotten. Teresa made multiple toes bleed. I had to ask her to stop doing what she was doing because it hurt so bad. Then they charged me for a Deluxe pedi instead of a Basic pedi even though I specifically asked for a Basic. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here!!! You couldn't pay me to go back to this place. Below average massage as well. read more

After years of giving them my business I'm done. Appointments are not honored. Today was the last straw. I even left when crowded on my appointment time and came back 45 minutes later. Still left to sit and soak. A new man there. Never any English spoken. Appeared he was learning on the job. While doing pedi he kept turning one direction looking at someone or turning other direction looking at tv. Never paying attention to what he was doing. Using cheese grater scraped my skin on both feet causing bad abrasion that is painful. Time to find new salon. read more
