For our ShiTzu we asked, at LEAST 4 times to 2 different people, that they NOT cut her bangs since we are letting them grow out. No trimming from her eyes UP. VERY clear, many times, with their confirmation. We were close to her bangs being long enough to put into a ponytail which our dog is totally fine with. Not only did they ultra cut her bangs 1/3 of the way into the BACK of her head, think nerdy buzz cut, they cut most of her top knot so it's super short and barely any pony at all. A red flag was when I was on the phone w/ Hannah, I told her we wanted a fluffy puppy cut, and her response was "What do you mean by a 'puppy cut?'." They said they would keep her fluffy and use no lower than a 4 trimmer, she is at least a 3 in most places, maybe a 2 on her body! When I dropped her off at 11:50a, they said she'd be ready by 2pm. At 2:20 I called to say I was on my way and she said she needed at least another 20 minutes. I said that is fine, just call me when she's done and I'll come in. She never called me but I went in 40 minutes later, only to find they had been done for 30+ minutes. They never said how the appointment went, how my dog did, or if she was ok for the 3 hours she was there. When I mentioned that her bangs were short after my asking they NOT be cut, she replied "I couldn't get it all into a ponytail and it was in her face so I cut it." I said it was a week within being long enough, that I asked at LEAST 4 times that it NOT be cut, she said nothing. As they kept ringing me out I mentioned it again, seeing HOW SHORT her hair is, and she finally said "sorry." So we get to grow it out again, and she's super short all over. And she does NOT look like professional ShiTzu cut. I had heard SUCH good things about this place and I really thought with my asking so many people so many times that it would be close to what we were asking. SO WRONG. I will say that the positives are my dog seems fine, she has no scratches or burns, and she doesn't look HORRID, but she doesn't look good either. Take a look at the other hidden reviews...the most recent ones are not positive.

(This happened in June but I'm just now getting this posted.) Our household currently has three doodles. We had an appointment scheduled to take all of them at the same time. I talked to the groomer, who said that she was fine with it, and that would be a full day's grooming for her. We dropped off the dogs, and the groomer didn't show up. CBW was VERY NICE about it. They finally reached the groomer, who rescheduled the groomings for another day. CBW also offered to do the groomings at no cost, which was very generous. We took the dogs back the next week. When we got them home and looked them over, we were extremely disappointed at the quality of their cuts. They were so uneven and choppy. One of the dogs apparently hadn't been finished as her face wasn't done. Another dog didn't really seem trimmed at all. None of them had their nails done. I ended up talking with the manager about the poor quality of the cuts. Fortunately, we hadn't had to pay for the cuts. I would never return there for a cut nor would I recommend them as long as the groomer whose name starts with D is working there. Even if the grooming was free. (I ended up grooming all three dogs myself.) Now the very good: the daycare seems to be very good: our three dogs have spent just one day there so far (we will take advantage of their service more) and two of the three thoroughly enjoyed it. Dropping them off and picking them up was easy, with convenient parking. Our dogs did well. The tiny introvert just sat under a cubby hole most of the time, just like she does at home. Later, when fewer dogs were around, she did come out a bit, which was a good sign. CBW has cameras on so you can obsessively watch your puppers all day (except on rest breaks) which is cool. Our doggos came home happy and tired. We will definitely be taking them back, and I think even the little one will enjoy it, although she'll never admit it. They do have a calendar of special events and days where dogs can get a bath for a discount.

Honestly not great experience…read more Everytime I pick up my dog he poops everywhere which concerns me because, are they walking him at all or does he sit in his kennel most of the time? He's incredibly anxious at pick up and panting the entire ride home. Does he get enough exercise? I wouldn't know because to inquire about his day it's an extra 10 dollar fee. The groomer never gave him a bath, only got half of his body bathed but my dog wouldn't let them do his underside, butt or let them touch his paws so they stopped the bath. If a service isn't being done completely why would I still get charged? Y'all could be more transparent with your pricing so people aren't blindsided with things on pickup.
