This location is a 45 minute drive for us, and they repeatedly sent us outside when our dog was having trouble in class. This has basically taught him if he screws around in class he gets to leave. Communication in this group is almost nonexistent; we just tried to give them one last chance and arrived for the 11:45 class to be told they had put us in the 12:30 class. We were never notified of this. Never received an email. The director blamed this miscommunication on the Bears games.

If I was the one on the other end, I could have been having an emergency with my pet. But checking out was more important than that persons reasons for the call. Again! They need more training on how to be more professional, somethings shouldn't be said in front of a client.

She wanted us to come back in a month pay another 70 to decide if she's ready for therapy. During the visit she muzzled my dog tried to tell me when and what medication my dog should be taking when I am already following orders from my surgeon/vet. She commented on my dogs weight asked how much we are feeding her stated that we never should have done acl suture surgery but the tplo. None of these comments were needed and have nothing to do with what we were there for. My vet did not understand why the therapy should start now or why she made these comments at all.

The personal swim times are perfect--no worries about other dogs in the swim area -or building- with my dogs. We love that Sue really works with us on schedule changes (which we know she isn't obligated to do), but she wants the best for us. And I would highly recommend swim packages!! Those are a money saver!! And let's be honest, who does not love saving money?? And allow us to schedule as we want. It is a joy to work with Sue, Jerry, or Adam while swimming our dogs.
