From the initial phone call on booking their appt to the pick up and reasonably priced too. We have an 11 yr old Pitbull and a 3 yr old Pitsky. Our girls hadn't been to a groomers for almost 2 years unfortunately, so their nails were very long. We were told to bring in their current rabies vaccine card, which was fine. Both of our girls were so happy to have been taken care of and seem to have really enjoyed being there. We couldn't get a picture of them together afterward because Sierra, our Pitsky is so hyper sometimes lol. Sadie, our old lady Pitbull had an extra pep in her step after her session and you see her enjoying the ride home in the picture below. We will definitely be going back in the next month!

She was kind, patient, and wonderful with him right away. On the very first night we were gone, our dog suddenly became very ill and could not get up. It was an emergency situation, and Brenda immediately took control. She found a mobile veterinarian who came out that same night and stayed with our dog for over four hours. She went far beyond anything we ever could have expected from a pet sitter. Although we felt terrible not being there with him, Brenda cared for him as if he were her own dog. We spent hours on the phone together, and with her compassion, support, and guidance, we made the heartbreaking decision that it was his time. Her genuine love, concern, and calm action during such a painful moment meant more to us than words can express. She even helped contribute toward the emergency veterinary service. Brenda is truly an extraordinary person, and we will never forget the kindness and care she showed our beloved dog and our family during one of the hardest nights of our lives. The front desk staff has always been kind, but there is one employee who creates the social media videos who consistently avoids greeting customers and immediately goes to the back whenever someone approaches. It contributes to an overall feeling of poor customer service. Because of these issues, we'll be returning to Ufuria in Rancho Cucamonga.

I called 12 different places as far as Riverside (I'm in Yucaipa) and couldn't find anyone who could accommodate us because of it being so last minute and his breed (he's a mix). I don't have anyone in this state who I have the kind of relationship with where I could ask them to watch my dog full time for 9 days so I was pretty sure I was going to have to stay home. I found Beaumonsters 15 hours before my plane took off and trusted them with my dog who is like a son to me because it was probably the last time I'd get to see my grandmother. The owner at this place is a really nice guy and my dog liked him right away. The trip meant the world to me and my boy was safe and well cared for the entire time. Even after paying a short-notice fee I still ended up paying less than the companies near us if they hadn't been too full to accommodate me. I feel like I lucked out not paying more to end up with kennel cough from a boarding style place. Will definitely use them again whenever I can afford some time off work.
