The final straw that'll stop me from coming back was the tater tots. They've always been really good but this most recent trip were the plainest tater tots I've ever had. It seemed like they were air fried or something, completely flavorless and not a single gram of salt on them. This place has gone from awesome hangout, to "it's expensive, but the food is still solid" to "never again" prices and food quality.

They've got lots options of things we can't normally eat (fish and chips, chicken fingers) plus rotating gluten-free cheesecakes. Can't say much this way or that about the cider since ciders is always a little too sweet for me, but the menu is huge, so I'm sure most people can find a favorite. My last visit ran me about $25 for a kids' grilled cheese, a tiny cup of soup, and one cider -- which made me blink twice, but maybe that's just 2025 dining. Reminds me I'll probably just come for the drinks and the company. Still, it's a solid go-to for casual meetups and big groups that don't want to think too hard about logistics.

However, my recent experience was frustrating because my party and I were cut off for being "drunk" before we had consumed any alcohol at all. We arrived at the restaurant and, after receiving a Guest Flight (tasters) but before tasting, staff determined that we were intoxicated and refused alcohol service. The problem is that none of us had been drinking. Being incorrectly labeled as drunk was both embarrassing and disappointing. What bothered me most was the apparent lack of effort to verify the situation or have a conversation with us before making that determination. A simple discussion could have cleared up the misunderstanding. Instead, assumptions were made, and we were treated accordingly. I appreciate that servers and managers have a difficult job and must make judgment calls to ensure safety and comply with liquor laws. In this case, though, the judgment was wrong, and the experience left us feeling unfairly judged and unwelcome. I am sharing this review not because I oppose responsible alcohol service, but because I believe customers should be treated with fairness and respect. I hope management uses this as a training opportunity to help staff better assess situations before labeling patrons as intoxicated when they have not consumed any alcohol. Even other patrons sitting around us commented on how ridiculous and out of line your service to us was. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not recommend this restaurant.

The store is packed with all your usual liquor store options plus a nice selection of fine cigars, but I spent most of my time cruising the bourbon aisle and checking out their store picks and hard-to-find bottles.
