Been here a couple of times & this is the best Vietnamese coffee spot in Bakersfield for sure! Not only is the coffee super strong, the foam is sooo good (cream cheesy, salty and sweet) & it's really affordable too. The drinks usually come out pretty quick & are consistent every time :). The only thing that's kinda weird is how warm it is inside! I also don't think you can study here bc there's no WiFi -- but it would be a nice place to come and catch up w friends! Also, they're currently doing a 2 for 1 sale! (4/26/26). I took a short hiatus for a bit because I had a bad experience with one of the baristas being a bit short / rude lol, but thank you to Brandon for being so bright / helpful after I asked so many questions! I was able to make a decision pretty quickly after he allowed me to try a small sample of the tiramisu foam top. If you're somebody who likes the drinks pretty sweet, I would recommend getting a higher level of sweetness bc again, the coffee is pretty strong / bitter (just how I like it, personally). I really love the banana Vietnamese coffee (wish it was a banana top; but the bananas are blended in and you can def taste the chunks -- which I like bc I hate artificial banana taste) & the tiramisu Vietnamese coffee is super good as well. Upon walking in, this place smelled like bathroom deodorizer, which was odd for a boba place. The interior was beautiful and cozy with a generous amount of tables for customers to lounge and enjoy. The worker (or probably the owner?), who took and made our order, was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered their cookies & cream boba drink and mango snowy drink. The cookies & cream was mediocre at best and boba was a little too hard. The Mango Snowy was HORRIBLE! First sip hit me with a medicine-like taste. An absolute NO for me. The ambiance is simple and sweet. The decor was set us for Valentine's Day. With flowers on every table. The service to the customer was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the menu and even made some suggestions. The drinks we ordered were absolutely delicious. Not overly sweet and the perfect pick me up without a lot of caffeine. The only complaint I have is the way the young lady was speaking to her coworker. He was obviously new and training with her. She was very choppy with him and raised her voice. We heard her saying " wait what do you think you're doing". I am not a fan of treating people like that. Nice! Took the kids here for a last minute treat. They loved it! Soon as they walked it "Wow, it's so nice in here, look at these tables and chairs" LOL. This location closes at 7pm and they do a last call at about 6:50pm. The drinks tasted great and came out fast. They saw my little people and offered stickers which was a big win for them. Saw this new establishment nearby and decided to try it for a weekend after-lunch coffee - the one that you need after a good meal to wake you up. Got the salted cream coffee and I got my daughter a matcha drink. The salted cream coffee hits the spot with the creaminess, saltiness, blended with rich coffee. I needed a Vietnamese coffee and randomly found this spot on our route home. They are new and still have the big grand opening sign hanging on the outside. The inside is super cute with plenty of seating and seems like it's a chill spot if you want to hang with a friend for a bit. The shared parking lot is huge so I don't see parking ever being an issue here. One downside is that they don't have a restroom, so if you're traveling you might need to stop in a Starbucks or something instead. I was so excited to see that they have multiple Viet coffee options and I went with the banana. It was creamy and delicious and gave me the energy for the rest of our 3 hour trip home. Fiancee got a delicious refreshing soda drink which I can't remember the name of, but something tropical sounding- it had passion fruit flavor which was so good I would totally go back to get one next time we're driving through. I was greeted by the baristas as soon as I walked in. They appeared willing to take my order but I decided to use the kiosk to look over the menu since this was my first time. The place is quiet, bright, and nicely decorated. The kiosk was easy to use and they had a great selection of drinks.
