Most chefs that make a poke salad add goofy things like mango salsa, slices of fruit..... leave out like Riverbank Taphouse did! The flatbread was a cabrese flatbread with basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, garlic confit, and fresh basil. The brat sliders were a nice approach, because they came with all the topping options on the side, so you can add whatever you'd like. 2 kinds of mustard, beer pickles and red 'kraut (which is bomb!) Very nice experience overall. Very high end embiance, but very relaxed atmosphere and staff. I am visiting in Spokane, WA in the downtown area between 2nd and 3rd Ave. I went to get dinner and came back to the hotel and my Great Dane Oso, my world, was gone. This was at 9:30pm. The front desk agent said he heard people right in the area say they saw one so it's likely he opened the door and walked out of the hotel. No, I am not kidding. He knows how to open doors with handles and I didn't even consider the hotel door due to its weight. I am from TX on a road trip with just myself and my dog. He truly is my best friend. The Castor Muncher Coffee Kolsch was easily our favorite and was such a treat to have! A lager which is practically my "go to" beer for anything anymore. This lager didn't disappoint and was great to drink... teasing the temptation to have more than one!
