I remember I used to come here all the time back in the day. I used to work walking distance from here on 20th and G St back in the early 2000s when I believe they used to be called Supreme Bean. This is probably the reason I started drinking coffee more. I would always order their smoothies, but my ex-coworker had told me to try the Jumping Monkey and after that I was hooked. I don't even remember visiting Starbucks until years later because this was my spot. I always pass this place at least once a week, but I never think to come until I've already had coffee earlier in the day and I remember when I'm passing through. Coffee here is such a delicious treat and the prices are much lower than Starbucks. They don't skimp on the chocolate sauce and everything I've had I have really liked. I remember they used to have baked goods too, I don't know what they are like now, so I can't give a review on the food items, but if they haven't changed then for sure they are delicious. Wait time is never long and just like most coffee shops, the drive-thru is always a plus for people on the go. Staff is really friendly and I definitely recommend this little coffee shop if you haven't visited. read more

The jumping monkey is usually my go to..today I was torn between the Yukon caramel blast or the jumping monkey and ultimately went with the jumping monkey. It is SO GOOD. The staff is always so efficient and friendly. My drink is consistently tasty and I have never had an ice chunk! (Idk how they do that!) Their hours for New Year's Eve are 6am-6pm and New Year's Day from 7am-6pm! Thank you for the amazingly delicious drink, as always! Of course I will be back! :) read more

To start off I've been to this place plenty of times and never had a bad experience until today.. I decided to treat myself to a coffee and I saw that they had a new drink posted on their Instagram their "Apple Pie Chai W/ Caramel Drizzle" it look soooo good! So I went today and told the person at the window that I wanted the "Apple Pie Chai W/ Caramel Drizzle" and showed her the photo they posted on Instagram & she responded with "okay so exactly like the photo right" & I said "yes, please".. I was excited since it's been awhile since I've been to this place + have treated myself.. then she hands me the coffee and it's nothing like the photo nor did it have the drizzle.. I just drove off after receiving my drinks because my baby was getting cranky & just didn't have the extra time to tell the girl she made it wrong + she didn't seem like she was in a great mood.. I don't know if the girl with the butterfly tattoo on her shoulder is the owner but she is very excited to work there and has a wonderful attitude. The cinnamon rolls are HUGE and are super fresh. It had a similar taste to a vanilla bean from Starbucks. We ordered mediums (24oz) and they were more than enough, so will probably get a small next time. The only place I can find it, it's so smooth and doesn't have that bite like other kombuchas, they have multiple flavors on tap and you can get any size or even a to go growler. My husband and I were disappointed with our drinks. we had ordered a pumpkin cold brew & a pumpkin latte & the employee even repeated the order back to us and she still somehow managed to give us the wrong order... She was taking our order and apparently taking our payment as well, they need to hire more employees because the customer service was not it. My husband received a plain cold brew & I received a regular iced coffee with no pumpkin flavor on either of the drinks.. (again, not what we had ordered.) we literally got home and had to put our own creamer we had at the house! If that was the case then we would have never gone out to get coffee. Maybe we will try this place later down the road if they hire more employees who know what they are doing. read more

I've visited this shop several times and am usually helped by nice baristas and who seems to be the owner of manager has given me free samples. Although I have seen him talk for long time to customers and I'd like to keep the line moving. . I've tried their nitro cold brews and was obsessed with it for a while. Id usually customize the cold brew or look at their instagram as their menu is plain and the additional signs are busy/hard to read. No specialty drinks is advertisedbeside the jumping monkey which is super sweet. I wish it had a list of the syrups they offer in view. I stopped going to Caffeine supreme because the drink I ordered had soft top that tasted expired. It has never tasted like that before so I threw it out immediately... such a waste. I decided to try this shop again but the barista attitude was very unwelcoming. Caught a vibe once she opened the window. I wanted to ask her what exacted came in one of their instagram drink (keep in mind some drink names are wonky). I had accidentally called the drink by the wrong name but tried to pull it up and there's the eye roll and her saying idk and gesturing me to pull it up on my phone. I've talked the baristas plenty of times about their instagram and it just threw me off. Haven't been there since but Dunkin is right around the corner and they never miss. read more

I don't frequent coffee spots too often but every now and then I want to try something new and I saw a review on here that mentioned they have kombucha from SLO. I had to give that a try as an avid lover of kombucha myself. I went for the ginger kombucha and boy was it delicious. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions, they have several flavors on tap and she even let me taste test to find the right one for me. A 24oz kombucha ran $6 which isn't bad at all and it's some of the best kombucha I've had. Definitely be stopping by again for more of that. read more

The vehicle in front of mine was taking a bit of time... so a very nice, dog loving worker came to us (our dog gave her a "lovely" greeting :-), took our order and went back inside to start it. She was very friendly, as was her co-worker. Coffee: freshly ground and hand-- pressed shots of espresso. Great tasting ! It was a very pleasant experience. (And the cookie was locally made) I'm an admitted coffee snob. I'm not a local. I was just in town for the weekend. I'm glad I drove through this place.
